Wish.com My wish cash I had $125 wish cash on my account

I do a lot of shopping on wish and a lot of times they send the wrong size or the wrong item so I have no choice but to do it return or refund anyway they froze my account saying I abused the return and refund policy at that time I had $125 wish cash on my account and 27, 000 points I filled out an appeal and I won my appeal the staff at wish unfroze my account after reading my appeal and realizing that they made most of the refunds because items I bought we're sold out or not met in a timely fashion so they unfroze my account and granted me permission to once again make refunds or returns if need be but when they unfroze my account they kept my $125 wish cash which was my money to begin with am I 27,000 points I don't understand why they did that that is theft please see what you can do to get my $125 back from them

Wish.com Wish would not refund my money.

Ok, so I put quite a few items in my cart instead of wishlist, because I was trying to sort them out & not lose them. I really liked the items & wanted to put them in their own category (wishlists). Anyway, I accidentally swiped the orange bar & accidentally ordered the items. I contacted wish support on the app. They said they'd get back with me 2-3 business days. This was DURING a business week mind you. So, 3 days later they reply that I have to wait until the items get here, (which we all know takes a month or 2) to send the stuff back. They also said that I would have to PERSONALLY PAY FOR THE SHIPPING FEE AS WELL. The costumer service reps Ahmeedhisham & Meqiel we're not helpful at all. The information I had to wait 3 days to receive from them already came from the Help section on the app. Waste of time. I want my money back. Amazon has done the same tho g for me. And I actually got to speak to a PROFESSIONAL representative over the phone with that company. I will be switching to them solely for my shopping if this issue from wish isn't resolved. I need my money back as soon as possible.

Desired outcome: I would like a full refund immediately.

Wish.com I got charged for items that I did not order.

On March 28th 2021 I ordered one item less than five dollars and wish charged me for nineteen items and and charged me$599.00 to my credit card and would not let me cancel it immediately after I received a email with my Order ID but wish would not let me cancel it I tried for hours and days after but they would not let me cancel it all they said I could return it when i receive it. I did not order it and I do not want it .It's been four months now and they will not refund me the money. I am a senior citizen and i do not have that much money, they will not answer my emails any more, I love to get my money back thank you James Poe

Wish.com Scooter electric

I ordered an electric scooter, never received it, they say it's too late to file complaints, this is fraud a crime, not that I'm not happy with item, you must make this right or I'll go to US Mail Fraud Agent order #6002e2e7a9283f063a3f8ac7 I will not let this go, I wil!do whatever it takes to be made whole, including filing a complaint with the U.S. federal authorities

Wish.com Cty customer service

They blocked me for utilizing the right for a refund the locked my account because they sent me stuff that was damaged or stuff that was late and some stuff that never even showed up at all. I have spent 100s of dollars on wish and this is how they treat there customers really now I have yet again another problem with an order and I can't even talk to customer service. I'm truly irritated this is bull crap.

Wish.com missing delivery!

recently i have bought some stress balls and more stuff separately. it has not arrived and they actually have the audacity to tell me it was delivered 1 hour ago. either i get a refund or you find a way to get it back!

Wish.com 7 baitcaster reels not supplied. Supplied 7 spinning reels instead - not needed

I ordered 7 BAITCASTER FISHING REELS on various orders and each time i received SPINNING REELS (7 total).

Each time they said to to send pictures of what was received and then didn't do anything to rectify the problem!

I have ordered other items and they supplied the incorrect item. How can they operate under these terms?

Plus... they are falsely advertising stuff.

Desired outcome: total refund including postage back.

Wish.com 4 pillowcases

I returned everything that wish requested me to return, I return the pillowcases with the rug that I ordered they refunded the rug but not the pillowcases, their stating that I needed a shipping label for each product how, and they sent me everything combined and I thought it was ok to send it back like that, I have sent pictures of the product, receipts and tracking number but no refund, where is the customer service here! They keep giving me the run around!

Wish.com I am complaining about not being able to return the product and wish's customer support

Hello,
On 19th July recived my order : trainers size 42 UK, (order number i60e74eb6ffcbb681b3dc6cab.)

The theiners were about 2 sizes too small so I want to return them. I have starterd the return process a few days afterwords via Support button on the Wish website. The company answered using artificial intelligence convinicing me that the product was okay and tried to finish the convensartion. I have to send another 10 email with pictures of of products and screen shot of links which suppose to provide a return lable, but do not work. I restarted the whole return process few times, because the system do not allow to conitinue communication, after Wish's response.

I contacted Wish also dirrectly from my email writing about my problem to [protected]@wish.com.
It took ma awful lot of time and effort but it did not get me anywhere.
It is a breach of T&C and my consumer's rights. Wish gives you 30-day-s return slot, but it does not look like is available in practice. I believe this is to put the customers off from returning items. The system is designed to make the customer tired.

I still need help with returning my item and therefore would be gratful for your help.

Wish.com 32v electric screwdriver with lithium battery rechargeable dual speed cordless drill screwdriver hammer impact drill power tools

Email from Wish.com stating item was delivered 8/12/21 @ 5:09pm but did (NOT) find item and called UPS and they stated that the name/address associated with the tracking # was < NOT > a match and it was delivered to a different address. They could not tell me the address it was delivered to ( UPS policy) and said to contact the sender = which is you. I want this straightened out and have that drill set sent to me asap. I think it is a DAMN shame you can not have a "live" person available for something like this.

Desired outcome: Resend me the item -or- credit back to my debit card the amount of this item.

Wish .com is a very bad place to shop. If you take a few mins to see the other reviews, you'll see that you are far from being the only victim of this company that constantly rips people off. I have no idea how the company hasn't been shut down by whatever gov't oversees the consumer affairs in it's corporate office.

Best thing you can do now, that you're already another victim of this company, is tell as many people as you can not to shop with Wish. And definitely NEVER place a second order with them for anything.

Wish.com Account restriction too many times

I bought many items during the month of August and I was somehow restricted and forced to give out my ID. They helped and unblocked my account. But, all my items were refunded and I can't shop freely because I was restricted again on Thursday, August 12th in the same month! What is going on with wish? Why do they keep restricting my account when I already sent them an ID. I want real people on this website to help us and I want the employees of wish to take notice and remove the automated restriction! They are unreasonably making me waste my valuable time and stealing my information by forcing me to send my ID many times because they claim my account is "restricted"! Please help me! I don't know what to do anymore.

Desired outcome: I hope wish’s service can improve and I want real people to help us instead of automated messages. I also want less account restrictions and real people handling the problem. I want good service on wish!

Wish.com All products ordered / delivery and false representation of items

I just received 2 products and they are a joke. I also have an order I placed long before these 2 items and sent in asking they cancel the order but there is no actual communication or ability to actually voice your complaint. Just a multiple choice which doesnt allow you to chose what the problem actually is. Everything is just computer generated. I have received nothing of my previous order yet my card was charged July 5 2021 for 361.17. I do not want any products from this firm/internet company after receiving and seeing that the items are not as they are represented on their site but have no way of contacting them to reverse the charge and cancel the order. I am going to contact my bank and see if mastercard cant correct this but not sure how it all works. Also want my credit card off their radar

Wish.com Items or refund was, not affected. And today, I received only one leg of the leg warmers that I ordered

My first complaints earlier in the year was not addressed and no refunds made ! Secondly, how on earth will an unamputsted person be sold only one leg feet warmer! I revived just now only one leg of rest warmer I ordered. This is only unbelievable and insulting as, thank God I have two legs not one. So where is the other leg warmer? This is indeed

Wish.com Not refunding money

I have purchased countless items off of wish.com. I have also had ALOT of items that were suppose to be refunded and have not been.
I get emails telling me the item was refunded on such and such date back to my credit card, but there is no proof that any money has been put back in to my account. This has happened numerous times!

Desired outcome: I would like all of my money to be refunded and the issues to be resolved!!!

Wish.com Wish plus

I have deactivated my account. Sent photo I'd. And sent numerous message to have my wish plus account cancelled. But they keep taking the 3.79 fee out of my online account. I have been trying to get this taken care of for months. Also I have heard that wish plus has been discontinued. If so you should not be taking any money out for it anyway. Wish.com Baebody Eye gel Order ID: 60eb8d15892f48f076fa2178

I have an original Baebody eye gel, purchased from an American company. I liked it and wanted to buy another jar and ordered the Baebody gel from Wish. I had the "gel" delivered on July 31. The volume is ~2 times smaller that of the original one. Although the Wish's label says it is 50 ml (the same as the original one), its volume is only ~25 ml. The content is also different. While the original one feels like a gel, the Wish's one is a creamy, phenol smelling substance. The label is just a paper sticker with a printed copy of the label enclosed into the original item. I consider this as a fraud and I cannot be sure that this cream is not harmful.

Wish.com Refunded orders in june and still have not been reimbursed.

The order was placed on May 31st for one item but all items in the cart were charged and ordered. On June 4th, this was realized and the orders were cancelled one by one with notice that they would be refunded in 10-14 business days. I still have not received the refund in my account as of today, July 28, 2021. I would like the money refunded as promised by Wish and returned to my account immediately. I have all the emails showing the items were returned and refunded and have sent multiple emails requesting reimbursement when it was not received within the noted time frame of 10-14 business days. I have called the Customer Service line multiple times, as well, but unfortunately, they do not have a person who answers the phone. I have all emails available to send but there were over 50 items that were charged/cancelled and not sure if you want them all attached here. Please contact me at [protected]@outlook.com and let me know as soon as possible when this will be resolved.

Desired outcome: Reimbursement of all items cancelled and not received.

Wish.com Lack of support

My issue is that the company actually had my order.
I have been asking for days to have the company to just send them the right code and not a refund. This is what I've have continually asked!
I'm not wanting the refund! I am wanting my items that have finally and apparently been delivered to my requested destination originally! I have know idea how you or the delivery has gotten SO Screwed up! But the store has MY items yet After waiting longer then original delivery date, you somehow mange to deliver them yet screw it up by saying I now have a refund! When I had never wanted the refund just my items! FIX THIS and send me the CORRECT QR CODE so I can pick my items up! The store still has them but needs the right QR code

Wish.com Huawei knockoff phone

This is the second counterfeit item I've received through Wish.com, and it's been well over two days since I've first reached out, and can't understand why they just can't give me a refund. The item was shipped on July 20th. Upon receipt of counterfeit item, I noticed a lot of similarities to the previous phone I ordered that was also a knockoff, which I have since been refunded for. There's absolutely no branding anywhere on the phone, accessories, or box (just like the previous phone), and just like the previous phone, will not boot up, and when it did, it booted up in what appeared to be Japanese calligraphy. I keep being told they've notified support, and were reaching out to the vendor, but in all honesty, I do not think they're going to get a response from the vendor.

On another note, I seem to be showing two of the same mixers, as one was initially rejected, and when I was able to get my payment straightened out, there was a second one showing, which I've requested on more than one occasion to delete the second order, if a duplicate one was showing, and I have yet to get a human response.

Inasmuch as I love your items and prices, your customer service has a lot to be desired, to the point where I would much rather pay more money for the same item, so long as I can get superior customer service.
