Wish.com I keep getting message I need to verify my account

I keep getting I need to verify my account however it will not allow me to click on the verify account button. Does wish no longer wish to get my business?
Where do I have to go to verify this issue as going to the link does not work?
I have been a wish customer for the last 4 years and I haven't had any complaints until the last 6 months. From what I am reading this is happening to a lot of customers.
I love wish and their products.
Please help

Wish.com Unable to change credit card #

Your website is very difficult or impossible to change credit card info. I have an order pending, because I cannot change the credit card. Why do you make things so difficult? You could easily have payment options when someone wants to place an order. . The credit card # you have on order is cancelled, and you site will not let me change it. This is the second time I have complained about this. Apparently you don' want my business. I am confident that many others have the same problem.

Wish.com Goods received, essential parts missing and are not fit for purpose

Ordered on 31st January, received on 21st February.
Order no 5e349dc6bcbb813aca7771a9.
Order was for an airbrush set complete with compressor and all parts for a function piece of kit.
Goods arrived but did not include the hoses connecting the compressor to the airbrush. As such it is useless and will not work.
The Wish customer support is based on set answers to set questions and do not cater for my issue.
Each time I go to to contact a support agent who does not see to read the query and comes back with answers such as "wait for delivery" (until 17th April).
I have been told I cannot get a refund as it has been dispatched - What about Consumer Rights.
There is no means of speaking/e-mailing someone directly with my query and no other means of escalating a complaint.
They have taken payment and supplied faulty goods with no means for me to gain recompense.

Wish.com Unauthorized/fraudulent charges

My Wish.com account has been hacked by someone from Russia. The person immediately made a purchase of 7 tablets in the amount of $350 and then proceeded to cancel the order. The result was my account was granted Wish cash which is not refundable. The person then proceeded to use the credits on the account to send actual stuff (mostly electronics) and sent them to the address at Russia. I knew of this quickly because I have been robbed of my wallet 2 years ago and so have setup my bank account to text me every card transaction. The person changed my Wish password and it wasn't until the products were ordered, that I regained access to it again. I have so far contacted my bank who had (once again) cancelled my debit cards and put up an investigation. I am hopefully waiting for my account to be credited by next Wed.

Wish.com Fraudulent charge on debit card

I was charged $39.99 for card ending in 3610. Now my card is suspended. I need a refund immediately. What I signed up for was supposed to be free. Don't know what happened.

Wish.com An order for shoes

I ordered online for a pair of shoes from wish.com in January. I have not received the shoes, nor have I heard anything from the company, The order cost with shipping was $32.94. Investigate this for me please.
Whenever I try to fine the company on Facebook it pulls up the site for wish. com. I did not print a copy of the order like I usually do as I cant print from my tablet.

Wish.com My account has the same info as my old one now I can't order please help

Ok I couldnt order my old account was bobby davis email [protected]@gmail.com I changed the name to my real name RobertlDavis same email and adress please help me I cant order nothin because I made a mistake on the old account I'm missing out on purchases if you can get to this as soon as you can I would greatly appreciate it thank you my shipping address is the same I just started the new account please help

My account was messed up and so I changed the name to start a new account and it says problem with the account information I just wanna make my purchases I deleted my previous account witch was done by facebook login my new on I set up was regular and now I still cant purchase can you help me please I'm missing out on purchases I'd like to make

Dude, why did you just post your driver's license on a public website?! Have you never heard of identity fraud? Seriously, I'm concerned for your safety. Delete this post and put up a new one without your personal information.

I place this order on the 8th of january 2020 till date I have not received any updates regarding my order, have I not be patient enough to have received my items. My order id is (5e155960b27f1413a3a1bfb1) please do everything possible for me to get my order am tired of patiently waiting. It's a month now y this long. This is my first order from wish and I wanted to know if wish is a reliable online shopping because I have so many things to buy from wish but I feel so disappointed because u can order things and wait till eternity. Please i. Urgenly need my items

Wish.com I cannot make payment

I cannot pay for the items in my cart. I get a message stating that I need to send a copy of my bank statement. So I did, 4 or 5 times. But still cannot order anything. I tried to create another account but wish linked the two together somehow and the second account did/does the same as the first. What is going on. I have always paid my bill. I added a new card and that didnot work. I thought I had been hacked. The card that was on file is good to go, nothing wrong with that account. There is nothing wrong with any of the cards on my account. Please help

Wish.com I didn't receive my refund

I ordered two different type of insole of rupees 260 and rupees 70 for shipping I didn't get my product on time so I cancelled the order. Wish said they refund my product between 14 bussiness day, now its more than 18 days I didn't recieve my refund, and they also not answer me whem they will give my refund. I want to complain against wish shopping app

Wish.com Limited quantity deal

Is okay to complain after all we are human, but I must say that, if you study and get information about this limited quantity deal you find out that there is a way out, so for me there is nothing to complain about because to me I have got a lot of refund at the same time won some LQD item.
I advise that you keep try again and again
Just want to say Thank you and keep it up.

Wish.com For the very first time!

over the 2019 holidays and prior I would order from Wish.com and for the most part could find gift items. The shipping cost was always over the top but as it were, I would order and receive what I ordered (eventually) .. Recently, I decided to go back to the website as my teenage daughter has an upcoming birthday and maybe I could find something she'd like. I go to the page and log in and couldnt understand why all the language was in a foreign appearance. I even researched and discovered it was russian.. why was this the situation? I tried translator pages to see if I could tap into the profile section of the member's area to see what I could click to change what I was seeing to USA ENGLISH words that I could understand and read description of the items being sold, I came up with no solutions whatsoever. I even took a great amount of time to locate a support email .. wrote in to wish.com via email you name it.. subsequent pages that i could find on just about all of their links.. redirected to one of their help pages that actually was showing ENGLISH. wrote in and asked if they could make this correction.. to no avail. Then I thought .. what if I re register using a different email address.. would that work? no.. i couldnt ever get anything but RUSSIAN wording. I decide that I just wont order if they cannot fix this problem Even when I was able to log in. my profile showed my name and US under my name.. so why was all the product pages in Russian language? As it were, today I went to check on my bank account and saw a charge for 75 cents.. hmmm I hadnt been able to order anything for a long while so what was this charge about? I called my bank saying I know it's not anything major but still this is an unauthorized charge and rather suspicous to me. The bank rep suggested that this is what scammers do.. they charge a small amount to see if the account is good.. then they wipe your account out! Well, scammers.. here you go.. card was blocked and you cannot carry out your horrible scheme to rob me! I reported it.. and sincerely hope you get in deep trouble .. you're awful and you need to be held responsible. I'm glad I didn't just overlook the debit charge because it was a small amount that you plot in hopes of not being noticed. nice trick but foiled because I'm not gullible and I stay diligent with what little I have to spend on things!

Wish.com Payment issue with my account

Tells me every time no matter what card that there is a payment issue go to www.wish.com/resolve payment issue. I tryed everything even signing in with Facebook. Also have not received some orders robot vaccume say they delivered it only my post office says can't track somthing that's not in the USA system. Ordered another one waiting till Feb 22 t

Wish.com 3 items in my cart. Not yet pay.

Every time when I tried to submit my payment, this message will appeared.
Before this, I received a message asking me to send my photo ID and photo of my debit card. I have sent it several times but did not receive any response.message appeared Lately, the abovementioned -"There is something wrong with your user account. Please visit https://www.wish.com/payment-issue to resolve this."

Wish.com Connected to the wrong profile!!!

For some very strange reason my own account with Wish seems to have disappeared and I am connected to someone in Brazil. How on earth can that happen? The profile is empty though... so not an active profile, which mine was as I have ordered from Wish a few times. There is no way of logging off from that fake profile and contacting Wish you Facebook or their website is of no use! Very odd... looks like a scam?

Wish.com Return label

I received an unacceptable item and requested a refund and return label same day along with pictures. I have given 3 different emails so I'm sure the problem is not on my end. I have not received a single shipping label and I'm being told if it's not than 30 days I can't refund. Today is only the third day but I'm seeing a pattern with wish not responding to the actual problem but instead repeatedly sending me in a loop to the support page with no resolution

Wish.com Identity security

They spammed me earlier last year with tons of emails, despite my not having an account. I actually forgot about that and then did sign up and tried to purchase shoes. They took the money from my account, then refunded it. When I logged on my wish.com account to see what had happened, an automated message came up saying I needed to provide a picture of the payment and refund from my bank account statement. I sent them a screenshot (my account is online). Then customer service apologised and said they had removed my account as someone had created it by mistake? But it was me- this confusing message was partially written in Cyrillic- quite unhelpful. Then I explained I just wanted to make the purchase that I had already made, but they reversed. They still refused to place the order, requesting that I upload a picture of my ID! They said to include it with only my name and image shown, but this is still an absurd amount of information to ask for. I expect that sending them in my ID with my account numbers is not normal procedure. It seems they are on the brink of phishing and I'm being spammed by their emails again, despite unsubscribing three times.

Wish.com My account is blocked

I have sent in my bank statement and driving license as requested by wish in order to verify my account and I have sent it in 3 times now
But wish are not verifying my account after being a very good customer of theirs for quite a long time now Each time I try to register a new card or try to buy through PayPal I get a message saying my account needs verifying
I never had a problem before but as soon as I deleted my old debit card and tried to register a new card my account gets locked
I have items in my basket waiting to buy but I cannot buy anything now
I also have about 50 items already on order waiting for them to be delivered which I bought off wish so as you can see I am a good customer
Can you please verify my account so I can start buying again

Wish.com Payment error / verify my identity and cancellation

Yes I have emailed wish about this with no response as yet. I can't buy or cancel anything because it's asking for me to verify my identity the link the button I have to press don't work. I have gone on to there normal customer support with a reference no for a mobile phone I want to cancel no response or for the payment error problems. I have been on klarna to cancel as I have done it on buy now and pay later it's just put as I'm returning it but I have not recieved it and it's still processing I don't want it I've bought else where. I still have 4 items I've bought last wk the status off those still says arriving. But with the payment errors and verify identity issues lack of response I'm worried they might not turn up. I need this issue fixed thanks

Hi I have a problem with wish I can't buy anything there asking for me to verify my identity trouble is I went on page to do so and link don't work or I get oops somethings wrong and take me back to home page. I have emailed them explained and no response it's worrying me because I have 4 items I already purchased wk before it still says there arriving. I have 5th item that I purchased 4 days ago still processing again before this happened I emailed contact support they replied there are problems in China. I can go and cancel it if I want. But now I can't even do that 1 keeps saying payment error issues to be resolved before cancellation can take place the 5th item not yet paid for I did that one with buy now pay later. I have emailed them via customer support with reference no. I've logged in at klarna what good that did all they couid do is put in for return and let wish know even though it's not left China or been processed I'm at a lost I need help because wish are useless at responses and communication many thanks Sara.
