Wish cash
I have several times went to the local CVS and purchased up to $20 in wish cash more than one time. And never had the money added to my account. I have emailed customer service several time and have the receipt and have given them the transaction number but keep getting they cannot find the transaction ID over and over after I have given it to them repeatedly..
Delay to delivery

Wish had announced that my watches would reach February 6th. But that date has arrived but my package has not arrived and I will leave Sweden for another 7 days. And I don't know if Wish can send my package to another country? It is best for me and you to deliver the package to Sweden. I told you that is mentioned "Delivery could not be completed" in the package tracking, but Wish didnot pay attention to this. I can not accept Wish's new date for delivery, because I am not in my address and I dont now my new address in another counrty now.

On feb 4 2020 I ordered some stuff from you using my check card at that time someone hacked your sytem and used my card spending $100.00 on it I know it came from your site because it is the only place I used that card I just want you to know your site has been hacked u need to be awear that this is going on because there are alot of people out there that uses it I am cancelling my order because I dont want to be apart of this kind of stuff going on when I order my stuff online I have ordered from you for many years and I am no longer going to order from you in the future thank you Brenda Morlan
Problem has not been resolved
Problem has not been resolved I would like to because I would like to start shopping on wish.com again I have giving them my phone number so I can speak to them They have giving me a refund on some tennis shoes I did not want a refund I told him that so how do I go about that I would like to have my tennis shoes recorder I have never had a problem with Wish.com so please have the problem resolved
Payment issue
I ordered something on the wish app and for the couple of times I tried entering my banking details but the didn't accept it but they later entered after that I ordered again and it accepted my details but later told me that I need to screen shot the transfer which should have reported on my phone but it never did and later my details got removed and I couldn't put them in again so I can't buy anything on the app anymore and I'm still trying to fix this error
Making payments
I called my credit card company and they have lifted the decline off of my account.. So the credit card I have on file with you is good you can run it back through I don't know what else to tell y'all that credit card it's good that you have on file I called my credit card company and they told me that my credit card was good It's good you can process the payment the credit card company told me
Wish payment
well let's see I have money in my wish account that I added at the store then when I try Tobias it it ask for bank statement and a purchase well most purchase on made by prepaid cards so it's safer then giving your bank information so I found where I purchased from my PayPal account and sent it to them over and over again like 5 or 6 times I sent them documents proving it still here it is 2!weeks later and still nothing it's starting to a bunch of bs eather give me my money back or let me order thanks for your time Adam Tash, [protected]@gmail.com, [protected]

HELLO. I have written many tims WISH support service, but they still haven't
given me the answer. I ordered a laptop on 14 january and send me a laptop
that does not match the quality. On a laptop the battery does not charge, only
works when it is connected to electricity. They wrote to me that they sent a letter to email on how to return the laptop but my email is incorrect there . I wanted to change my email but I can't do it because I don'treceive a confirmation email, since initially I wrote an email with an error and I just can't get an email at this email address. I ask for help from Wish support team about five times, but they never answered me. They also an January 18 from my card 33dollars 86 cents . Although my last purchase was JANUARY 14. I didn't make any puchases January 18. I ask to understand and return me money for laptop or exchange it for another laptop and return my 33 dollars to 86 cents for which I did not make purchases . THANK YOU . I can't provide correspondence with WISH since they did not answer me .
Account password reset
I have sent 24 messages to your customer support email to try and receive access to my account. When I try logging in it tells me a password reset email has been sent, however these emails never arrive. Yesterday I sent an ID photograph as requested so you would be able to unblock my account. Please refer to emails from my address Sofie.[protected]@yahoo.com to support@wish.com or if you would prefer I can forward them on to an alternative email address?

Fraudulent wish orders
This pass week I have received emails claiming I ordered something that I did not order. The address for shipping is in Russia. I have changed my PayPal password, but I am still getting notices that I have ordered things. What should I do? I have been a buyer with Wish for many years and have not experienced this problem before. Please have Wish check into how someone in Russia is using my email through Wish. Refund
I purchased a pair of running shoes on the 20-11-19 the order was processed on the
20-11-19 . Order number 5dd5074d93599d3062afe113, amount $46.55 AUD. The refund was issued on the 11-1-20 and still haven't received it. I have over $250 worth of items in my with cart, but I'm not willing to make any further purchases until I receive my refund. It my first time using wish online shopping and I hasn't a pleasant one sofar . I would appreciate it if this can be resolved so I can make further purchases and have a better experience in the future

I ordered a gift on wish as my friends had often spoke about how they used this online shopping app and I thought it would be a great idea. I placed my order on a gift that my loved one has been wanting for a long period of time. The order was placed on the 4th of December 2019. Within an hour my money had been deducted out of my account and the order processed. The original due date on these items was the 29th of January 2020 and then the 1st of Feb 2020.However when I logged in to track my order the tracking was still where it was when I last checked in and my delivery date on one of the products had been extended without my knowledge. I was not emailed or had any communication whatsoever from wish on my orders. I am highly disappointed as I was really looking forward to give ING this to a very important person on a specific date. I had to then make alternative arrangements as a gift. It is just disappointing for trying something out for the first time when you hear so highly of this place to be sitting with a problem of not receiving what you paid for. At the end of the day I am just disappointed at the fact that no one could have been bothered to inform me.
Payment issues
This is been going on for better than 3 months I did absolutely everything they told me to do I've sent in a picture of my driver's license of sending my card information emailed them I've tried calling and I'm not getting nothing every single time I've tried to put in a new debit card it keeps telling me I have to go to wish payment issues and when I go there that still don't help when you call him if they don't answer or something's wrong with their phone I've emailed them over and over again and they still keep telling me the same damn thing I've read their policy thing I'm telling you 20 something times I need help I either need them to put my credit or debit card back on there or they need to let me use my wish Akash that I have and then I will delete their app but I'm not going to lose the money that I've already got with them because somebody don't know what they're doing I'd appreciate it if y'all could help somehow

Everytime I try to checkout my items it says there's a problem with my user account and I should contact wish payment to resolve the issue with the payment. I did that a number of times but no response. I have uploaded photos of my bank statement and proof of last purchase with wish but still nothing. Have uploaded photo of my Oscar bt still no difference don't know what to do anymore. Please let me know what's going on.
I cleared my cart and I dont know the items I was debited for.
I placed and order on the 12/01/2020 but I cancelled it and cleared my cart. I was debited three(3) times on the 21/01/2020 (2100 naira on each debit).i sent a message to wish(Wish customer support) but no comforting reply. And today 29/01/2020 1 was debited again by wish(4388.34 naira) on items i have no clue about. Customers support is not helping. And i need a refund for all the debits i have received thank you

I ordered a pet bed and magmatic eyelashes a month ago have not received. I dont understand why I have make my complaints 300 words. I order a pet bed and magmatic eyelashes that were free and just paid shipping. A month ago is just ridiculous. I know that I just paid shipping but that was the deal. I should receive my order just like everyone else.
I wanted to order but there some issue on my account
I place my order and it always appear tat there is something wrong on my account. I don't have any problem like this before when I order several times. I tried multiple times but still have problem. What should I do? Is there possible way to fix this problem? So that I can continue my oder. Hoping for your response. And hope I can fix the problem. I wanted to order some clothes from there.

I wanted to still get more items and when I went to my cart, it automatically payed for me. So, I had sent an email the Wish and it said "For customer service, you have to contact www.wish.com/transaction by clicking Contact Support". I just want to have my money back and my items back in my cart. If I could get that back, it would be nice.

This company has spent 2 weeks avoiding accepting goods returns

I have emailed this company over the last 2 weeks after receiving goods that were below standard and were to small. I have asked on numerous occasions for them to provide me with return details but they have blocked me to the point where it is beyond reasonable.
An example, after the third time of asking how do i return these items and being told i would need to apply for permission and have to send photos of each item and the labels for each item i became very frustrated because it became evident they were playing with me and stalling from supplying me with the details i needed...I then sent a message through the chat saying...please tell me now how i return all the items that are too small for me.
The woman said to me...I dont understand what you are asking me for. I again repeated, please give me the address i return the items i purchased to, she again said i am sorry dont understand what you want.
I then received an email asking if i was happy they had now resolved my issue. I emailed again asking for the method to return, i had no reply.
I then sent an email with every item that was to small, with photos of the labels and again asked them for a refund. They still havent replied to tell me how i return the products. On the website it is designed to loose customers, you have to go through numerous areas, links say, return your goods. You clink on the link then it takes to a page thats irrelevant, you go back and clink on another link that says something that looks like it may take you to the returns page and again it leads you to a completely irrelevant area.
I have reached a point where this dreadful company has angered me so much i have packed the items and they are ready to be posted to WISH head office, which will need a signature when they arrive. I have also begun preparing a trade complaint to the US government.
I am a journalist, i have done some research and have found that this company is trading in a way that goes against legal requirements and has a mass of people who are complaining, so i am in the process of setting up social media accounts which i will push into the world asking for people who WISH have stolen from to join a campaign directed at the US government. Governments need to take responsibility for illegal trade actions and be accountable for allowing them to continue operating .
I have 9 items that are not up to standard or are not the size the company says they are.
I want my money back and i want this company held accountable and stopped by the countries they trade in.
About my orders
I was trying several times now to place an order on wish but all me enforce is nothing, I can only see message that my transaction failed because my transaction card is not permitted, why may be you this people not won't me in your company may be is because you have enough customers that's why you are all way try to redirect me to my user account no problems keep it up thanks.
