I ordered 4 bathing suits among thousands of dollars of other items from wish I've oy had a issue with this one order of 4 bathing suites it's says it's been deliverd and has not I'm home every day the mail man brings my items to me personally to my door theses items never arrived wish is giving me the run around and don't want to resend my order or give my money back ..BUT THEY WILL I WILL SEE TO IT

I have not received my sexy women's jeans jeggings that I ordered on July 2nd it was supposed to be delivered to my house on July 6th my sexy women's jeans jeggings have not arrived how much longer do I have to wait for my sexy women's jeans jeggings to be delivered to my house my sexy women jeans jeggings were supposed to be delivered to me on July 6th that was yesterday I have not received them and I do not know how to track my order on the wish.com app

For such a big international customer based service center their effectiveness is shocking. I have been in contact with the customer support desk for a week now bout not being able to log into my account and each day i get the same automated response email just from another staff member. Who ever replies dont even take the time to read the thread and see what the problem is about before answering my question. And like i said each time i get the same response so i actually have to send them screen shots of the errors i get to say they tell me the same thing over and over and i tell them over and over what error im getting when following their steps. This is Ridiculous and it doesn't really look that they are bothered with the rating of their service.

U put the free stuff in ur cart then when you go to pay it cost money for the free stuff so it cost for the item plus delivery so how can that be free lot of things I try to get for a baby says free but most cost money that not very good advertising it's kind of sad sorry to say I get a lot of stuff but I'm not paying for stuff that says free Thank You And Have Good Day

I've placed an order. I ordered a swimsuit and I'm not able to track it online. Also, my order hasn't been delivered. I've received an email from wish employers that said my order has been confirmed on June 23, 2017. They included that my order should be processed between June 24, 2017 through June 26, 2017. Its very hard for me to find out what's happening to my order. I'm very concerned into knowing what's taking my order so long.

I have place 3 different order on your web site. And I went back to check on the cart is empty. You have took out the money out of my bank account already and I don't even now if I'm getting any product. Please I need to talk to some one about this. My item had two of the colors that look liked they were dug into and makeup was all over the case when i took it out the box. I would like another, what's the process. Recieved on 7/6/17. The item was a free item that I only had to pay shipping and handling but I still expect to have a clean in portion item when shipped. I never had a problem before so please resolve without me having to pay any more money please.

Last month on the 3rd of June I ordered a women's marquise wedding ring set along with a camouflage fidget spinner and a bottle of finger nail polish which I haven't received. On the 3rd of this month I ordered a pack of gel pens, along with an adult coloring book. This morning when I tried to review my order history it said my account was deactivated, but I didn't do it. I am trying to login to my account and I check my order history and it's empty... I don't know why but I can't track my items either? I have purchased them as well but why is this happening... I ordered some products on wish.com on 23rd may 2017 and its expected delivery date was 1st july 2017.I havn't received it yet and whenever i track my order status it shows delivered but i didn't got anything.I've also paid the money online.Please look into the matter where are our goods or whoever stolen it.Please make our product delivred or money back.

Inside the package was a pink balloon I have ordered hundreds of stuff from wish I don't even know what I should have received as it doesn't tell you on wish where the item is sold by.
On the envelope it says balloon it cost them 2$ To send it to me I'm in the UK.

I'm still waiting for the goods, is Wish is only a sham company that offers the goods only cashed and not shipped? Then nice greetings to the rip off !

I placed an order on July 2nd 2017 paid with a credit card entered all the information that was needed the website said everything was fine then on July 3rd I get messages that all my orders have been cancelled cuz there's an error with my account and my money has been refunded back to my credit card and they're asking for a copy of my bank statement that shows a recent order I have placed with you all I haven't placed a recent order other than the one that was cancelled so how would I have a bank statement showing an order that I have placed with you and as of July 4th my credit card has not been given credit back for the order that was cancelled I will be reporting your company to the Better Business Bureau

I put an order in on may, 27th and it said i should reseve my two rings by june, 18th i believe and then i got an email saying that it will be delayed and ill reseve it on july, 2nd which it is now july, 4th and still havent gotten my rings or even a email or nothing stating where it is. I have looked at the tracking and it stopped showing me where my package was back in may. I have bought other things from wish before it either got it on time or early so i dont understand whats going on with where my rings are!

I can't get into my account, it logged me out and when I try and get back in it says that there is a problem or expired. I have items that I have ordered and need to see the progress on it. Can somebody please help me get back in there. I have tried logging in many ways and updating the app but doesn't seem to work. Is there anyone that I can speak to personally to help me get back in?
