Wish.com Faulty tablet

I submitted a refund request on the 11/01/2020 and you still refuse to engage with me by providing details of how to return the tablet.

I will continue until you accept the faulty tablet back for a full refund - I will not give up even if I have to fly out personally out of principle and get my money back from you.

Please resolve this dispute asap.

Wish.com Communicating

I have not had any confirmation about this. I was supposed to get a post letting me know if I was going to get any of the 50cent specials within 24 hours. I didn't receive any message in that time or since. The money however was taken from my account the next day. I would like to know the shipping # and expected date. This is my second time using wish and I'm hoping all goes well.

Wish.com Unauthorized charge

Why did I only get a.78 cent refund? The wig I was charged for and that you sent was $24.68. I only looked at the wig and did not authorize this purchase to the best of my knowledge. How did this go through? I expect a full refund - the 78 cents you refunded me so far (asap.) if you want this back it will be at your expense.

Please don't tell me again that it was already sent. I did not ask you to send this nor did I agree to pay for it.

$0.78 was refunded on january 10, 2020 to mastercard x-6457.

Wish.com Plant water meter

Purchased a plant water meter on December 20 2019. Was advised that shipment would be about the middle of January. Order #5dfcef744133e09da040dbec. The total amount of the purchase was $10.53. It was to be shipped to Dakota Moore 307 38 King St. W, Stoney Creek, Ontario, Canada L8G1H6. It was also charge to my credit card December 20/19. If you would like to have the reference number to my credit card I can supply that also.

Very disappointed in your service and not being able to get an answer. Have been dealing with Amazon for 2 years now and that is a company that is reliable, straight forward and honest. Which I find you are not at this point.

Also went on the reviews for your company and found quite a few unsatisfied customers.:)

Wish.com Website security and customer service and lack of communication

DO NOT BUY FROM WISH!

This is the second time my Wish account has been hacked. This time the hackers changed my password and the email to my account so I couldn't get the password reset email. Since I couldn't access my account by desktop or app I sent their customer service dept an email. They sent an automated reply telling me to use the app.

I sent them several more emails and they always replied in French so I used a translator and it was another automated reply to use the app. Finally I got kinda forceful because they locked my account. I realize why but instead of fixing the email and password as I requested so I could access my account and get my barcode to pick up the items I requested they told me, in French again, to send a copy of my picture ID. I have asked what they will do with it but their response was another automated replay that said "Your request has been updated. To add more comments, please respond to this email." This is the same response I got for over a week. Now I don't know what is going to happen to the orders I have in process, I don't know if they will refund my money to me, or charge me a restocking fee.

I also had a damaged item but they never communicated what was going to happen about refund, I have items that have not shown up and I cannot tell them on the app since I can't access my account (that is the only way they will accept this type of issue) so I don't guess I will get my money back on those items.

I have spend a lot money with Wish but once you have a problem they are not good to deal with.

I don't trust them. They do not communicate. They don't have a secure website, they force you to save your payment method to your account which leaves it open to anyone. Then you can't call them, you can't email them, they only want you to use their app. They do not communicate.

This is not a reputable company to deal with. I was stupid to start ordering from them a second time but I never will again.

DO NOT BUY FROM WISH! THEY ARE FRAUDULENT!

Wish.com A blouse too small and a light strip that doesn't work.

I am looking at the lable and one is on top of the other so I cannot read the date. But it was sometime in January. It is a light bar for under the cabinet and it does not work. I would like to return the light bar and get a refund for that. Also recieved a blouse On January 22, 2020 I recieved the blouse and it did not fit. It is a stripped top. I cannot send a photo of anything becasue I dont know how to do this.

Look at the date and look up my account. It should show the top I am talking about. It is a size 5xl. I hope this helps.

Wish.com three orders - not yet received

I have placed three orders starting early December of 2019 and I have yet to recieve any of the orders. Can you please address this issue as soon as possible before I file a complaint with the authorities?

Wish.com various orders remaining

I have no access to the Wish web site for many months now. Going to Wish.com and asking for my password to be sent to me results in no response as they respond only to the CURRENT owner of the account.

I pay for products as I receive them as I have no way to report that the item has not been received, was received completely different to advertised, was received but never ordered by me or was received damaged.

As you seem to have all the answers, please tell me how to get my Wish account back from hackers who now seem intent on also stealing my livelihood.

When I went to a web site in general chat of wish on the day my account was stolen, I found hundreds of messages to wish on the very same chat board from users who were in my exact predicament. It is hard when Wish, Poliisi, Klarna do not care enough to help, but even harder when I have no voice as I am Deaf.

Wish.com to make payment

I am trying to purchase items on the site, when I go to check out, it is asking for a copy of my bank statement showing a previous purchase. This is my first time purchasing anything so I can not supply this. It will not let me check out.
I tried to go to the contact us tab and was requested to re sign in with my user name and password (This is while I was logged into the site) when I filled in the details, it advised that the details are not correct, however I was logged into the site at that time using the same user name and password.

I purchase a few items from Wish and the order on Dec 13 2019.

The suoer Bass Home Audio system that I recveived is missing the Bass loudspecker Box and the sound bar is reecived by Australain postal.

The item that I bought should be coming along with the Bass loudspecker box and the sound Bar.

Wish.com Payment made but no response

I tried checking but no avail, I was ask to send my account statement and email address which I did and I have already made payment for my first order. I place another order still trying to pay it was referring me to this website. And u know there is a whole lot of fraudulent activity. Am not comfortable. Pls urgent reply . This is my first time of buying from u, I don't know if u are real or fraudster, pls I need u to attend to this as fast as possible, bcos a huge amount of money has already left my account to yours, almost 22, 000# . Wish.com haven recieved tracking numbers for my orders I would like to know why

gooday i have deactivated two of my accounts but they are still loging in i also created a new account where i had purchased some goods that no longer reflects on my order history i havent even recieved tracking numbers from you guys...please stop letting the computers do your job and can we get some real customer service we are spending alot of money here guys cummon.

Im trying to shop on wish but they won't let me check out and want me to send a screen shot of my bank statement and I will not do that I just want to shop I have been trying for quite some time and every time I log out and log back in and try to shop it says we're having a problem with your account please send a bank statement attachment showing that I have shopped with them recently and I haven't I just want to resolve this

Wish.com there is something wrong with your user account. please visit https://www.wish.com/payment-issue to resolve this.

No matter how small or big of an order I try to place with Wish.com when I "attempt" to checkout the same pop up occurs and wants me to fix a payment issue. I've tried using PayPal, 2 different debit cards and a cc now all of course with my name and address being on them. At this point I'm over wish and their OH SO WONDERFUL DEALS only to deal with this nonsense every time. I get excited about it and then super pissed because it's time I invested and for absolutely nothing but to get upset since there's no reason this should be happening. So BYE BYE Wish! The breakup is official. I'll keep using Ali from now on. Thanks for nothing but constant issues.

Good day, when i have a query and contact customer support i get an email giving me a code from customer support saying i have a message .Ive search the Wish app many many times, took screenshots of NO NEW MESSAGES .BUT STILL IM SENT THE SAME THING.Mant agents have chatted me over the past months but its not resolved.Ive done all that they told me to no avail.

I have bought merchandise from wish.com app for a long time someone had used my account 30th of December 2019. They have me fun my money and my bank is Chase Bank I called them they sent me out a new debit card I have been ordering for my new debit card I'm trying ordering three items and it keeps giving me boobs something is wrong with your account please tell me what is wrong and what I need to do about it I call my bank they say is not on that therein but accurate let me know what I need to do I really want to purchase this merchandise thank you Monique N Stevenson 1/16/2020.
