missing refund
Wish said they refunded my Me Spend credit card. No reflection of a refund has reflected back on my card as of yet ! It has been a month now ! I have been Emailing them countless times providing them with everything they have asked for ! Item numbers, screenshots, still no refund ! I need this money back on my card. Please help me. I keep getting the same Emails over and over ! And... Still no refund ! My credit card provider has kept me updated and says I not the only person having this trouble. Please help !
my order
I have orderd alot of stuff therw this compony for a very long time now.well on one order that i placed it was a puppy tranning fence.it was delivered fast, i got and deliver message on my phone saying package was delivered so i go home checked my mail i was very pissed off because what came was the little stick that gos inside of the fence there was no sighn of the other part, so i went back on wish to contact the cellar and they put in a message and it takes at least 2 days to respond back and they keep telling me the package was delivered and I tried to explain to them I didn't get all the parts that I would like to have the other part that I have ordered the supposed to be together or my refund I am pissed because I have to go through all these steps just for this puppy training potty fence I want this resolved immediately thank you
Ireceived my shoes today and they are the wrong size again for the third time I’m very upset I need those shoes to go on vacation on the 4th of January is it possible to send me the size I need SIZE 34 And I received size 36 much too big

I ordered a bunch of bts merch from wish on september 29th, and none of it has come yet. It is december 4th already! Most of my items were supposed to be here a month ago. I swear if I wasted my money I worked hard for I will be so pissed at this [censor] website. My friend that lives literally a few houses down has gotten the items she ordered, why haven't I gotten mine? Im really frustrated.

My postman, brought the address situation to my attention that the address was wrong. l tried to change it on the website but they would not let me change it so l think that you guys should send me my money back. My name is Esperanza Vargas and I sent back a lot of items to just get the right size and I also put a note in the box and I sent it in march I got a message from wish saying that it wood take about a month to get all of my items or if I wanted a refund I said OK I'll wait for my items because I wanted all of my items back I waited a little over a month before I text wish back and wish said that they are still working on returning my items by the end of may I got a TeX from wish asking me to send them the tracking number so I did and still nothing it is now Dec and wish has not returned any of my items and I spent a lot of money on my items wish had no problem taking the money out of my account if wish can't return all of my items back then I want a refund for all of my items including what I paid for retuning the items back someone from wish need to call me I am tired of wish sending me a message and I can't respond because it won't let me wish needs to have a number were customers can call and talk to a person and to get the problem resolved I am very unhappy the way wish had handle my orders and I still have order from wish and some of my items I haven't got yet and others I never got and when I go to find out about my order wish sends me a message saying that it's been closed and I never got my items look in my account and you can see that I have sent wish everything that they ask me to send I want my money back if wish can't return all of my items I sent back thank you Mrs Vargas p.s. here is my number [protected] please someone from wish contact me regarding my orders

I put in my payment to buy $200 worth of stuff it went threw then it gone tell me that it decline now this the same card I use last time and it went threw so y not this time so I check my bank card and the $200 was taken off now were is my money since you say it didn't go threw I need you to refund my money I advise that y'all need to get a number that we can talk to a person on cause if I don't get my money back in reporting this app
a full order
I placeed a order and i payed $201. And a few days later i see it had declined.. The mony was on my card was a master card and the next day i check to see how much i have left on my card to use and it was less than 100. So the payment came off right away so why is it Declined if you have my money where are my things.. I have placed orders before with no problem why this time when it is for a friend... kinda mad here...

Sorry to bother but I have been waiting so long for my items and they haven't come yet. My 1st order should've been here in August and geuss what it is now December. My mom is a lawyer and she can sue you, you know because this is bad business I am very mad about it and I'm not trying to be rude but you should look at this because almost all of the complaints here are about this.

I want to cancel a large or I didn't want
I wasnt trying to order $1, 011.32 worth of stuff please refund my money i can not afford this balance. Return my money and this app needs to be upgraded so there is a cancel button or have a number that a real person can help. I add those items in my cart not to purches right a way and i wasnt getting everything i made a mistake i need my money refunded
products not received
I bought some things off the Wish website on 13th November 2017. Two separate transactions; $10 and $5. I haven't received the items, they do not show up in my order history and I am unable to find a way to contact them. Every time you go onto the wish website or mobile app to follow up the order, it takes you to a page to allow you to click on the order you are complaining about. My order is not there so I can't pick one to complain about. Also when I search for someone to contact, a 1800 number is provided which has too many characters so doesn't work. I tried the Facebook page where it just diverts you back to the wish page and the issue described above occurs. I would like my items or my money back
shipping and handling
I have been ordering from wish for some time now and have been satisfied with most of the items but lately I've been counting the shipping and handling costs which have either been moe than the order . I sent my concerns to wish and the only response I recieved from wish was for me to complain about a product or they couldn't help me, now I am going through the complaint department to ask why are they charging me more than the shipping costs. The items in my cart total 65.00 and my toysl of shipping cost is 26.00 and wish is charging 37.00 for shipping . What's wrong with this please let me know immediately so that I can order more from wish or purchase thwses items for another company
I wish I had researched this a little better. I have not been able to find a place/way to get to any real person at this company. The shipping charges were bigger than the total cost of my order. The "free" shipping code was expired, the other one is "only for the mobile app". The mobile app is a joke--it's been downloading for over 3 hours and is still not complete.
On top of the outrageous shipping fees--the delivery promise is for January 1st!

i have paid for several items in 2 orders. i checked my order history and im told i will not get my items until 30 december or later. this is no good, these orders are for xmas presents, if you cannot deliver on time then please cancel my orders and refund my money. This service is not acceptable. i ordered in planty of time for delivery before xmas.
unauthorized credit card charges
We need to know what mobile telephone number was used to order items on wish.com, dated November 27, 2017:$4.00, 11.60, 1.00, 19.00, 28, 4.00 and 2.00. Also Nov 26 charge of 2.00. What is the person's name who ordered this? We believe the email address may be: [protected]@gmail.com . This person may have stolen our debit card. Our bank is already refunding us the money, but we need proof of who gave out our card information. That card is now closed. Please block out any future orders from this individual.

shipping and handling
I have never seen shipping and handling cost that much unless I'm sending it to Africa but not receiving it out of San Francisco so why is the shipping and handling over $200 for my orders at $300 isn't there free shipping after so much weight or so much money please let me know and I want this correct it because I can't spend 500 some-odd dollars on only $300 of stuff

Hi I have returned a hair piece I brought like just over a month ago and i returned it like a couple days after i have recieved this as i did not like the length of the hair, there fore i took it back via post office and since then i have been checking my transactions to see whether it will be back, im not sure if they have recieved the package yet however it has been a while niw and i still haven't received the money back for this. I have been trying to find ways to contact this sure however the phone number provided Does not work for me.

I am complaining about money being taken from my account
Earlier On november 30th, 2017.Messasges was coming to my phone About purchases being made from my card.But i dont Own a Wish account never put my information in on wish.I really would like if you could tell me about who purchased the things, wat address was used and how did my information come on Wish.com Thank you 4 transactions was subtracted from my account.
unexplained charge
I accidentally placed an order for 1 item in 11/23/17. There was a slide to pay bar on the screen and I accidentally pressed the bar. I Immediately canceled the order within 2 minutes of placing the order. The item was a $5.00 item with $3.00 shipping

Within the time I placed and canceled the order a $40.00 charge was deducted from my debit card. An $8.00 refund was posted to my account. I have been in communication with your customer service, and I use that term loosely, no one can tell me what the $40.00 charge was for and continue to tell me that I didn't cancel all of the items as I stated before there was ONE item in the order. I keep being told I need to cancel the other items. Obviously the fact that I placed and paid for an order on 11/13/17 is to complicated for the customer service to under stand. I have sent proof that the $40.00 was deducted from my account as well as documentation that I paid for the order placed on 11/13/17. They continued response from you is that I need to cancel the items from my first order that have not shipped.
I want to know what the $40.00 charge was for and when the remaking refund of $32.00 will be done.
I have never dealt with such incompetent people in my entire life. The fact that there is no way to actually speak to anyone Cleary shows that satisfied customers are not a priority to your company.
I am not making an unreasonable request, I want an explanation and the money you took from me returned.

I was lured to this site from emails and the cyber Monday sale.
It was late Monday in my Houston location placed an order for 7 items and when to sleep. in the morning i rechecked the items and read a little more about the specs i realized i purchased the wrong lights not enough lumens for flood lights so i tried to cancel the order which was no longer possible on line eight hours where passed.
mean while in California time Wish employees where entering their office when I placed my request. "please not to ship these lights and cancel my order" they answered a day later saying to have patience and the product will be on its way. i was infuriated since the order wasn't even processed and even now hasn't been shipped yet Thursday morning Nov 30 3 days later, the actual delivery date is December 30. I followed with 4 more messages spelling clearly my frustration with their lack of customer service but no real help have been communicated. calling is of not avail a message takes you back to the web for help and no real person comes to answer.
Now I am sure that they will ship the product and I will lose the shipping charge twice which is as high 50% of the product price .
If a consumer needs to return a product it will cost more than the product initially purchased based on USPS parcel prices to China. so beside the story of fraud read and no merchandise received of many, the deal is that once purchased an item from Wish.com plan on keeping it, because returns are not a feasible economical choice.

Hi, I recently referred my mother to wish and gave her my discount code. I have spent over $100 on wish already and am enjoying the service. However, my mother didn't feel comfortable using her own credit card to make an order so to prove to her that it isn't a scam I let her use my card. Right after this I am unable to log in to my account, I think wish thinks that I am a scammer that is using my card on seperate accounts in order to get discounts but I simply referred my mother to wish, let her use my card and then magically was banned. I am furious as I have spent $100+ and so has my mum and I am intending to spend more. Somebody please help me
order not reflecting in order history/payment to wish showing on statement
I have ordered items from wish on the 26th October 2017 and not one of these items are reflecting in the order history. However, on my bank statement it is showing that the payment to wish was made. I have emailed your customer support services and attached proof of payment and has not had a response since the 21st November 2017. I am requesting feedback from them every day and they are not responding. Please investigate the matter urgently and I do request a refund as soon as possible.
