Look we’re not usually critical of any courier or their employees. However the attitude problem with a World Courier employee from Cary, NC is worth taking the time to vent over.
We had a delivery from this courier service and the employee whose name was Rog, or Raj, or something like that, totally turned us off to EVER using this company again.
Sorry but you Mr. Rog or Raj do not run our company. You are a delivery driver whose job it was to deliver, not lecture us on our faults.
The worst most arrogant courier driver we’ve ever experienced here. He spent more time lecturing that we were the reason the delivery was late, and ranting about how other newer employees are paid more at World Courier than himself, and maybe we should ask for one of those drivers, rather than explaining why our shipment was late.
Desired outcome: Either let him go or give training which is needed for customer service in his role.This guy has an attitude that will drive off customers. No customer wants to be brow beat and listen to a disgruntled employees rant.
Delay in shipment
Regarding JOB 9785 World Courier
I am the recipient of a shipment of research reagents from I Pasteur, Paris France, to Fiocruz, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. We have filed the documents required by the federal customs agency, and sent these to World Courier, last friday, 4 days ago.
Unfortunately the Brazilian World Courier office has not authorized shipping and is delaying the shipment. I have contacted the Paris branch who on the phone said there is information that the shipment will be on friday. But we can not wait this long as the documents are ready. The MAWB does not show up with Air France.
I respectfully request that this be looked into and that the shipment is authorized asap.

Pick up and delivery with 2,5 hour delay
I placed the pickup of important biological samples for 14.30 for February 27th 2020 (job number is 201011936CL ), received two confirmation emails (attached), but no one showed up. With calls every ten minutes (and no one called back for almost an hour), the package was only picked up at 16.40 instead of 14.30. I am attaching the email from 16.07 stating that they appoligize for the dealy, and then my email from 16, 21 where I say that the sample was not picked up yet.
The time-sensitive biological samples were on dry ice longer than they were supposed to be. The doctor at a medical school (45 min drive) who was supposed to get the samples at 3.30 waited until 6PM, eventually had to leave and look for someone to receive the sample (that was delivered after 6).
I requested the full refund, but didn't get any reply.
