fried chicken chinese wings
Bought some chicken for my lunch at the woolworths in Richmond and its was still raw inside.
Having limited time for lunch (30mins) I was not able to have any lunch.
I have never encountered any issues with your products as I buy whole chicken regularly and recently the new portuguese one.

I had a puncture and needed to put some air in my tyre but the car of the staff member of the petrol station with plate number 952 VUV (white Toyota) was parked in customer area and prevented me to use the machine. He was rude when I asked if they knew who owned the car, and responded to me: "it's mine, wait". I waited outside for 20mn and he never came out to move his car. Unfortunately my husband wasn't there... I had to leave the station and damaged my car because of a lazy, rude person employed by Woolworth.

Hello,
I want to make a complain about a roast beef called 'Simply Roast Beef Marinated in onion, garlic & red wine flavour' that I bought this morning at 8:30am from my local Woolworths Store in Brunswick. We were very disappointed after preparing the meal over 2 hour period to find out it tasted and felt like we were eating plastic or rubber.
I would like to challenge Brad Banducci to host a dinner and serve this roast beef because I'm sure he will be very disappointed by its quality and ashamed to serve this meal to his friends and family. We, including our guests could not eat the meat that we believe has been processed.
We've been loyal costumers to Woolworth for the past 10 years however we feel we have been seriously ripped off this time.
We would like to be compensated for the money we lost buying this product. See attached photos of the product as well as a receipt of the transaction.

I also cooked this Simply Roast tonight and the texture was much to be desired. It looked and tasted very processed. There was no indication on the wrapping that it was processed meat. I feel a bit ripped off.

Tuesday i order 10 bags of purina one cat food $20 a bag.
Order taken and money taken out of my account.
Get email from woolies stating they can only supply 5 bags.
They deliver 5 bags.
The $100 for the other 5 bags not delivered is still in woolies system, 3 days later they still have my $100.
What a scam!
Take miney fir an order then cant fill the order but take the money.
And refund it a week later?

Wow - firstly the flower seeds should be from Australia, to ensure there are no exotic species introduced, and secondly why is this not assembled in Australia? Australian native seed, in recycled packaging - that's good marketing, which makes environmental sense and benefits the community. Please consider your every action and start to lead. The government doesn't appear to care, do you?

I have ALWAYS brought your large packets of thin beef sausages at $10 a pack. I have forever told ALL my friends that they are the BEST. Well NOT ANYMORE, as after buying some at Greenbank QLD last Sunday 30/9/19 I was disgusted with the Quality & taste. I have since found out, that we now have a different supplier. I honestly thought they had no skin on them, as the sausage meat was hanging out EACH end. I won't be buying them anymore & hope in the near future that you would consider going back to your previous supplier. I do hope this happens, so once again I could say how great they are. Until then I shall have to buy them from my local Butcher.
On a GOOD note, I must comment about our Pub Lane Greenbank Store's Manager, Sam & his Staff. It's such a pleasure to go in there, as they are so Friendly and Helpful. A BIG Credit to how the Staff are trained.

Since Woolworths introduce more Filipino products (lane 6), my kids and I are often seen grabbing more stuff from that lane but this past few weeks they're not refilling anything in there, Just wondering why is that happening when more Filipinos love to shop there because it's so convenient and most importantly it's a bit cheaper compared to other Asian shop.

frozen raspberries
I am writing as the recent packet of frozen raspberries i bought contained all the storks and small pieces of wood and 2 bugs frozen in the berries. I had to throw the whole bag out. i didnt take any photos as i just threw the bag out only to then think it really wasnt good enough. I dont usually complain but wanted to make you aware of this. strawberry donuts
Can you please explain why you have stopped making the strawberry donuts in-store and replaced them with a donut that is made elsewhere...see attached picture...the original strawberry donut with sprinkles was awesome the new donut, pictured, that has replaced it is completely awful. Very different product and very disappointed. I spoke to a person in the bakery and they said they are no longer making them in-store...that is a huge shame as I wouldn't image the donut in the picture to sell very well as they are not very nice at all.

Me and my daughter went to Woolworths to get some groceries and we didn't bring a bag the lady chucked all the food onto my daughter and told her to carry saying that that's all her food basically fat shaming my daughter then looked around to other service people laughing and rolling her eyes and acting like it's ok which it was very rude and disgusting I hope u get fired and we will never be purchasing at Woolworths again

I went into Woolworths and purchased 5 apples. Four of them were red and one was green. One of the red ones that cost me $4.90c per kilogram, I bit into it when I got home, was completely rotten on the inside and off, Their was no sign of it being rotten on the outside though! We wish to complain about your Lisarow store security alarm going off at all hours waking residents up in nearby villas and houses. The alarm has been going off at 1.30am, 1.15am, 4am and at 6.45am most days for the past 4 weeks. The residents of nearby Newling Street and surrounding streets have made complaints to Jenny the Supervisor and other staff. The complaint was acknowledged and Jenny agreed she would follow this up. Nothing has changed and this continues. We will be boycotting your store until this is attended to. We are all exhausted from constant interrupted sleep. Please sort this out immediately.

Why are there never any staff on registers in the corowa store? I asked the front end manager Charlynne and she said she's not allowed to hire, are you serious? The corowa store in NSW warrants more staff it is an extremely busy store for gods sake put more staff on. People are starting to go to IGA instead because they simply can't get through fast enough at Woolworths Corowa.

I am not happy with his product as when you start a new roll you need to take off approximately 15 sheets per roll as the adhesive you use is absorbed through many layers of the toilet paper. The 15 sheets are unusable. I would like to return the product and receive a reimbursement. It is not a "luxury" product as advertised by Woolworths. Please advise as what I need to do? I did a good shop today and this evening I opened the plastic wrap from the outside of the jar of coffee and the whole bottom of the jar fell out and all the coffee poured onto the floor. It had obviously been dropped previous to me purchasing it. As a single parent who doesn't have money to waste I was fairly upset and I now have no coffee for a fortnight. Not happy.
