My older 86 YO Mother was told by the attendant that she was not allowed and would not be able to pay by cash and was only able to tender the payment via card that she has very much difficulty to use and as i was not there to help she was not only embarrassed but caused very much stress in the way this this was done. I have included in this document as a JPG that out lays the legality of this situation (Card ONLY Payment) and that Money is Legal Tender and can not be refused! Please note the 3 offers to accept payment and if this is not accepted then I will assume that this is a rejection of my Legal Tender as payment accepted.
A legible sign stating that card is preferable but cash is accepted and that attendees are instructed that they have a legal duty to accept cash if offered,
