Wish.com won’to accept my payment even after I have paid with the card before

I am trying to use my debit card that I have used many times to pay for my order but "oops! Contact customer support to resolve this issue!" Or something to that effect Keeps popping up no matter how I try to input the card numbers. I want to know how to fix this problem if there is anything I could do would help. I would still like to buy the items in my shopping cart.

Wish.com clothing and jewellery

In the middle of last year I brought quite a few dresses from wish and the dresses unfortunately too small so I returned them for a bigger size but I never received them back and I had to change my mastercard because somebody was taking money out of my bank account since I got new card I put the new details in and it doesn't recognise the new card so what is wrong with my account i'm trying to buy ring and I can't pay for it with the new card could u please explain what the problem is and fix my account thanku looking forward to hearing from you soon regards elizabeth palmer

Ive brought dresses from this company and those items were too small so i returned them for bigger sizes but they never arrived at my address and i had to close my MasterCard because somebody was taking money out of my bank account so i had to order another card which I'm trying to use now and i go to the site of the payment accounts and i put my new card details in and it doesn't go through i hope u can help me solve this problem so please get in touch with me and let me know what the problem is looking forward to hearing from you soon Regards Elizabeth Palmer

Wish.com refund

There are several posted refunds due to something about a payment issue. But my card was charged for each item. I have received no refunds. I have checked my bank account daily and there have been no refunds. Now i am being told my complaint is too short and will unlikely be resolved however there are hundreds of dollars missing from my bank account. So if this is not resolved, i will go to my bank and file fraud charges. I hope this complaint is long enough.

Wish.com problems with my account

I have been ordered items from you all. Now every time I try to place a order it being declined. They want id bank statements. I love to order things with you all. I don't understand why. A lot of the items don't receive. Yes I may have ordered a hundred items & only gotten about 75 items. & I will ask for my refund if I don't get in within a 2 months period. Which is only right. I would appreciate if we can get the street so I can start ordering again. Thank you very much karen cantrell

Wish.com items and refunds not received!

Worst experience I've ever had with a shopping app. Tried to buy over ten items, and not one came in the mail. It's been multiple months and all I've gotten is "Your money will be returned within 10 buisness days.". (Which I have still not recieved) I was so excited seeing the ads and amazing prices, but it was just a trick to steal my money. It's a scam and you should not trust this app.

Wish.com I have ordered items and not received them I want my money back

I have ordered items and have not received them! I followed all the prompts by the proper dates and now cannot get my money back plus I did not get the items. There is no one to call the number is out of service and the emails I receive are useless. I would like someone to contact me to get a refund. The customer service has been terrible and I will likely be canceling all other orders!

Wish.com tryst420 wish seller

I have bought a 'RORA 17" Tall Glass Pipe 18.8mm Join Size Straight Honeycomb Perc Smoking Pipes' from the wish seller Tryst420 on 04/12/19 and I had paid for the fast shipping to receive the item on 04/19/19 which cost an extra $6.00 on shipping and today being the 19th it is saying the item will be here by 04/26/19 and im pretty upset about it being that I paid an extra $6 on shipping. I tried using contact support but it just asked frequently asked questions. I want to contact the seller and get my $6 back.

Wish.com account has been hacked

My account has been hacked and cant get in using my email address and password.

I have been shopping on Wish for a long time now and have about 1600 points on there.

I need to get in also to track my packages.

I'm also worried that my credit card will be used fraudulently. Can't get in to remove card to prevent this from happening.

My account is locked and an item I ordered has not came yet. I would like a refund. I have not ordered anything. For over $100 and I keep getting emails says I need to send proof of an order of for $106. I have updated in contact info. I would like this issue review and taken care of asap. You have all my info. I would like to place another order and i'm not able to. If this problem is not resolved soon I will have to close my account and find somewhere else to take my business.

Wish.com delivery

I have been flagged for too many refunds yet I did not receive my items. This is unfair. I wanted my items not a refund. There was a tracking number for Royal Mail but they don't recognise it. I have not lied, if my items don't come then they don't come. My items never left China according to Order history. I had free stuff that turns up yet my order, with a tracking number does not, how can this be right.

I have not received 3 orders however I have been charged. Status of order is still pending delivery since December 19 2018.
I can not get a resolution because it's only automated ibot references.

Wish.com purchase problems

I have no problem with my card at the bank, why am I having problems making a purchase? This computer buckshot is really getting to me. Why all the hassle? I mean really! If computers were so easy and direct, I shouldn't be having all this trouble. I want to use your service and to make purchases but come on, I mean really. What is the true problem here?

Wish.com refund.

I ordered a smartphone on wish, but was sent a different model to the one advertised on site. I decided to return the phone at my own cost and did so last month. Unfortunately, the original label came out in the bag, so was not with the phone when it was shipped. However, i sent the parcel by registered mail reference number :VE138030340GB. This label is on the front of the parcel and proves the phone was returned. The order page says the item has not been received, which given it was sent on22/03 /2019 by registered mail this is not possible. I have received no help in trying to resolve the issue, in fact, the opposite is true. I receive emails from customer support in Spanish despite living in England, or i am directed to a page i have already told them several times is no use. I would appreciate this matter being resolved ASAP. Thanks. Ian Cornish.

Dear customer service,
I would like to see all my transactions because I've not been able to track them and the amount charged does not seed accurate.
Some of my friends have seen my name saying how I'm a satisfied shopper on WISH.
I wasn't able to get on computer as I do not have service in my home so I didn't want to send back unhappy items.
I bought a front zip up blue sweat vest...it might fit a first grader! unhappy. In same order, I ordered a pink wrap that I thought would make the body sweat for my waist, that also didn't work... if supper glue would hold the two pieces together I'd use that, however, that too is also unused and still in package. Last month billing was not correct, please correct it.

Now, I've just received this months order and the light blue top, very pretty color but the material is for pajama ware...very unhappy Ordered blue jeans BUT it fits like a pair of panty hose, I orders a large...I'm so very very UNHAPPY. If you can not help me I will be never order from this site again and will let the public know this is not a good site to do business with. Hopefully you will respond quickly. Thank you Sandra Chase

Wish.com cheating

I ordered goods from the website.
They didn't deliver it at all.
They ask me to wait month after month for delivery.
After long time waiting, I requested to deliver the material or refund my money they refused and said it is too late to refund.
They ask me to wait and now they are saying I am late to refund.

This is big cheating I believe. Thsnks

Is there a monthly fee to shop with Wish.If so please remove me from Wish.$15.95 was taken out of my bank account I didn't authorize, I'm on fixed income & can't afford this monthly fee.I'm going to remove Wish app after I get my order..Pleas e-mail me at

I am so frustrated. I bought some clothes through your website then you reimbursed me and did not ship it out? I never requested that.in fact I tried even buying more stuff and they said something was wrong with my account. The credit card company said it was your website and I cant find a number or get through to anyone? Please help me! Wish.com sending unauthorized merchandise to a child

Wish is using my six year old grand daughters name and address with my daughters phone number to send cheap items that were not ordered. So far they have sent three separate packages. I legitimately sent her something in the past, so I am angry that they have taken advantage and stolen her information for their gain. I will go to the better business bureau next, since the post office was unable to assist in putting a stop to this.
