925 silver jewelry
In the month of September I ordered about 9 to 10 pieces of jewelry necklaces, rings, and bracelets three of them broke and eight of them turned color from silver to copper and I am furious. We are talking of over $100.00 dollars worth.
This is the email I sent to their support email.
Good afternoon the jewelry I ordered are garbage, because I cleaned them with the jewelry cleaner and they changed color and I tried cleaning them with the silver cleaning cloth and the color remained a redish pinkish color. I am so angry 😡 and dissatisfied with the majority of my purchase and I did spend money with your company and you sold me fake silver jewelry you need to reimburse me for your awful product.

Wish orders many items
When I try to purchase some thing it asked me to add additional billing information so I reenter my card number and information and then it says there's something wrong with my user account I've also had quite a few items be refunded and I've also got items being shipped to me as we speak that I was able to pay for so I can't understand why I'm not able to pay and get my items I've got $200 worth of things that I want before my husband gets back to town
Missing packages
I order eight things from wish and haven't received the item I order it in Jan and sum in Feb it never camed so when I file for a refund I only got my shorts in the mail. I haven't been receiving any mail lately. I always get my packages even if I file for a refund because of slow delivery. But I been missing packages for months and only received one out 8 packages. So I want my refund I haven't got anything, I think it been stolen and all together it cost $33.17. Charger (2) Bra (1) Hair oil (1) Baby shirt (1) Face skin mask (1) Scissors (1) Underwear (1)
Limited Quantity Deal
You wait according to wish.com 24 hours ( one day ) in my case I waited one and a half day - 36 hours. If you do not will they refund you "within one hour" :) but somehow you will be able to see the refund in your account within 14 days !? :) So they could withdraw money from your card in few seconds, but will refund you within 14 days :) ...There is a way to get your money in a second, but no way to return in in a second :)
Also concerning that "Limited Quantity Deal" - first buyer is winner! Its OK nothing wrong till here, but what kind of computer system Wish use, so they can not see the winner immediately?! They wait 24 hours - one day and after that time they know who is the first buyer ?! :) :) :)
So for me is Scam/Fraud. They keep my money for AT LEAST - "24 hours" ...
There are thousands like me who's money are kept for a certain period of time... I am not a banker but for sure there is a kind of profit beside this...some finance institutions offers interest rate per night ...
So we do not earn - they earn from us :)
I have had the same questions and wondering the same thing. They are keeping money tied up in my case, then cancelling after order has been processing for weeks. They make money off of my money and I get nothing. How can this be right. If the order goes into processing that means you’ve won the Limited Quanuty deal. If the store can’t fulfill their obligation then they shouldn’t offer the item on a Limited Qanity Deal.
5 products that I never ordered!!!
My banks notified me that a 5th product was charged from Wish.com yesterday. 5 items? I have not ordered anything!
I immediatly cancelled my credit card. unfortunatly they had already charged me with 4 other products! I sent numérous email in a very unfriendly web site. They never responded but did send me emails about those items being send the next few days. Have tried again to reach them via email and their response is still this item wil be shipped...
I have never dealt with such a fraudulent company! They are simply thieves and should not be in business. Please let everyone around you to never ever use wish.com!
Received an alert from my bank debit of $600 USD from wish.com I never order anything from them that company is a scam have reported fraud unit of my bank

I am 9 emails into a complaint with wish. Somehow there idiots failed to put a building number on my address and to compound the issue the wrong name. i have several tracking numbers for the items purchased that i will probably never receive.
Customer service keeps writing back with no helpful response.
Their CS Reps are bumbling idiots Because no one reads the problems from the prior emails. WTF!
selling on wish
Wish.com is a horrible platform to sell on if you're in the USA. They use dynamic pricing which increases the price we sell items for by 30%-100% and take an additional 20% selling fee. Whenever you have a problem, support does not respond or just give you the walk around. I would recommend purchasing and selling items on other platforms until wish starts taking care of their sellers and even buyers. When they make 30-100% profit from a seller, that raises a lot of questions.
payment issues
Am having trouble adding my payment, I have been shopping with wish but for this past two month is not accepting my payment and every item I ordered have been refunded. My account name is hauwa akhigbe. All it keep telling me to send in my recent purchase bank statement. Which I have already did, but not resolve. Please I need help.
no confirmation but credit card charged
I made an order on March 29, 2020. Never got a confirmation of the order but my American Express card was charged $4.24. I want a REFUND! Bad business dealing with Wish! I will report this to the BBB if I don't get a suitable resolution. Please resolve this issue. Transaction #[protected]. Complaint not long enough? How about I post what a scam Wish purchasing is on all avenues of social media? Is the complaint long enough now?

I have shopped wish for years
The quality of products was hit or miss but the prices were low enough to take the good with the bad, but ultimately had a pleasant experience.
Now it seems that as their popularity has increased, so have the prices, drastically. Not only are they charging far too much (ex. Mens sz 12 Puma Roma white BMW model $76, Puma website $45), but they are also falsely advertising their prices. Buying shoes for example, they have a nice low price listed for their knock off, that is until you click buy, at that point you realize that the low price was for a tiny size and the actual price for my size is 40 bucks more. I've never seen a store that charged more for each size. In the real world Mens are one price, Women's another price and Children's another. That's just how it is. On top of all of that, they over price shipping.
Sure, you can get rush delivery now and have your product in less than 6 weeks, but you'll end up paying retail price of the actual name brand product that you just ordered a knock off version of.
I have had numerous products never arrive, which they have refunded only a portion of. The so called free offers are not free. They either actually only give away one, the first ordered after midnight or so they say, or they charge ridiculous shipping. That's a scam all in itself. This whole thing just turns my stomach now.
" Scrolling through the wish site you just find dishonesty, greed and deception. Oh, don't forget the counterfeit American currency that is now circulating our economy. I have received 2 fake 20s as change from two different businesses in the past few months and business owners are complaining about the recent influx of this "motion picture" money. Why doesn't it all have motion picture use only printed on it? That says a good deal about the lengths they will go to make a buck. What's the punishment for counterfeiting currency or even simple possession in a communist country? Just curious.
Enough is enough wish. Stop scamming Americans. Be decent and lower your prices back to a reasonable amount. At least do it for anyone that doesn't leave to go to one of your much cheaper new rival sites. I personally am out.
fraudulent activity in my account
Fraudulent order placed as my account was hacked from their server. False order placed with delivery address to unknown person. My bank account was also charged with fraud activity without even any orders seen in wish.com but bank account was charged from wish.com
I emailed to the company and still no reply.
The company was involved in this fraudulent activity.

I bought a watch on wish n got sent to another address I track it down and it says that it go sent to van nuys ca 91405 and it was supposed to be sent to Springfield mas 01105 and it never came I would like to find out why it got sent over there or at least a refund please I don't know if I hacked or some body change my address here's my email [protected]@gmail.com
I could not talk a human.
I ordered a ozone generator at 19 march 2020. The delivery adres was my work adress. Next day my workplace has been closed by covid19. I checked my order status at wish.com and it did not send it. And I have wanted to change my adress as a home adress. I couldn't talk a human, no interlocutor. A robot software was interlocutor with me. The robot told me "wait, ..." Now my order is lost, I have no idea what should I do. They could change my adress and thay had enugh time for it. I will not buy anything from wish.com anymore if they will not solve my problem.

I have ordered off WISH since 2013 and now I keep getting a message telling me I need to send a picture of my PayPal showing purchases with WISH. I have sent in the picture and keep getting generated emails saying the same thing no matter what I email back. This is to the point that I am really done with it. I just want my WISH cash refunded so I can close my account.

I have had 5 people that purchased something using my referral code but Wish.com refuses to give me the reward I had rightfully earned. I've tried contacting them but all they said was they didn't purchased anything. That's baloney because all of people I have referred had bought something using my referral code. Wish owes me $10 in Wish cash.

dress
I ordered a dress for a wedding a month ago. They do not tell you when you order items that it is shipped from out of the country. I have still not recieved the dress. They took my money out of my account very fast. I will never order anything from them again.
