Wish eyeliner and mascara

I bought a eyeliner and mascara from wish.com on the third of November 2017. I received the items on the 18 and they're so damaged that it leaked all over my $300 comforter.
Everything I tried to get from this website has only sent either the wrong item or damaged items.
Their only solution is to refund my$3 for one item. What about my damages. I mean really, my comforter is ruined?!

Wish payment taken but no order

i placed an order for a moblie phone on the 30th october you immediatley took payment of 40 english pounds out of my account. i have received no e mails regarding delivery and when i go into my account there is no history of any kind. please can you tell what is going on. Wish not received my item

I have a couple of items I did not receive. Most of the items are clothes and I have been told they are delivered but never actually came. I am now waiting over 6 months for the items and I am hoping to get the issue fixed as soon as possible. It is an illegal act of fraud because now the app has got my PayPal details and the money. We have got the email to confirm that the transaction has been completed and further proof that the company has got the correct address so it is their fault for reasons we've not received anything as one item has come. A pair of shorts which weren't the right colour, were too big and were a different design to the one viewed on the site. The numerous complaints and questions we've asked via wish were ignored or we got a reply saying it should be delivered soon. I've also tried contacting wish on Facebook but they have ignored my messages, my next step will be to bring this into a proper lawsuit or contacting the police if all my complaints will be ignored seeing as this has been carrying on for more than half a year. Thank you for dealing with my issue and I hope we can solve this before it expands further.

Wish haha women bowknot long wallet

I Celeste Reed purchased a new item over a month ago and I have till yet to receive it I contact bbb and I have been ask to contact you concerning this item which is a HaHa women bow knot wallet long which were to be delivered to the address 319 McClure st Tallulah, la 71282 I m still waiting for my order while at the same time bbb are waiting to hear the out come from myself.this is not a cancellation of my order it's to receive it.praying not as long as I have waited.

Wish my order came with no plug or remote

i ordered 4 sets of led strip lights and they were very late in comming but when they did they had just 2 wires at the end were the plug should be and there was no remote control either how am i supposed to use somthing with no plug or remote ? do they come in a seperate package with instructions . how long will that take to arrive ? if it actually does ill be surprised but at least ill be able to use them instead of returning them and waiting another 2 months for it to arrive

Wish metal detector

My metal detector was supposed to be delivered on Sept. 9. I have not received it as yet. Even though I have responded to your query numerous times. I would like an answer or some resolution to this order. If a delivery of the metal detector is not available, then a refund of the purchase price would be appreciated. I am unable to give more information, as the item seems to have been eliminated from my order history.

Wish shipping/prices

I have recently found a couple of very interesting tricks on wish.
Their prices are definitely not to be taken at face value
You could find a cute dress for $5 dollars, but after adding the shipping(which can go up to $20 at least, from what ive seen) which sometimes costs more depending on certain styles and colors offered you could end up paying over $25 for a supposedly $5 item.

Ive also noticed that sometimes with express items, the standard shipping for these items will state that the estimated delivery should be around the same time that the express delivery would be delivered. But when you add that item to your cart the standard shipping then says that it would be delivered much later than claimed in the shipping details section.

I know that these merchants and wish are running a business but they could at least provide accurate information to its customers instead of lying to get more money.
And I understand that business works like that sometimes but when people figure that, they typically avoid that business.
Such as an accurate price estimate, instead of trying to lure people in with cheap prices and fast shipping and then charging insane shipping fees.
And giving more accurate delivery estimates, possibly adding a feature to estimate delivery time based on location and how far away the seller is from each customer.

It would also be useful to be able to contact a real employee at wish, instead of automated systems
And to be able to contact each individual seller and know their real location.

I hope that wish will listen to their upset customers.

The pictures I provided below show the differing shipping prices, and differing shipping dates of an item while looking at the details of it on the wish app, versus aftee you actually put it in your cart.
This shows how wish will try to lure you in and then blatantly lie to you.

This is my first time on wish.com and i noticed this issue right away, not to mention how a time clock is on a item if you do not buy that item within a certain time the price goes up and how shipping cost is on each individual item. When i signed up it was a 5.00 flat fee for my total shipping cost by the time i was done shopping that fee had changed and went back to a fee for every item.

I'm looking at products on my page for gifts for my family and I'm seeing a lot of dilldos. And other porn objects I don't want to see this when I'm looking at wish for gifts I have kids and teens who have this app on their phone this porn stuff that is on here is Verry disturbing and should be taken off or if u can please tell me if there is a way I can block these porn objects so I don't see them

Wish 26” bike

It has been almost 3 months and I have not gotten the bike yet. I was told for my troubles that I would get a refund but keep the bike... then told it was ship but then not shipped ... and finally told again that the bike should be there soon... does anyone know what they are doing in this company... I want that bike for my son . Everyday my son is waiting for his bike... so you like to see disappointment in your child's eyes because I don't... all I am asking is for the bike

I would be very suspicious about their offer to refund you AND let you keep the bike. I can't think of any business in their right mind that would do that. Regardless, at this point you may just want to dispute the charge with your credit card company and give up on receiving the bike. Once you get your refund, you could always shop elsewhere for bicycles.

I have received a rug I ordered or 2 sets of head phones. I now have a change of address to 74 Greendale drive Otaihanga Kapiti Coast New Zealand post code 5036. Wish customer service/company/customer service

A good, reliable, respectable company would ALWAYS offer a way to contact and speak with a customer service representative. That should have been my red flag. The only number [protected]) you can find, gives you a recording of the same thing you get online/email at their Website… "We'll get back with you in a couple of days". I plan to broadcast and share my concerns and frustrations with all FB friends, as I hope they will stay clear of this flaky company!

Wish ring missing

On 11-13-2017 I received a package that had a ring box but did not have the ring in it. As I have ordered several rings I do not know which ring it was suppose to be. Wish customer service ignoring my request and not helping.

Hello,
I been trying to reach wish customer for about 3 weeks now, but every time I get as it seems automatic generated response. My account got blocked by wish system and I can not access customer support. Few of my items came in damaged, wrong size and 2 of them came in the wrong color. I would like to get an refund or return items.
So far by getting no response from any real people I feel like wish wronged me by blocking my account after big purchase without my knowledge and now ignoring me. I just wanted to return few items and I received 0 help. Should I take legal actions or someone is going to help me with my wrong items ?

I paid for express shipping and I was supposed to get my orders today and now wish is saying I won't get my items until the 16th or 20th of this month and I keep getting ignored by them also when I just wanted to know where my packages when it says it will be here today and now saying wont get them until later on. If I was you I would take legal action please keep me updated and ill do the same for you thank you

Wish delivery service

Hi,

I was completely unaware that i need to pay (at the post office - releasing fee) for each and every product that i ordered. I was under the impression that it would be delivered to my residential address which i provided. Since I paid for shipment as well.

Please enlighten me on this situation. Would it be possible for the remainder of my deliveries to be delivered to my home address please.

Another question. I was wondering why my items are delivered one at a time and not all together.

I ordered the potty golf set and I can't find it on track my package or my order. When I go to it, it says i have no order. Payment was taken where is my order?
