Wish.com missing order

I placed an order on wish.com on 8 July 2018. I haven't received half of the items (12 items) i ordered uptill to date (22 july 2019) I've tried contacting the customer support several times through the application which is totally automated and never replied with a solution I've received a reply that my items are still in transit and i should be patient till it arrives! Now it's over a year and i haven't received any of the missing items yet! I've sent them several emails explaining the case and stating my request that they should send me the items and follow up on their status or if they are lost they should send me other items with the same value or refund the money that i paid for those items i never received! I received dumb replies stating that refund isn't possible after 30 days of delivery! Duhhh i never received them! Please help me find a solution for my issue with this company that apparently intend to steal your money! I've attached screenshots of the email log. Kindly help

Wish.com "ops core" helmet order #: 5d0cd701a7ab8f86ea716334 ship to:

I ordered an "ops core" helmet but you sent me a completely fake knock off counterfeit. I attempted to contact customer support through the internal app function on the same exact day I received delivery so I am well within the 30 day policy, and all I received was an automated message that a representative would contact me within 2 business days. This was over two weeks ago. I have attempted to contact your lousy "customer support" a dozen times using the same customer support menu in the app and each time I get the same stupid automated message saying I will be contacted in 2 days. It's a complete scam. I have all the proof that the item is fake and counterfeit, proof that you have refused to respond to me, proof that I attempted to initiate a return /refund on the very first day after delivery, and proof that you are a FRAUDULENT "business". I have contacted my credit card company to inform them it was fraud, and I received the credit back from them but I just hope they retract payment to Wish so it comes out of their pocket. I am also contacting the better business bureau, my lawyer for a class action lawsuit, and INTERPOL or other law enforcement authorities to investigate their fraud.

Wish.com multiple product and account issues

On Monday 1 April 2019 I placed an order with Wish for several items (Order ID: 5ca197fe63a224234f8b68f0). On the 9th of June, I received an email from Wish stating that my items has been refunded in 'Wish Cash' as per my request. I made no such request. Also on the 9th of June I received an order confirmation for an item I did not purchase (Order ID: 5cfccb9c9dc31f4bc67b6f86). On the 10th of June I received a request to confirm a change of my email address, which I did not confirm. Also on the 10th of June I received an email Welcoming Anastasio to Wish. Ananstasio Homere from Thailand appears to be using my account. This is not me, nor did I create an account with this name. Nor do I know anyone with this name. I emailed wish immediately indicating that my account had been compromised and that I needed it to be closed, my details removed, and cash refunds to be provided for the items concerned. On Wednesday June 12th, Wish said they had refunded the money, however I never received it. On the 5th of July I received another email stating that I had been refunded. Again nothing was received. I have made further attempts to contact Wish, however I am no longer receiving responses.

It is my own fault that I bought from this company again. Previously I made a purchase with wish, and received only a few of the items I purchased. I never received the rest of the items, not did I receive a refund.

This company is robbing people of their money

Wish.com account on hold and cannot access remaining wish case

On or about July 6, a transaction was stated to have been declined. Transaction number is 53F15586RY446273U. My account has been put on hold and the amount charged is being held as wish cash.

I am being asked to provide a bank statement showing the declined payment in order to remove the hold on the account and for me to access the wish cash. I have stated, and my bank has confirmed, that a declined transaction will not show up on a bank statement. Wish.com refuses to release the hold on my account and allow me to access my wish cash unless I provide a bank statement showing the declined transaction. This is impossible.

I have stated my case three or four times and have alway received the same request to provide a bank statement showing the declined transaction.

I ask that the hold on my account be removed and that I be refunded the amount being held as wish cash ($19.19).

A copy of the messages is provided below.

"Message Body
You have asked me to provide a bank statement showing the subject transaction was declined. In speaking to the issuing bank, they have confirmed that if a transaction is declined, it will not show up in the bank statement. You are asking me to provide something that does not exist.

Release the hold on my account. If you fail to do so, I will file a complaint to get my money that is in the account.

Wish.com order canceled and refunded

I placed a order on wish for a 64" TV for 1$ the order was placed and process on the 3de day I ask for my tracking number and hour later my order was canceled and I was refunded, its unacceptable, apparently the store ran out of stock, but I think they made a mistake with the price and withdrew my purchase intensely. I want what I purchase for, it's not my mistake. Bad service indeed

Wish.com best buys. on wish.

Dear sir madam. I have had a good start to buying of wish. But things starting to detonate downwards. The company in question is best buys. Who put on loads of items on for sale. I paid for four off them. Them I found out it was fraudulent. I contacted wish support. To no avail. Yes got refund. But not good enough. For sales. I think best buys should have to answer for it. At least honour one of the items I got a message to said item was being processed which was lies. Please note I know you might not worry about this. But I was looking forward to buying things on wish. I am a Northern Ireland war vet Injured in conflict here. Severely disabled I don't sleep at night time I wanted laptop to learn things on to here me with my brain damage. I do support the vets in USA. I would like to speak to co. By email about this I do hope you can help me in my plea. Or please pass on to. Management. Thank you so much sorry about spelling

Wish.com I didn't order anything but was charged for 300.00 worth of merchandise

I received an alert on my phone that I had ordered a pool and a watch that totaled 315.00, which I immediately canceled the order and they refunded me but not back on my credit card like a refund should have been done. Because that's where They took my money from and when I sent them an email stating that I didn't order this they put my account on a block . I've tried numerous times and still no respond . I have never received anything and they refunded my account but to wish cash . I'm trying to get my money back to my credit card to cancel my wish account and be done but if I do that then the 315.00 will not be refunded . It's my money and I have nothing that was ordered so I just want my money credited back to my credit card account and they won't so that's stealing from me because there is no way to contact them nor get a human reply . Everything is automated . Totally never order or set things up like this through the internet due to [censored] like this . Can someone please contact me so I can get my money and close my account . Wish.com Account suspended

I also had my account suspended for suspicious activity. I have no 8dea what that's supposed to mean I made a few purchases which were reversed and yes I git the message too... Something is wrong with my account but it seemed payments were declined by a wish. So confusing. And the support is awful. They keep sending the same irrelevant msg again and again. I did try to send bank statement but he wanted another one and I then realised that's crazy... And I shouldn't have to... Why should I? They charge us and keep the product till they get the money before they ship anyway...

Ya no, so far ive noticed that wish support is [censored]ing garbage. my account is suspended and I contacted wiah support like a hundred times, they said they removed the suspension, but its still there. like why the [censored] cant I spemd my [censored]ing wish cash, yknow... the [censored]ing thing thats already in my account. and they wont even give a gift card for new wish cash and drain the current accounts wish cash. I have like 20 euros worth of wish cash on a suspended account and I cant even send messages to wish support cuz im [censored]ing blocked from doing so.

Wish.com consistent unreliable late delivery, poor quality of products

I have been ordering items from wish for quite a while now and I am bothered by the length of time it takes the items I bid on to arrive. Quite a few are inferior/broken or soon to be nonfunctional. Some never arrived. They do allow you to track your orders but the length of time it takes to arrive invites one to forget, a ruse similar to mail in rebates that could have been handled at the store but are not on the chance that receipts will get misplaced.

Wish.com unable to order

For two months I keep getting the same message: my account is blocked until I send a photo of my bank statement with a wish purchase shown on my bank statement.
I get the same robot reply every time — send my bank statement.
My bank statement never mentions wish because I use a credit card for all of my purchases and the only thing that shows on my bank statement is a payment made to american express which is the credit card company I use.
I must get this solved, I have lost out on buying dozens of things in the past two months. Don't any humans work in customer service?

Wish.com I am having lots of trouble purchasing now

i am very upset i can't get what is in my cart purchased! you keep sending me an error message when i try to check out ! you had no problem taking my money many many times so what is going on?
i can't get any one to call me or fix this!

I order Black Walking sneakers and some Bra`s they sent me sneakers Ididn`t even order and one color bra I didn`t order I want my money back cancel my other orders and I am done with this very upset and not happy with you people I just receive them today I was so happy waiting when I open the package very discorage the shoes are so not me I quess your items is not what it shows online not very nice when your buying something expecting it and comes in with something different I like the Tea but the others things I like to return please

Wish.com automatic charge monthly

Wish,
I have automatic charge monthly that I don't recall give permission. This has been happening for a few months and would like it to stop. As this is putting my PayPal account in arrears. I would also like to be reimbursed for all charges that have been withdrawn. As these where all taken without my consent or knowledge. I don't even know what this company Comtextlogic Canada inc does/is. Please remedy this situation and make it right as soon as possible.

Wish.com fitbit watch strap

So I bought a rose gold fitbit watch strap about 7 months ago and it hasn't arrived and I was just making a complaint so that anyone could be notified. The date it was due was October 2 2018 and the order number was 5b89067eba8493511f87adbd. I would like something to happen about it whether I can get a refund if possible or be able to get a product for the same price. Thank you.

Wish.com two pairs of earbuds/ a laptop cover

I have sent a complaint about these items and i still haven't gotton any answers.On June 10 2019 i returned these items for a refund any i have not gotten any thing the items was delevered at wish company on June 17, 2019. I call and still can't get anyone from the company is really making me this like the company?I receipt from the post office that i returned it. I need answers it was before 30 days

I have oredered extensively with wish in the past and have never had any problems but now I have changed my credit card recently and it seems to have created a problem in your system... All of my recent orders have now been subjected to payment reviews... What does this mean... My credit is good! Could you please help me with this issue... Thanks..

I have been trying to get a refund due to not recieving the item but your system keeps telling me it has been refunded i know for a fact that it has not ...isnt it enough that your company charges alot of taxes for each item...i want my money back i dont care if its only $2. This charge $86.65 just appeared on my bank statement. I have no idea what it is! I never made this purchase! I have used wish before but I know which Things I have ordered they just took money randomly from my account. I never purchased anything after I received all my items. I just wake this morning and opened my back account and wish randomly took money from my account. This wish company is just a scam to people.
