I wanted to buy some milk formula for my baby when I was shopping at Auburn Woolly. There was a notice in the baby food area said everyone need to go to the counter to buy the formula. I asked the staff at the counter and another staff said she will check the stock on line. I was waiting for about 10 mins and there was no staff talking to me only the customers looked at me. I was very embarrassed. I asked the first staff if they have done the checking but she said it was out of stock and they told me already! No one talked to me and they just left me there to wait! I like Auburn Woolly but this time I was very disappointed.
