WoodSprings Suites stay at woodsprings suites pensacola northeast

Hello,
I stayed at Woodsprings Suites Pensacola for one night I.e. 05/24/19. Room no 24 on first floor looked fine but the bed was terrible ! It was making noises even if u try to move a little bit and it was uneven ! I have stayed at numerous hotels till date but haven't seen such a terrible uneven bed, I got a bad sprain in my neck after sleeping for 5 hours, actually couldn't sleep ! Plus the pillows and towels were dirty as if somebody used and they weren't washed ! Attaching some of the pictures of pillow and towels ! Plus the smell of room was weird, it was Like when a cloth is wet and instead of drying, when we fold and keep !
I didn't pay $123 for one night to recover this kind of room ! This is my first ever complaint on a hotels website as It was a terrible experience for me ! Bed, pillows and towels are the basic amenities for which one pays and it was terrible ! Real bad experience !

WoodSprings Suites no water

Im staying at Woodspring suites 1500 83th ave Merrillville In.46410 (219-940-5677) i checked in May 16 2019 for 8 nights will check out on May 24 2019 I reported the very first day that i did not have any hot water in the bath sink several times no one has come to fix the problem.Thanks Tommy Spencer 24106 Blue Crest Dr. Porter Tx. WoodSprings Suites reservation was booked incorrectly

On Saturday 5/18, I called to inquire about handicapped accessible rooms at the Merrimack NH Woodspring Suites for my 75 yr old father. Had a long discussion with the reservation specialist regarding the specifics of the handicapped accessible room. She said it met the ADA standards. I reserved the room. I went to check out the accessibility before I brought my disabled father there for an extended stay. My 2 complaints are as follows:
1. Only 1 entrance has a handicapped button and that only lets a person into a breezeway, not fully into the hotel. My father would have been stuck and unable to enter the hotel at all. This hotel violates the ADA accessibility specifications.
2. The front desk person said that the reservation was not made for a handicapped accessible room even though it most certainly had been by phone.

WoodSprings Suites taking money off my card

This has been an ongoing probelm between the property and third party Booking.com. Money was taken off my card after a cancellation. The property cancelled my reservation and waived the fee. I have the email. My room was reserved May 2nd but I cancelled because they said they could not find my name in the computer so that is mess up #1 on either booking.com end or the properties. Then after I've been told it was canceled and the fee was waived a week later my card is charged for a room that of which was canceled a week prior and the fees were waived. The charge is no longer pending and has went through. The charge is coming from Woodspring Suites, it shows it on my card transaction list. Since the charge has been completed I'd like my money back on my card. I've been dealing with booking.com and they are a bunch of idiots. This needs to be resolved because someone somewhere messed up and I need my money back on my card. I'm tired of back and forth when I shouldn't have to do this because someone screwed up.I just want my money refunded back to my card.

WoodSprings Suites woodsprings suites charleston airport

I booked my reservation on May 9, 2019 for a two night stay arriving on May 10th and checking out on May 12th through Hotels.com. Upon arrival, I was told that the room I booked a non-smoking double bed was unavailable. I was offered a smoking room with double beds for my 11 year old and I. When asked about the odor, the woman replied that even Febreze could not mask the odor. I was offered a non-smoking full size bed. Since I was being downgraded, I asked about the price and was told that it was the same. At 9:30 p.m., I had no choice. She then ran my debit card for the full 2 night stay. It was declined so I let her know that I would transfer money in the morning. She accommodated us. In the a.m., I took care of the transfer and went to the front desk. As I started to explain to the young man why I was there, the woman was off to the side (I could not see her) and told him that she had been there. He proceeds to bring up on the computer and looked confused. He questioned the rate for the room. She told him it was right and to process the sale. He still looked confused and was questioning the rate. Needless to say, she processed it. I am extremely displeased and dissatisfied over the fact that I was taken advantage of when they could not offer what I "bought", offered me a lesser room and then charged me a higher rate. On Sunday, I looked up on hotels.com and that room should have only been $80 to $90 per night not $110 per night. Not likely that I will ever stay there again when I am back in Charleston or any other property owned by your corporation again. My daughter dances competitively and we travel throughout the year.

WoodSprings Suites manager thomas wilson

They still have not cleaned my room and it's 5 days over the 14days. I spoke with Thomas and he said he would look into it. So today is the fifth day and he relays a message that I'll be back in rotation because my roommate refused service. Well that's a lie because I don't have a roommate which the person name he stated stays in 313.

Thomas is unprofessional and needs to take a class on customer service again.

The only person that is doing there job at the front desk is the nice young lady who works nights.

Only reason why Thomas made up a story because I called already and made a complaint Saturday which now it's Monday and my room is still not cleaned and he has not spoken to me. He has no managers skills and the district manager needs to be notified about his employee behavior and how he conducts this property.

There a lot more to be said but I'm not the only guest unhappy.

WoodSprings Suites cancelled reservations

On May 7, 2019, I received an email regarding a booking. This room has been booked for over 2 months. It was a book now pay later and I entered my credit card information to book the room. I received an email on the 7th stating that my room is being cancelled due to an invalid credit card. My credit card is not invalid, I double checked with my bank. I was told over the phone by the general manager, prior to her hanging up on me, that they periodically go through and will authorize the card, to ensure that the cost of the room is available on the card. I am not scheduled to arrive at the hotel until July 26th. The rate I was booked was for a book now and pay later. The card is a valid card with credit available. There would be no reason or need for my card to have the room available amount on it now when Im not checking in for another 2 months. I am of the opinion that because there is an event occurring this week, that the hotel needed the room and was unhappy that the price I was quoted and booked the room for is substantially less than what they can resale the room for. As a travel agent, I conduct a lot of business with Choice Hotels, Im thankful that this is not for a client. However as a business it is important to honor the quotes that are provided and not just randomly go through and attempt to authorize cards, with the assumption that this is a way to free up rooms and double charge others. Now I am stuck scrambling to locate another hotel for my trip when many are at this time sold out. Im very disappointed in Choice hotel and in the future, I will definitely think twice before booking at another Choice hotel or referring my clients.

WoodSprings Suites refund

I have stayed at the hotel on Saland way in jacksonville fl many times but the last time I was there they charged my account after I checked out. I booked my reservation for a week and then extended for another week checking out on the 14th of April. On the 16th they charged my account for the next week even though I checked out. I called and talked to the front desk and they tried to blame me for not checking out. I did the same thing I do every time I checked out before left the key in the room and left. There was no one at the desk to really check out . I was told they would try to get my money back. I waited a couple of days and nothing happened so I called back and talked to the manager told her the situation and she said that the computers were down but she would call me back when they came back up. Couple days later still no call so I called her back she said she would check the key card usage and if I didn't use it I would get my refund. A week later still haven't heard so I called and talked to someone else and got 127 of my 297 back. I called back and talked to the manager and she told me that they were in the middle of shift change so she would call me back. Called her back a few days later and she told me she hasn't had the time to check the card usage yet. It has now been four weeks and I still have not received my full refund. This is very unprofessional. I would like to hear from someone on this matter before I call the bank and tell them that this hotel used my card without my consent.

WoodSprings Suites smell of cigarettes and marijuana

I have been stay at WoodSprings in Waco.

I have told previous Mgr-Colton night staff is staying adjacent to my room smoking all the time. He moved him away from the non-smoking rooms.

I am experiencing the same problem again with the same night staff smoking cigs and pot next to my non-smoking room and 2 girls staying on the over side smoking all the time,

I have let the new Mgr-Jordan H. know. He threats me I have cross the line accusing him night staff of smoking in non-smoking room next to me.
It seems nothing gets done at this site. Jordan is trying to throw me out and not do anything to resolve.

WoodSprings Suites management

Night management was targeting me. Ive stayed at woodsprings multiple times in two different cities and both cities I was informed of supposed complaints. First complaint was that my service dog was barking when I informed them that I had him and they didnt give me anything to notify staff. Second time was fine I checked out early and was denied a refund of the time I didnt spend. Third time I was put on the first floor and four days into being here I was informed that there was a complaint of my room smelling like pot. I was never warned and was told that if another complaint then I would get kicked out. I walked up and down the hall and couldnt smell anything in the hall and not once was I asked if I had any other accommodations nor asked if I needed smoking or non smoking. Night management this last time had grabbed my four year old niece and put her in the office and tried to not give her back to my husband even though he is her uncle. I dont appreciate being targeted by your employees nor appreciate them making false accusations about me without proper warning. I will be contacting corporate in the morning for poor management.

WoodSprings Suites 28 day stay

Good Afternoon
We have been staying at the Woodspring Extended Stay Saugus MA (Should call it 28 day stay) They throw you out for 24 hours. Regardless if you had two rooms and pay $5500. We check it on March 31st and now we need to check out on May 3rd due to a city law. Well checking around the area and Red Roof Inn has a 90 day policy over that you are consider a resident and Holiday has no policy. There is nothing in your website and had I know I would not have given this a nice rating on yelp. You need to state this in your website to advise consumers that you have such a policy and why is there a policy for Red Roof of 90 day which is a stone's throw away from the Woodsprings and Holiday Inn has no such policy. This is total unfair to customers and very deceitful practices not informing the public Karen Duncan

WoodSprings Suites service

I arrived on 4/28/19 at 1:00 or so in the afternoon the girl that helped me was awesome but then I get to my room 320 the phone doesn't work then there are roaches crawling all on the walls but I went ahead and stayed that night i took a shower and used my towels thinking that there is room service that will replace them the next day and to my surprise no one came well it rained and there is a lot of construction going on so its muddy which in return got my shoes muddy well I washed my shoes and dried them off with the towels and took them down to get new ones was told to come back because the girl on duty would have to wash them so I go back at 4:00am to get my towels and there is no one down there so I have to pick up a phone (that flies off the wall at me falls to the floor )and have to dial 500 to reach an operator that is not even on site so I ask to speak with someone that is on site and finally waiting she comes with this pissed off attitude because I guess I was bothering her and started shaking my bag of towels at me saying that I can take these back cause they are all soiled and I don't know what else because I told her this motel is the worst I've ever stayed in and that her lazy [censored] [censored] needed to do her [censored]ing job and that's when she said shes charging my [censored] [censored] for the towels and kept running her mouth so I told her she could go [censored] herself and that corporate will be hearing from me I'm so disgusted with my stay here at the woodspring suites that I can promise you I will never be back and I will be writing a review on yalls website of how nasty this place is and how horrible the service is when you have to wake the tenant to do her job

WoodSprings Suites customer service

My name is Bobby Stratton and I got off this morning trying to go to my room but my key didn't work. Payed for the week so I called the 500 number downstairs 3 times and the first time they couldn't get in touch with night attendant. Told me to call back in 10 min. I did and it was a different operator and she said she got in touch with the night attendant and he was on the way. Waited another 20 minutes called again getting a different operator and she says that someone is coming also. I waited an hour and 10 min. till they opened up. What's the use in having customer service numbers, operator's, and a night shift when it doesn't work. I am at the one on Rowan St. Fayetteville Nc. Could you please get back in touch with me cause no customer should go through that so could you please call me so this won't happen again to me or any other customers. My room number is 324 and my phone number is [protected].

WoodSprings Suites unsafe conditions

WoodSpring Suites Austin North I-35 9JOSH is the general manager
the general manager and staff allow huge families of 5 -7 people live in these rooms that cause extreme noise and unsafe conditions . hotel management staff and general manager states there is nothing he can do .

please send me your legal team address and who to contact at your legal team since your staff have exhausted there avenues to resolve this unsafe environment.

WoodSprings Suites charging my card after a checked out

The room didn't not have a remote to the television. I used the phone inside the room to call down to the front desk. They never answered the phone at the desk after attempting twice to reach someone. After checking out, my card was charged additional fee. When I called to find out what the charges were for? She told me three different things. Non of which were anything I did.

WoodSprings Suites the male front desk clerk has no people skills.

He is very sarcastic with his comments, demeanor, and attitude as a whole. He mocks, mimics, and degrades the customers. I am a disabled veteran with PTSD and I informed him of this. He continued to badger, belittle, and embarrass anyone who approaches the front desk for simple things like toiletries and fresh linen. Even though the VA is paying for our rooms while in HEAVY EQUIPMENT COLLEGES OF AMERICA he refuses to include is in the linen exchange and room cleaning. Every two weeks is not sufficient enough considering we're in a college for construction. He is demanding that each of us spend $10.00 for linen exchange.

WoodSprings Suites guest service

We were forced to give up our bikes after our car broke down because we are homeless and had to park in the parking at the doors near our room. Our bikes are the only mode of our transportation to jobs and stores and religious centers. We feel we were targeted by the employees and gusts at woodspring suites because we are homeless and disabled. The bikes we had were motor bikes within the audio disturbing of the peace guides. We have since moved out because of "not having enough space at the hotel and not keeping our room clean."

WoodSprings Suites awaiting refund

I checked into Woodspring Suites San Antonio I-35 North on February 27th and had paid cash for extended stay through March 16th until I could find an apartment in San Antonio. I was able to find a residence prior to the anticipated date of checkout. I checked out on the 12th and was told I would receive a refund via check in the mail for the amount of $321.72. After a few weeks, I had not received the check so I called your management staff at that location. They informed me that that a check was mailed to the address I gave but was returned. I was told that they would contact the appropriate people and I would be receiving another check. I called again yesterday and spoke with Tony because I have, as yet, received a refund. He stated that a check was mailed on March 15th but was returned. He asked that I call back today at noon to follow-up with him so that he could contact accounting. I called today and spoke with Will who stated that Tony was off today but that he would attempt to contact accounting and for me to standby and he would return my call. I waited two hours and called him back. He stated he had not heard back. I asked for a corporate number because I felt like I was getting the run around. He laughed and stated that I should call reservations to speak with someone about my refund. I am filing a complaint concerning poor business practices and am expecting that my refund be returned to me immediately.

WoodSprings Suites service

I stayed at the Woodspring Suites riverwatch in Augusta Ga alomg with my son and my partner. It was barley anyone at the counter. One day I went to pay and It was no one to be found except for a housekeeper who stated it wss her last day "i can't take anymore, working with this [censored] Jamie" I had to knock on the DM door and she was clearly sleeping (sleep marks on the right side of her face) and she was the only one on duty. Another day I was late paying and Jamie came into the room without knocking yelling that we had to pay or get out. Serveral occasions there were no clean towels or toilet tissue. Rude empoyee tried to push herself into my room and then followed me to my car yelling at me in front of other guests. The police ended up being called on me to "remove me from the property" while I was on the phone transferring money to make a payment. I got so bad I had a full blown panick attack. The DM acted as if we never spoke the entire week I had been there about working with me. My son was crying. It was the worst experience of my life. I contacted Choice and they said they are not yet partners that I woukd have to call the same group of people I was having trouble with. I felt bullied and so alone. The entire staff including the DM talked about each other to quests.

WoodSprings Suites Night shift

I have been here for almost a week and paid $485 dollars for a week. I went out to smoke before getting ready for work and my key wouldn't let me back in. So called for assistance and was told wait 30 mins someone would be down to help me. Well nobody showed so I called again and told 2 0 mins. Again nothing . Called back a third time and was laughed at and told 30 mins. Needless to say it's now going on two hours and no help. Late for work now. I paid $485 dollars to be treated with such disrespect it's rediculious . I would like to be compinsated for my time and for being treated so poorly. I followed your procedures and this is a slap in the face.
