Wish.conlies.. incompetence.. totally [censored]

Can someone help me please. I purchased a cat climber from wish on the 18th of June, tracked it to being delivered to an address in Manchester. I have emailed them over 20 times regarding the matter and have post office print outs to back this up. Now they have refunded my £4 the cat climber was a price glitch and the rrp was £180. I told them I wanted another only to be directed to other climbers of a more expensive price. What can I do please.? Totally Franking rubbish the same retorted muck coming from their so called customer service...
