Wish.com every time I try to order something from wish it says go to wish.com payment issue I don't understand.

I've been ordering from wish for over a year and these past 3 months I have not been aloud to order and I don't understand why. Can you please help to resolve this. Thank you Heather and now I geuss I'm having more problems sending my complaint out because it telling me I have to use 350 words I don't understand what really the issue is I think the way things are set up is the actual issue! Pretty disappointed at this point!

Wish.com unauthorized credit card charges

My debit card was charged for $912 on 3/16 I didnt authorize this purchase. There is no possible way anyone i know used my account or my card as i keep my card in my bra and no one has access to my laptop because it is under lock and key and passcode. This is a fradulent charge from wish or the merchants. I only had the option to dispute each individual item as a separate order and customer service is saying because the orders are all being sent to the same address as my previous orders that they are mine and that they already sent them so too bad for me. I called and emailed as soon as i seen the charge on a confirmation email the same day. This is not my order. my items or my address. wish, com has a scam going on and they are stealing peoples money red handed and getting away with it. Im disgusted and sick to my stomach. im so stressed out because of this and trying to get my money back for over a month now with no help from wish. This is a fradulent charge and i shouldnt even have to be asking for a refund i didnt buy anything to refund. How and why would i order multiple of the same item and spend every dollar that i had to live off of and pay my rent? this makes no sense. and i dont even shop online like ever! i cant get them to understand anything. i get the same responses over and over. . ive tried to communicate this is every way i know possible. i really dont believe there really is a customer support just people hired and trained to not give refunds to customers no matter what the situation. All i want is my money refunded to me. I recieved no items as i doont even live at the address they have the stuff being sent to, please help

Wish.com cellphone cover

I received my cellphone cover which but it was the wrong size. It was the following:
Luxury Glittering Crystal Bling Diamond Glitter HD Mirror Bear Ring Stand. the store was gynanchen and the tracking number is UH349108791cn. I ordered the one for a Iphone 7. If you can help me with this it would be greatly appreciated. I ordered another one at the same time and it was a perfect size.

Wish.com trying to order numerous products

Trying to pay for ordered items, and I repeatedly tried to make payment, and was told there is a problem and to email here to have problem resolved. Some of the products were ordered a little while ago. but are still active on the Wish spp. If I do not hear from you right away or find that you cannot resolve this issue immediately, I will place my order with Amazon. I have never had a problem had any problems with them.

do not order from wish. They rip you off and no customer support. You took my money march 6 and delivered nothing. You don't provide a customer complaint chat. I will tell everyone not to order anything from you. Everyone in my family my freinds co-workers. Everyone! I ordered products and had to wait 6 weeks and now I am told to wait an additional 4 weeks. This scam is over!

Wish.com credit card

I have ordered from Wish cg or 2 years and now since you had the 50% off... There is trouble with my card. I have the money on my card. So what has happened? I want m looky order and I want the 50% per cent off. I have tried for a couple of days. Nothing had changed, except with your end. I DO WANT MY ORDER... ONLY IF I STILL GET THE 50% per cent off. And I also want my free gift. This is ridiculous. Get it together and I expect my 50% per cent off. If you can't make this happen, like I want... Erase my name, address, and my email. I will just start shopping on RoseLily here in the USA.

Wish.com they won't let me use debit or credit cards without saying there's a problem.

I have tried to ask what the problem is but never can get to the correct page. Or to the correct person. Meanwhile the products I am wanting to purchase disappear from my cart. There's nothing wrong with my credit or debit cards. I want this to be corrected today as in now. I want to purchase these items now. Please fix your problem now. Thank you. I am going back to my cart and expect to be able to purchase items now.

Wish.com advertisement

Are you actually joking. Your website is advertising drug parapheranlia and it's for $1. With a 4 star rating. You actually allow people to purchase this product and rate it.
This is the most outrageous thing I have ever seen in my life.
It's being advertised on Facebook for everyone too see.
Companies like yourselves should know better than this. It's disgusting.

They want bank statement and my information they won't get .
Not sure why they don't want out business
I'll go back to amazon
I will be deleting my account once I receive everything I've already purchased
Why do you not let people use multiple gift credit cards on each order
I have several 50$ cards but, try to purchase a order with anything you want for under 50$

Wish.com the whole order

I want to cancell this order, I sent you a request already, it is 5C93d27le988e07eebad8d59 for the amount of $264.00. it was a hand bag and some plastic brick stickers. I hit the wrong button, it sold me everything on my wish list. I will be contacting my bank to stop this payment. so please do not send merchandise. Thank you

Wish.com transfer my wish cash money to my paypal account/ unblock my account so I can use the money in wish cash

when i realised my account was hacked i raised a ticket and asked for a refund .

they were quick enough to reply to this ticket, and they did a refund back to the wish cash (the hacker took the money from wish cash to pay for this product)

After this incident i noticed i was getting payment issues - when i contacted the contact support they told me due to security reasons they have blocked my account permanently and asked me to open a new account.

I don't mind if my account is permanently blocked, i am more than happy to open another account in wish but before i do this i want my £14.80 in WISH CASH to be transfered to my paypal account (this is the original place from where all the above products where purchased)

I am not getting any kind of help with this situation

I have done everything they asked me to do, i am lost now

This is a very simple case

they have got two options

1. Keep my account permanently blocked and transfer all the money in wish cash to my paypal account (original payment method/place)

2. unblock my account so i can atleast use that money

it has been over two weeks and i am really getting frustrated. please do something.

1. transfer the money in Wish Cash (£14.80) to my paypal account
2. Unblock my permanently blocked account so i can't start buying things(this will help me use the wish cash), i will de-activate my account after i finish that wish cash money

I made this order way back in early february but till now I have not received quite a few items. I have been a customer of yours for quite sometime now and I am disappointed to say this but I have to give you feed back and let you know what is going on. Furthermore, it is alright refunding the money but I see no point when all you want is the item that is why one did the purchase. There should be an option whether you want a refund or to resend. Wish.com they advertised item for 2.00 with three dollar shipping cost and billed my card for 8.50 false advertising

I ordered like a 2 dollar item was supposed to be 3 dollar shipping charge they billed my card for 8.50 when I saw the total I cancelled the order .the 8.50 was still charged to my card and am getting feedback saying it could be twelve days to see my credit.i feel if they can take my money that quickly they should return it just as quickly. They also never shipped me an item I ordered so they issued me a wish buck refund, now I am leery of ordering anything else rendering my wish buck virtually useless . Their automated complaint review doesn't really give you an opportunity to specifically tell your problem it gives you predispositioned problems and their selected resolutions .I seriously doubt I will trust them again and plan on letting everyone who will listen to beware.

Wish.com did not receive what we ordered

My young daughter has ordered from wish before and likes their affordable clothes. She used her allowance to buy a white pair of tennis shoes with roses on the side. They were about $15 - or $20 with shipping. She waited for more than a month. She finally received a notice that they had been delivered. We live in a small, rural area and immediately went to our post office. She said they had not been delivered. They were also not at our house. We contacted wish and were told to wait a bit - and maybe they would show up. My daughter patiently waited, but they never came. We contacted them repeatedly for either a refund or for an identical item to be sent (since we never received the shoes). They refused to refund or replace the item. My daughter was heart-broken. We had bought many items before and would have continued to shop at wish... But we will no longer purchase items from wish. Theire customer service was horrible and my daughter doesn't have the shoes and lost $20 from her allowance.

Cancelled an item couple of hours after paying to to realise they were the wrong item I wanted, they told me I'd get a refund back for it within 14 days, baring in mind I requested the refund on the 26th March and they told me it would be back in by the 9th April and still had nothing from them! Wish.com the bridal rings I got are fake they turned my finger green

I bought a Bridal set of rings and I had them on for one hole day and when I took them off an hour ago and my fingers smelled like metal and my finger was green
When I read the product was Sterling silver and trust it's not I have Sterling silver rings and they didn't take turn my finger green if u are going to sell stuff like this at least u could stand by your product but trust this isn't the 1st ring I have gotten that did this I will not by any more rings or jewelery from you because it isn't REAL and I am very very dissatisfied about this one day of ware took it off this morning and this is what I got will never buy jewelery again

Wish.com request for refund

I was blocked from using wish. You asked me to send in proof of recent purchase with a card that was used or the bank statement and I sent in both and you said you couldn't remove the block.? The only explanation they gave me was their system blocked me and they cannot remove it due to policy. What the heck.? I purchase on wish like once a week and it's not one item, I purchase several items at a time. I haven't done anything and I am extremely aggravated because now I have to go through extreme lengths to get into contact with y'all about items I haven't received and you keep giving me the run around. Unblock my account! This is ridiculous

Wish.com payment

I have put my order in and they say there's an error with my credit card. I have called the credit card company and they said there is nothing wrong with the card. I can use my credit card anywhere else and have no problem with it. I have ordered from wish many times and my family and friends order as well, but I feel if this problem doesn't get resolved that will change.

I have put my card number in and comes back with an error. I have checked with my credit card company and there's no problem. I have paid with my card on the last order. I have ordered from you before and my family orders from you. If this isn't taken care of I'll take my business else where and make sure others know what happen.
