Good Morning,
I am wishing to forward my frustration and question how your online ordering is set up.
I commenced doing online ordering and collection from Greensborough (Melbourne) I provided feedback regularly to staff of my concern for my safety in the car park once trolley had been delivered to my car. There are 2 allocated parks and an area yellowed out between them to allow room to park trolley and unpack. In front of this area are 3 car parks. Regularly while packing my car, another car would drive forward through the yellowed out space. This would happen over and over despite 2 cars loading their cars. It was also regularly witnessed by staff when delivering my trolley. I suggested a yellow bollard be installed similar to the disabled parking area on the top level at this store. This request did never eventuate. I ceased going to this store after ongoing errors in my orders (human error occurs I appreciate this but it was too regular) but what influenced me to stop going to this store was getting over $50 refund due to unavailable items with no substitute offer which is part of the online service (This was a large portion of my shop missing) and a half eaten chocolate bar amongst my trolley from an unknown owner, nearly getting hit by a car driving through the yellowed out area again and the fact my concern was not taken seriously when I returned to the store about my multiple missing items and the need to now do another shop to support my weeks needs. A reality check that my business was of little importance to the staff.
I changed my services to online and collection from St Helena store. Very happy with their service but have noticed my total $ amount increases from completed order to when I pay. My last order increased by $10. May I enquire if this is normal to have different total for different stores or is this an error in the system. I am concerned how many times has this has happened without me noticing?
Disheartened by this money issue, last week I opted to go in-store at Eltham. I weekly purchase diet coke or sugar free cans in a box. Depending on which is on sale determines size of box 24 or 30. I have never bought a full priced box. I purchased a 24 box aware they were on special for approx $15. When I got home to check my receipt I noted it was put through at a 30 box and I paid $35. I called the store and was encouraged to return to the store or any other Woolworths store for refund. This was not an option due to my schedule. I considered doing this in the days to follow but did not for the fear of looking completely stupid. I had no proof. I had to except I paid $35 for 24 cans.
I apologise for this long winded message. I spend approx $270-310 weekly at your stores. With many examples, more than i have noted herw today, it's evident I am not getting my value, many times paying more money for what I ultimately receive. Please respond to my question of variation of price in relation to online orders. This will influence if I change to a different company for my weekly shop.
