WoodSprings Suites reservation and refunds

Your reservation services have been hacked by a group of individuals from India or Indonesia. They are using a gift card scam under the "customer service " guise of Woodspring Suites. With information they have access via reservations on file. Using eBay gift card of which I was duped out of $500. In an attempt to get understanding about an advertisement from Craig's List for one price and a from desk of another. I made reservations for two (2) months with the information from the Craig's List advertisement ( information give to me via front desk clerk). I did not notice the oddity until three weeks into the first month when the front desk manager informed me I owed. In his own words he did not charge me enough. That statement by the front desk manager caused to take a closer look to my reservation and the first months bill.

WoodSprings Suites unauthorized credit card charges by manager nancy

I've been here for 3 years and never had any problems but since Nancy became manager she making it her mission to get me to leave . I'm in a motor wheel chair and I'm on a vent and oxygen . On 7/4/2019 I was in office waiting on my son to get me for fireworks talked with Amy and we talked nice left went to fireworks came back and tried to order food and found out there was a $170.00 missing off my card and I couldn't believe it so I call my card and found out that this motel took it off without saying anything to me . So I had my son check and they had took $40.00 off his without telling me either cause he helps me with my rent at the end of the month . But I owed that and was going to pay it with my card but she took it off his without asking and he was upset but I payed him back and solved that . The whole time I talked to Amy no mention of this at all . (So I paid my 350.00 rent not knowing they had took the other off my card ) and ask Nancy the next morning and she said Amy did it and she will see y and I said don't matter y no one was given permission to do so . Then she said I can only put 100 back on card if it will let me . Then when I called back down to office she said it wouldn't then I started saying I will dispute that on my card and report it as theft she said since I paid rent that morning maybe she could put 100 back on card and that all she could do for me and I said what about the 70 and she said she didn't know about it but she talk to Amy the next day and see . Well I knew Amy work on saterday but Nancy did not and that's what happen so I went down and talked to Amy myself and she said Nancy told her to do that . And for no reason as far as she could tell we owed nothing so Amy put the $70.00 back on the card that Nancy swore she could not do and checked to make sure the $100.00 had been replaced on my other card that Nancy said she did and it was . Amy even gave me a free day rent for all the stress which I'm thankful for . But Nancy seems to be trying her best to upset my husband so he will react in a way that she can have me kicked out . I would like her to be dealt with by her boss . Cause we been here 3 years and I would like to be here till I move on my own without being stressed out by Nancy and thank you for listening cause I'm really stressing out she even complains about my granddaughter walking across my floor to where when she's here and that phone rings you can tell that she scared to death that she walked to hard and her grandma going to get kicked out 😥😥. She's only 5 .

WoodSprings Suites the way thing are ran

Paid for upgrade on internet. Not working no one wants to help. That really sucks.
The person that needs to manage the property is Jenny, always very friendly. Also looking to solve problems and willing to jump into any roll she needs too.

again need a couple more night because of doctor appointments supposably can't

WoodSprings Suites room change without letting me know/charging debit card for additional time I was not checked in

I checked in on Monday July 21st for 2 nights. When I returned back to the room on Tuesday the 22nd the room was completely torn apart and my personal effects were not in there. I went to the front desk where a very young woman was working and when I inquired about it she stated "Oh yeah we moved you." I stated no one called me to let me know and she said "Oh it shouldn't be an issue, I'll update your key." I went back later when a seasoned worker was there and she was upset like I was because she had no idea the room she had booked me in was supposed to be out of commission as it was not on her list of room at were unavailable. She apologized and was very genuine. Today, July 25th, I was checking my bank account and they had charged me again! Called and talked to the "manager" and he stated it was for an amount previously owed. I stated you can't just charge people's cards without notifying them. This property has gone down hill since this manager was hired. As long as he is there I will not be going back.

WoodSprings Suites service

Horrable customer service, lack of any accommodation for price, rude and negatively address each situation. -5 stars. Find any place other then this one to stay at. Fair warning!
1st night had to be moved due to no a.c. at 10.30 p.m. then get to room that had 0 pillows, no tub, and no one to contact. Paid yesterday for next 2 night s and today informed there's a 9.50 balance? Wait? What? This place is the absolute worst with zero professional ism. Beware!

WoodSprings Suites customer service and care

to whom it may concern, My Name is Donald J. Reynolds I recently stayed in your Colorado springs location near the airport. During my stay I complained to the front desk about the A/C making a very loud noise causing myself and my wife not being able to sleep while the A/C was running. We could not run the A/C while in the room during one of the hottest temperatures for this area. I was told everyday that the A/C would be replaced while I was at work during the day and when I would get home from work no luck still a loud A/C. I am very disappointed in the service that I received, I paid a little over $500.00 to stay in your hotel from 11July thru 17 July 2019 The A/C was not fixed until the last night of my stay. I am a disabled veteran and very dissatisfied with the amount I paid and for services rendered. The manager refunded $20.00 which I received 14. I went by and ask the manager about it and she said nope that's all you get like it was a joke. I will never stay in any of your properties in the future and will inform Ft Carson of the services that you provide. I hope that we can get this resolved I feel that I should have received more of a refund do to the fact that that the service rendered was not adequate.

WoodSprings Suites hotel

I came back from a night out around 1AM only to find that my key to get into even the lobby was no longer working. The front desk was unstaffed and the service numbers displayed next to the service phone didn't have anyone pick up. Even the "contact us" page of the hotel acknowledges that it isn't monitored 24/7 and a response "isn't guaranteed". I'm going to have to sleep outside in the grass of the hotel I paid for.

I have a job to do in the morning, and nobody will be here to let me in before I'll be late. I came back with plenty of time to get a good night's rest, only to find I was locked out with no working means to contact somebody to assist me. If you stay at this hotel, don't leave between 9PM and 7AM or risk being locked out with no way of getting in if your key doesn't work. Even just having it near credit cards can make a hotel key malfunction. I'm homeless for the night in a city I don't know because this place doesn't have a guest hotline that works after 11PM. At least the grass is soft (though wet)!

WoodSprings Suites manager and the outgoing mail

The manager at woodsprings has not been sending the out going mail out at all, This has happened to me twice and I've been told that mail can sit up there for weeks. I don't feel like the manager really cares to much about it and she doesn't know what different things people need to mail out that are time sensitive and important, speaking for myself I shouldn't have to wait on the mail man myself to give them the mail.

WoodSprings Suites black mold

I am staying in the bessemer Alabama woodspring suites. I have been here 4 months and reported water in the bathroom ceiling a month ago and nothing was done now there is black mold starting to grow I brought it to there attention again 4 days ago and still nothing done.the elevator inspection is outdated there is never anyone at the front desk and noone is in a hurry to do anything. My room has been cleaned 1 time in 4 months I have done my own cleaning or it would never happen. If nothing is done about mold immediately i will turn it in to the health board.

WoodSprings Suites hotel room

My family and I stayed at the WoodSpring Suites in Largo, FL during the week of June 23 as our house was not completed. Upon arrival it seemed to be a newer hotel or definitely recently remodeled. And the first few days were ok. There were certain things I didn't care for, like people hanging out around the doorways smoking cigarettes, weed and were loud but the brief moment from going inside to outside and vice versa with my kids it was tolerable. I wake up one of the morning to grab a drink of water and I see a roach, kill it but a little on edge but I say i only seen one. The next night my son wakes me and they are everywhere, can't get through to front desk. Overhear the next day of one of the front desk clerks telling someone saying she lives there and she doesn't have any complaints, no problems so like don't complain. So I get another room, on a different floor and in the middle of the night there are roaches everywhere there too. I will never stay there again! This experience was the worst. I've stayed at previous WoodSpring Suites and had a pleasurable stay but this was one of the worst. My gut told me to walk away and cancel when I initially arrived with the people hanging out and loud outside of the building in broad daylight. Bad experience, never again.

WoodSprings Suites charges by hotel

I am staying at your McCoy Rd location in Orlando, FL. I check in on 6/27 (Thursday) and had a online reservation for one night which I was quoted on line as $68 for the night plus tax of $8.50 from the website. Upon arrival to the hotel and check in the receptionist at the desk pulled up my reservation and then told me the total was $77.57. To which I asked why so far off from what the site told me, he said because of taxes which he calculated using a Calculator. To which paid using my Credit card to pay the balance and sign a receipt which said my departure and next payment due date was 6/28(Friday).
I then about 2 hours later went down to the desk to extend my room another week as I would not be able to be there before 11am as I would be at work. So I want to pay for a week so I can be good till next Friday 7/5. He again ran my card for $466.49 and again signed another receipt that now had my departure date and next payment due date of 7/5 (Friday).

Then the afternoon of 7/3 (Wednesday) at around 4pm went to the desk and talked to a different receptionist and told him since I would not be able to be to the desk before 11am on Friday because of Holiday work schedule and would like to pay my room for another week. He looked on the computer and put things into the same Calculator as the receptionist before him and told me the total would be $620.56. I asked why so much and he told me because to push the room to be due on Friday 7/12 which is 8 days that is the total with taxes. I asked how is it 8 days when I am asking to extend it from Friday 7/5 to Friday 7/12 that is 7 days, to which he tells me no it's from Thursday to Friday because you room is due on Thursday 7/4 but this will being you up to Friday as due date. To which I said I don't see how but again charged my Credit card for the amount of $620.56 and signed another receipt that now said my departure and next payment due date is 7/12(Friday).
Then the morning of 7/11 the front desk called me on my cellphone and asked if I would be saying longer then another week as they are expecting a sell out of rooms and want to make sure they didn't rent mine out if I needed it. I said yes for this week and let's due another just to be safe in case I do, to which he said ok so that will be till 7/26(Friday).
That afternoon 7/11(Friday) at around 4pm I went to the front desk and dealt with the same receptionist as before, to which I asked him how is it that your sign out front says $365 a week and the online says $411.22 which includes taxes a week. So my question is how is it I am being changed $544.06 and then $620.56 for a week, when even the website says $365.54 before tax which is $.54 more then your sign says but yet I am being changed so much. He said that's our move in right for the first time, to which I said I didn't even get that. He looked into the computer under my room number and said not you didn't and did somethings on the computer and my amount for the week will be $469 for the week.
This time I paid $400 to my Credit card the remaining $69 in cash.
Then signed another receipt with the departure and next payment due date of 7/26(Friday).

Then today 7/18(Thursday) I return to the hotel after work at about 6pm and let the front desk know that I would not need my room the extra week and will be checking out tomorrow 7/19(Friday) morning and would leave the room key in the room as the front desk would not be open when I leave in the morning. To this he asked my room number I told him it's 303 he looked into the computer and told me that I owed him $84, which I said how is it I owe you this. He says that is the late fee for the room that is due today as you where not here at 11am to pay the room. I said again how is that because my due day is on 7/19(Friday) tomorrow so again how is it due today. He got the General Manager who turns out was the one who checked me in on 6/27 and dealt with me extending my room. He tried telling me it's always been due on Thursdays and says you have consumed 21 nights but have not paid for 21 nights. He said "think of it like you go to the doctors and you don't pay because you believe your insurance will pay but then 3 weeks later get a bill from the doctors for the visit and it says your insurance didn't cover the cost so you owe us this".
I said that has nothing to due with this situation we have right here, the situation is that on all my receipts from day 1 says my due days are all on Fridays and now I owe you. So if I where here before 11am this morning and told you I would be checking out tomorrow he said I would have only charged you for $74 for the night. I again said I am lost how that is when I am due on Friday as stated on my receipts to which he replied " that is something we have to change manually in the computer before printing the receipt, but my staff have not been doing it and I am in the middle of fixing that right now" . So what you are saying is the receipts where wrong from day 1 that you set in the computer, so what about me going to the room to get my stuff and I will sleeping on the floor of my new place that I had been waiting on which is the reason I was staying here. He said you would have to pay me $74 which is what you owe me as I will wave the late fee. I told him I don't even got that to pay you all I can do is $40 in cash. To which he said here is what I am going to due for you I will charge you the $40 for tonight so that you can move your stuff and sleep in the room tonight due to our mistake. I paid the $40 unhappily and told him I am not happy with this clear stealing of money. He said " you can't due anything about it " I want to hear back from someone at the corporate level to deal with this problem by 7/19(Friday). I have all the receipts and A complete guest charges breakdown for my stay.

WoodSprings Suites hotel manager william at murfreesboro, tn

I Paul Krupit with Cobra equipment stayed at your hotel June 9-22, additionally I stayed May 19-24 there.
During the stay in June I checked into a room on third floor I believe it was rm 329, tv did not work they finally sent maintenance to replace tv after several hours. One of the beds had a hole in mattress I notified front desk and maintenance, additionally I asked the front desk to have my room cleaned no one came for 2 weeks? I checked out of hotel on June 22 and William informed me I would be credited for one night because I paid weekly rate and thus would be credited 1 nights lodging to my visa.
I called back 3 days after I checked out advising William -Gm that I never got credit he said I won't have to check with bank not his issue ? One week later I noticed a charge for 300.00 and 93.15 I callled William and was advised the charges did not come from him?
I immediately notified Wells Fargo visa dept of the fraudulent charges and canceled my card.
I called Willliam again on July 8 th and he advised me again that both charges were not from him? On July 11, I was advised by Wells Fargo visa that William was charging me back 300.00 for a hole in mattresss? And unrelated charges due to checking out early?
I explained to him that the mattress was like that when I checked in and furthermore I advised front desk, nothing was done nor was my room cleaned for 2 weeks?
Let me be very clear I am a retired Gm for Holiday Inn for 24 years . I find this complacent attitude deplorable on Williams part . I demand a credit to my account for 300.00 and 93.15 immediately.
This is a disgrace I will pursue litigation if this is not rectified immediately.

WoodSprings Suites no room for my reservation booked over a week ahead

I went out of state but before then I made a reservation at Woodsprings suites at the n Wilson rd Hilliard Ohio location. I was running behind driving back and called in to make sure I could checkin later in the night. The lady said as long as I got there before 8am I was fine. The room was reserved for a week. When I arrived with my husband and service dog and cars loaded, I was told there was no room for me. They saw the reservation but did not have my room or any other room for me. I called the reservation number too get assistance and they couldn't do anything either. The night clerk at the location was rude and extremely not helpful. I asked him could he call another Location and he told me no. I was forced to call off work to try to find a place to stay, as I have no home yet. I ended up at a different Woodsprings at 375 Hutchinson rd paying more for the week for a smaller room. The ladies at that location were awesome, especially Lisa. However, I feel I should be some how compensated for the inconvenience as well as the difference in price and missing a day off work. WoodSprings Suites overall hotel and staff

We have reserved a room with this motel for a total of 8 days. We have only been here for a total of only 4 days. Out of all 4 days so far we have smelled marijuana everywhere and I have small kids with me. According to the guest rules this will not be tolerated but nothing is being done about it even when reported. On 7/10/19 we had people knock on are doors that appeared to be the owners or something big up in the company. At that time they asked us if we have been smoking in the room and smelled are room and said nevermind. At that time I addressed the marijuana issue to them and they also stated that if continues to be a issue call 500 and they will take care of this issue is what they stated because that will not be tolerated. Well when you call the number no one wants to answer the number and or no one wants to address it. As well as staff not wanting to assist if ask a question and or ask for assistance. My daughter asked the night shift lady on the same date if she could let her in the restroom downstairs and she stated yes she would. Well 6 minutes went by and we asked again and at that time she stated she didnt have any keys to open the guest restroom. But failed to tell us that upon asking the first time she stated she would open it. But even if she didnt have keys she made us stand there and couldnt even tell us that until we had to ask again. It seems that some of this staff is not wanting to assist guest. But when the higher ups were in today on 7/10/19 things were differant in the way things were being felt with. This needs to be known how the staff treats guest and how this motel allowes all the marijuana to be smoked all through out the building. I will make this known of this experiance and how the staff treats people and acts as if we dont exist and how the guest seems to not be a priority. I will also be making a complaint to the better buisness bureau as well as the local authorities to as all the drugs and stuff being done.

WoodSprings Suites cleanliness of room

Blood stain was found on sheets in one of the beds.
The tub was dirty.
There were roaches in the kitchen and bathroom.
Phone did not work.
My husband and I attended the 2019 Essence Festival, and we were there from July 4-8. Each day when we came back, our room smelled like marijuana.
Hotel was booked, so we were not allowed to change rooms. I made a complaint to the manager, and I have not heard from anyone. I would like a refund for my stay. We were uncomfortable the entire time, not knowing if we were sleeping on clean sheets or if bugs would crawl on us or be in our luggage. This was the worst experience I've ever had staying at a hotel, and I've stayed at plenty!

WoodSprings Suites the entire hotel

we arrived to woodsprings in gulport, ms on 7/4/19, as we entered the hotel it was hundreds of little bugs and giant grasshoppers everywhere.. i didn't think nothing of it cause it was outside.. so i preceded to the room, when i got into my room which was 213, 212, the room was hot, i turn the air on, baby grasshopper was flying out of the vent, there was jumping spiders, and tick looking bugs on the bed, it was awful .. i wanted my money back, she only gave the money back for 7/5/19, and i wanted half my money back for 7/4.. when i went downstairs she ask me have i never stayed at a hotel w bugs, uuumm no ma'am, never, then she picked a bug up with her finger and told me they were harmless, are you serious ma'am... this was awful .. i had a very bad stay, and i want money back for 7/4... my email is [protected]@yahoo.com

WoodSprings Suites a/c not working

I am in rm 318. Liberty, MO 64068. Reynolds. Been here 4 months. Many complaints, but today the thermostat broke on ac unit. Was told a work ticket will be made and it will be fixed in morning. Its 95° degrees and Im not paying a night with no ac. Ridiculous. Unacceptable. Please fix problem tonight or credit me a night. I dont think ac is optional.Thank you.

WoodSprings Suites hotel

Diffently want stay at the Mobile Al hotel ever again. We had a awful experience there. To start the begining of the stay the people at the front desk was rude. The beds were horrible! They needed to have been replaced years ago! The 2 pillows that were on the bed was flat like one of the disposable ones at the hospital. The free internet they claim to have is only for one device. If you want to connect to more than one device its 1.99 per device. I've stayed at a lot of hotels every where and have never heard of anything like this before. They have a sign in the lobby that if you leave something they'll charge you to get it back. You have to take out your own garbage. What the heck am I paying for if I have to do the cleaning to! To top that all off the fire alarm went off about 3:30 in the morning! They lied about the incident and said someone was playing a hoax. Well if so why did it keep going off for about 30 min. I asked for part of our money back and she told another lie. She said that a guys remote wasn't working and kept pulling the alarm. There's know way someone would have had time to go back to there room and then come back to in time to pull the cord as frequent as it was going off! I asked for some of our money back and she rudely told me that I signed a contract saying no refunds at all. I felt like we payed way more money for the quality we got from the motel. Awful!

WoodSprings Suites water damage closed the location

On Monday, your location in Pelham AL was closed due to water damage and everyone had to leave.

There was no assists provided; no one helped the residence and now today I have spoken with 3 different locations trying to get a letter for my employer. I need something on your letterhead that I can submit.

WoodSprings Suites additional charges

I stayed at the woodspring suites near fort Benning in Columbus, Georgia. I had a reservation from June 22-30. When I originally checked in I payed for what I thought was my total amount to stay there, $296.03. i was just charged today for an additional $42 and when I called to ask why they told me that's how their computer is set up and they didn't charge me for my full total. I was not informed of this before my stay or while I was checking in and because of this I am now going to be behind on my bills. It is your staff's job to inform us of any additional charges that may occur and you failed to do so, and would like this to be rectified, if possible.
