WorldRemit I wish to find out about the money I sent on the 10th of october

I sent money to cameroon on the 10th of October but my recipient has not recieved the money but i got a message from worldremit that the money has been collected from Express union. Express union said they cant find the trasanction in thier system so please i wish to know what is happening and the town and branch the money was collected. My email address is [protected]@yahoo.com. I am in Canada. My names are Ojong Ebot Nki.

WorldRemit stolen identity and money from my account

My debit card was used online to transfer $1, 380.00 abroad, I live in Kansas the person made an account from Denver, Co, late at night they were just melting my account away $600.00 at a time, they have no security, they get money also from stolen accounts so they don't care, going to social media and I will take it to everyone and anything that will listen to this scammer Worldremit. Disgusting stealing from hard working americans and they just allow it, don't use them, stay away.

WorldRemit do not use this platform of give them your personal information

I found on Saturday afternoon that three transactions to Ghana [ 444WR46130451 - CAD 157.99, 444WR46130551 - CAD 157.99, 444WR46130974 - CAD 214.99] were made from my account without my consent. I called the bank immediately but they said they were not able to do anything because I have a history with Worldremit.

One of the transactions was canceled [444WR46130974 - CAD 214.99] but the other two went through and a total of 327.98 CAD were charged to my personal credit card. I spend more than half an hour on the phone on Saturday trying to connect with your customer service and when I finally was able to talk to an agend they advised to disable my account and ask me to wait until the issue was communicated to the security department. I called on wenesday again because I did not get any answer. I received the worst customer service ever and started going on circles. Also, agents were rude and seem not to understand my English.

Another week past and I am still wasting my time calling again and writing emails without a solution. They are not able to take responsibility for their system failure and the inconveniences for their customers. It's not my problem that the funds were already sent to the recipient. That is the point of whoever committed the fraud. I did not authorize those transactions and their security department should be able to cross-check that.

I have been a customer of WorldRemit for more than a year. Unfortunately, after what happened I don't feel safe anymore to use the platform or recommended to anyone. It is not safe, they have yor personal and back information and won't take responsibility for anything.

WorldRemit disabled account

My account has been disabled. I really don't understand why . I called in to confirm a transaction and to change my previous email account [protected]@gmail.com which I no longer have access to. To New email account [protected]@gmail.com and to change my address too. Well everything seemed all good with the the a gent I spoke with literary did i know that he was only deactivating my account.

Complete and utter liars. Told I would receive email of confirmation of conversation. Never got it. They disabled my account without my knowledge and won't give a reason why. I reported fraud, they are not interested!

WorldRemit account disabled and transfer wasn't paid to thensure receiver

Please I sent 50$ to my sister in Africa Ghana, but she has no yet received the payment and my account toof is been disabled! Please re-activate it.

This payment is for educational purpose and it needs to be receive earlier this week. Please kindly reopen my worldremit account and processe myou payment. If not refund my money so I can use different way to make the payment. Thanks

WorldRemit Transaction hold for no reason

And I transfer the sum of 71, 000jpy to Worldremit account details Account Name: WorldRemit Ltd,
Bank Name: Mitsui Sumitomo Banking Corporation (Bank Code 0009) Branch: Head Office (Branch Code 200). Account Type: Savings, Account Number: 3712969 Bank reference required - WR4881715
And I was having the sum of overpaid balance of 300jpy with Worldremit in my July 29th 2019 first transaction
I have received several email from Worldremit that you have received my funds and up til now the fund have not gotten to my recipient. Am a Brazilian living in Japan and I don't speak English. I use only translator to write you and they insists on calling me which I could not understand what the computer was saying anytime I Call your customer care number. Please am so sad for the delay in this transaction because this is my second transaction am doing with this service and it also delayed like the first one. This are my documents and the receipt of the fund transfer. Please can you complete my transaction or I have to take my money back and forget about thWorldremit app. Thank you and please reply fast before I resume work. My work is very tight here

WorldRemit transaction not receive by the recipient

Good evening my name is Nadine.I used worldremit to make a money transfer to Cameroon.
it's been 2 weeks since world remit sent me a msg that the money was withdrawn. However the beneficiary who is my dad went to express union to get the money back, the agents told him that There is a problem with the transaction and they are unable to disburse the money.
Since I call world remit to solve this situation nothing is done so far.

please, my dad needs this money to pay his bills. please solve this problem, I'm already tired of calling you. I lost confidence in you and I do not know if my money has been diverted.Where is my money?

WorldRemit fraud

Today, on 31 of August between 12:00 and 13:00 my money were taken twice by the Worldremit company. I never heard about this agency and have no account with them. I am a student and money are necessary to be refunded to me as soon as possible. Please look at this matter. My name is Jelizaveta Blinova. I am using a Visa bank card with Barclays. Thank you.

WorldRemit fund transfer

I made the transfer on 4th Aug 2019, world remit failed to do the transfer even after 10 days, called multiple times, sent email multiple times, no response from world remit, finally cancelled the transfer and asked them to refund, which still not completed even after multiple followup and calls,

Its more that 7 days, which was the agreed window by World remit for the refund,

But unfortunately nothing is working

So I want to highlight that, worldremit is worst money transfer company.

WorldRemit I hereby advise everyone to stay away from this scammer - worldremit

I have lodged a police report that I have been scammed by WorldRemit. I hereby advise everyone to stay away from this scammer.

My online fund transfer of SGD$200 to WorldRemit's OCBC bank account in Jun 2019 was withheld.

After submitted my ID, an email was sent to me confirming their approval. I proceeded to deposit SGD$200 into WorldRemit's OCBC bank account. But when I logged in to my online WorldRemit account, its stated unverified.

As such, I contacted its customers service in Singapore. I was then asked a few stupid questions and the staff abruptly told me my WorldRemit account must be cancelled immediately and with a very stupid reason saying that fund remittance was not allowed.

After the tele-conversation was over, I found my WorldRemit account blocked with my funds stuck in it. It was obviously a ploy to induce me to deposit fund after clearing my KYC but later told that my KYC was not successful. Since then, there was not response from WorldRemit. The staff just kept quiet that prompted me to write to MAS to uncover the scam.

I have urged MAS to review WorldRemit's remittance licence and to investigate its unethical way of promoting its remittance services by giving generous referral incentives and eventually lured its customers to deposit fund by falsified approval given online, as an attempt to carry out fraudulent activity.

WorldRemit cancelled my account was told to read terms and conditions

I was sent an email that my account was being verified, then seconds later I went to check on the status of the account and it was closed. No explanation, I did call and email quite a few times and I was told each time that they cannot explain why I was closed. I was also told to read terms and conditions 4-5. I couldn't come up with a breach of service. I'm still puzzled and confused.

WorldRemit account created with stolen identity

On July 10th while in Afghanistan I noticed an amount of 1517 come from my account from my bank. I contacted usaa however the issue is the hackers used my drivers license to give to you. Also the wrong information. I emailed fraud@worldremit.com on the identity theft information along with my police report please review asap. The banks fraud claim is 1876159. I am upset that I have been a victim this year ans have reached out to you all 3 times ans still no resolution,

WorldRemit mobile money transfer has not reached me.

Please I was sent money through MTN mobile and the money has not hit my account for two days now. Your office told the sender to asked go to Mtn office for my sim to be fully verified and I did so but when they verified everything was ok with my sim. The Sim was airtel line and was ported to Mtn. What could be the problem ? The the number is +[protected] . This this number appears to airtel but has been ported to MTN and has mobile money wallet that I have been using

WorldRemit about my transfer

I did transfer 1 week ago and still in processing and whenever I call to customer care from last 3 days they only gave me same answer that they don't get updates from India. This is really headache for me now I call them on Monday and customer care girl said that cancel your transfer if u want because we don't got any updates so I'm 2 year old customer and she put me on hold today and she didn't talk to me or answering me please check recording if u want its really bed service

How? Shocking! Already ID and 5 Documents of approval had been APPROVE and again this letter.

Source of Funds - Please provide details on how you are funding your WorldRemit transactions. Supporting recent documentation must be provided, such as; full bank statement showing salary, payslips or evidence of income/savings dated March 2019.
Please also confirm your:
Occupation and Employer - Please state your job title and employer name.
Purpose of Transactions & Relationship to Beneficiaries- Please confirm the reason for sending your transactions and describe the relationship to your beneficiaries.
Future Intended Use of WorldRemit - Please briefly describe your expected transaction activity, including anticipated beneficiaries and approximate send amounts.

WorldRemit transaction declined and don't receive refund

On July 10th, I had sent money for product service to my friend. Unfortunately, money deduct from my account and transaction has declined due to technical error. I received email that i would get refund in 3 working days. But still am waiting for my refund. I found customer care office address on internet to visit the office and do inquiry. When I reach that address today, that address was not there. They provide incorrect details and my harassment is increasing now. Oh God! help me please.

WorldRemit refund not received after transaction cancelled, its one month now.

I have done transaction of 400000 yen from Tokyo to Singapore using world remit and when it was not done successfully even after a week, I started follow-up with them on phone and email ( which anyway I was doing in that week also). They told me you our agent in Singapore could not do the transfer and reverting it. Once he revert ( will take 7 working day) then we will process your revert in next 7 working days. After another 10 days they started asking for my bank statement showing the transaction to worldremit. I submitted that then after few days again asking submit in Japanese. Now Its one month already I am still waiting for my refund of money. Call center executive will treat you like you are asking any favor or loan from them. Please do not use this company, very unprofessional. I dont left with any other option then going to Tokyo Police in 2-3 days, because today again I get an email from them saying we dont have your bank account details please submit it . WorldRemit account disabled and transaction not completed

I made a transaction from US to my niece and nephews in Malaysia with transaction [protected] and few hours later was called and I explained everything to the customer service representative, and an email followed which I also responded to. But by evening hours, June 21, 2019, my account was disabled and after many correspondence via email there is no feedback or word from your customer service and review team till now. Please, if the recipient account isn't credited, kindly refund back my family money. It is $4035.00 and that's amount we can't let go for no reason at all. What is now the crime for using your platform which we have used many times before now with no problem?

Your team and Zelmira, who attended to me via email a few hours before my account was disabled have my email and phone, so I don't wanna receive such scheming as you couldn't reach me. Your customer service team and your account review team have refused to return my emails, either an act of negligence or deliberately. Please, credit recipient's account as provided or make refund within your set guidelines/dates. Thanks
