SUBMIT A COMPLAINT / women's overalls

I placed an order online about 2 weeks ago. I cannot access my account; when I try to log in on the app, an error message comes up, "no internet, try again." I have internet access, I just can't access I would like to receive the product I ordered, women's overalls. I would like to resolve this problem. I would like to hear a response from the company.
