Picked up a parcel ordered through eBay, collection code 662667.I found the staff member to be ignorant (when asked if I needed help, I said yes, the staff member then walked off & started talking to a friend for about 5 minutes).When this lady got back to me she said she was having difficulty finding the parcel.When the parcel was found, I was very annoyed to find that it was already ripped open, this was quite obviously not an accidental opening
