Wish.com I bought merchandise on wish.com, never received confirmation or items. The items were paid for via Pay Pal.

I bought earrings and masks from wish.com. I received notification from pay pal that they had made 2 payments to wish.

However, wish never sent me a confirmation or the items I ordered. It's impossible to get a hold of them.

I proceeded to read the customers reviews on wish and learned — that their practices show a pattern of habitual — unethical and fraudulent behaviour.

Please advise on what to do next. I will contact pay pal and ask if I have any recourse on this matter.

Wish.com My orders

I order 2 things from you and all I get is lies I font want the orders anymore cause you set up a system that don't feel happy with wis.com I ain't received my orders ans I ordered the over a month ago/ keep it just give me my money back cause lies that I have been told the day that I was supposed to get my orders have been changed 4 time now. All I want is my money back

And it said I was gonna get it May 8 I ordered this on April 23 and it's May 22 and I'm not sure y it hasn't came yet any really bothers me because I was really relying on wish to get me it so I can start gaming again and get better for my YouTube but yeah I really really need it to come quick or ima need a refund or atleast a faster delivery just because I've waited too long

Wish.com Wish will not send me my tablet

Wish.com No response and items charged for but did not order them. Also cannot order any thing as it states a problem with my account

I get orders repeatedly cancelled and a refund goes into my Wish account not PayPal as account used to purchase. Message reads "problem with you account please go to Wish payment resolution and nothing happens plus much more. Item has a
different name on billing addres etc.
My account is locked. Orders arrive with a different name but my address. No response to emails.

Wish.com Order no. [protected]

I placed an online order on 21st april 2020 with a 2 week delivery time. I have still not received the items and they keep putting back the delivery date. These items are no longer required as they took too long to arrive and I wish a refund including the shipping costs.
I have tried ringing wish with no luck and also been onto the website to obtain a refund but cannot access this or am not entitled to one according to the website. It is my consumer right to obtain a refund for goods not received.

There are at least 6 items I am waiting for delivery to me, some of the items go back as far as beginning of March !
I have tried to click on customer support but it does not work ! And also clicking on my order history ...does not work !

I also ordered a xl pink sleeveless ladies bandage hip hop bodycon dress and a sexy ladies playsuit bodycon party jumpsuit rompers trouser all what I sent to you is in the month of March and haven't received any of them! What's the wait or problem!?

Wish.com Items not received

I placed an order in the 30th of April, in which 3 items were supposed to arrive by the 18th May and the other on the 19th.

I've been watching the "tracking" of the orders religiously, and all I can describe it's as is absolute shambles. One of the orders haven't been updated since 12th May, another hasn't been updated since 6th May, one of them hasn't been updated since 5th May, and the last one hasn't been updated since 7th May! This isn't good enough, I expected all of these items to be updated regularly and my items to be here by the given date! I even had a pop up from the app saying the orders were being delivered faster than expected.

I'm appalled to have ordered from Wish and I would like a refund on all of my shipping. I'm never ordering from Wish again after this experience.

I recieved a small envelope from wish and it was empty. There was no info inside and just the address label for shipping.

Wish.com Non delivery of goods after payment taken from bank

I have sent proof of payment to wish and not had any delivery apart from 1 item of a 3 part order I'm am still waiting for the other 2 pierces to arrive and 3 more orders
I have had a lot emails from wish all contain no relevant information
The address given in the UK IS A FALSE ONE and I Intend to notify the police and the bank that this has been a fraudulent transaction

Wish.com 14 inch brazilian 3 bundle hair (ombre)

I purchased this hair in 14 inches with another item, totaling 34.75... Immediately after purchasing/processing this order, I realized I wanted the same hair weave in 12 inches as well. I then proceed to ordering it and the wish system locks me out, debits my account, gives me a confirmation # on the 2nd order (20.00), as well as the 1st order previously made (34.75), puts a message on my screen and advises me to contact customer support. This was on april 30...

Because I could get no one in their customer support dept to answer, and there was no phone # listed to speak with anyone at wish, and my money for both orders was already out of my account, I cancelled the 1st and 2nd order... The same day or within 24-48 hrs., I was fully refunded for the 1st order of 34.75...14 days letter, I still don't have my 2nd order credit of 20.00 for my 2nd order; this is the order that locked me out - after taking my money.

I see from the many complaints, this occurs often... No one to talk to at wish, lots of emails from customer support with no real answers are being sent, no way to reactivate your account or how to get your money back... It's ridiculous and a crying shame!

If my money isn't back in my account tmrw morning I will call the bbb, and if wish gets shut down, so be it. Enough of this back and forth... You hold even customer's twenties, you get rich!
