Wish.com orders

All my orders on wish have been refused wish refuse to engage letters have been sent twice no reply this has been going on since July and still going I've got 66, pages of refused orders it's 3_5every day customer services just send erelevent emails but nothing gets done I've tried every thing I can but no change still going on now just had 5 more refused

Wish.com refunds

I have not been able to click on the Refund site to say what I would like done with all the refunds. Please just put them back on to my Paypal account from now on.

I don't know why but when you click on how to refund the little circle just keeps spinning and spinning and never goes to Customer service so I am notifying you in this regard and hopefully it will resolve all future issues as I seem to be having massive refunds lately.

Wish.com citizen eco drive watch

I just wanted to know if it was an actual Eco Drive and if it is powered by the Sun or kinetic energy it has two subdials with the date on the bottom the sellers name is wanglingling123 I don't know the Show's address email address I mean I have a contact in Citizen watch company they are yet to get back to me I was able to send them a photograph of the item a question I'm afraid it might be a fake watch so buyer beware.

Wish.com winter boots

I I am submitting a complaint in regards to my winter boots I ordered them prior to ordering any of my other items, I've ordered for items after ordering my boots all my other items came in they said my boots would be here November 7th then it was November 14th now it's November 15th through the 18th I have no tracking information I've messaged wish multiple times and it's still nothing back I've even emailed the company I've got nothing back and I would either like to know where my stuff is or I would like a refund

Wish.com ipad

in late oct. i received an ipad 1. the problem was that i had ordered an ipad 2 air. i wished to send it back. i received an email that i had received my order. after several days i actually received it. this was pretty much what i expected because i ordered from them last year and got the same results. this year things were different. i got an ipad but it was 1 instead of 2 but i didn't know it until my brother told me. i asked he knew that it was a 1 and he only had to look at the cord. it was much wider than the current one. well, i contacted wish and explained the situation. the next thing i received was a blank computer screen. i replied. i have been replying and getting the same messages time after time. anyway, it's been a pain!

Hi, l ‘m having problem with my account.
I need to change my credit card information, but l tried some many times and still the problem continue .
Is any number l can call?
I had itens on my car, and l like to check out.
Also l need to return the panels l bought it . Is very poor . Didn't look like the picture.
Please, help me as soon is possible.

Wish.com I can't make any purchases

I've have used the same 3 cards several times and got wonderful stuff from u but when I go to use my card it says that there is something wrong with my account? I would love to continue shopping with u guys. So hope we can fix this matter ty.. I no there's money on them cards cause it's Christmas money. I would love to continue shopping if we can solve this matter. Any questions please respond back that will be great

Wish.com bad customer service...

Dear God In Heaven I'm shocked at how UNPROFESSIONAL wish.com is! All they want is your money and if you got a problem your screwed! They took my money and I have NO PRODUCTS! Waiting a month now... they won't respond-- simply won't!

I asked a simple question, and 36 hours later I had about a million ROBO REPLYS...
I BEGGED THEM TO CALL... ya right?

Sick, sad, conned, and without answers!

DON'T BOTHER! IT'S BS straight from HELL!

Wish.com payment issue

have been shopping with you for a month, I dont have bank statement yet to send you. From the comment ive read, I dont feel at all comfortable with your customer service. Im hoping Im wrong! No other website asks for such information and I would like to understand why? I would like to continue to use Wish as I have recomended you to my friends and family. I would like you to reassure me that I can use my account and that my friends and family will not be as dissapointed as I am. I have physical and mental disabilities and the worry of fraud etc is very damaging. I have a low income and cannot afford any financial discrepencies. Please help if you can or at the least reassure me that shopping with you is not only possible but safe! Thank you

Wish.com my wish app no longer has the daily giveaway

My Wish app no longer has the daily giveaway it always has before. My friends also always use wish to buy their stuff for cheap great deals. If anybody knows the way of fixing the problem so we have our daily giveaway back on Wish app. We would all greatly appreciate it. I don't know if it's just the Grinch they will fix itself or if someone actually turn that part off for whatever reason so can anyone fix it for us so we can have the daily giveaway back on her app. I've also bought lots of different items like drones play money I can go on and on if anybody knows any way to fix the Wish app we would certainly appreciate it to get our daily giveaway back on there once again and life can be happy and go on have a good day your friend Ralph price.

Wish.com women’s long sleeve tee $13

I ordered $140 on Wish and had no problem with my payment info. I went back on later to order two more Tees and it would not let me. Said there was a payment issue and to go to www.wish.com/payment issue
When I got to the site, it said there was no information on this site. So I scrolled down and saw another site for payment issues and that one said to go to www.wish.com/payment issues! As a customer, if I continue to have problems I won't be ordering on Wish any longer! Don't want the hassel!

Wish.com I am complaint about the delete of my order

I am writing this email in order to complain about your services and treatment I receive from the time I order from you.
My order number is 5d6d8347d0aebeb025710840. I ordered that objects since 3 of September, 2019. All objects have been delated (makeup brushes and rings), especially the make up brushes set! I use your support in order to check where my things are but that do not help me. I do not want to cancel my order, because I am really in need of those things.

Wish.com I did not want to order

I did NOT want to order I was scrolling up and my order got placed I dont I know how it did that but it did I did NOT give you my permoission to use my credit card information nor did I give you my pwrmission to keep my credit card information on file! I cancelled the order right away ... I was sent an email stateing that I could not canecelled that it was over 8 hours... and it was NOT over 8 hours from the time I cancelled ... I emailed you stating I do NPOT want it ... I never got a responce back from you ... I called my credit card company to stop payment ... I still hve not heard from you ... Please send me postage and information so that I can return the items that I did get !

Wish.com delivery of goods.

I ordered 2 separate items in the middle of October, both had delivery dates for the beginning of November. Have received emails saying they won't be here until the 18th, which is too late for when I needed them, I would like to cancel the orders, but am unable to. They were for a special occasion and won't be needed now. I am so disappointed not to have them.

Recently I purchased few products from Wish.com only to be told that it was a one only deal per day, meaning that I could buy it for the asking price and fully pay for the item and the amount stated for shipping and the money get charged in full to my credit card, then few days later, I get to be told that I was not successful in purchasing that item...apparently the deal is such items gets advertised really cheap, so many people can buy and fully pay for it and the payment fully process and the money goes to Wish, then they select one person only out of all those people who paid for the same product, that person (if really exists) gets the product for the advertised price and everyone else miss out, in that case, you gave to go online and process how you want your refund paid, either original payment method and in that case you need to wait around 14 days to get your own money back, or you could choose to have your credit as Wish Cash, if you choose Wish Cash as your refund, you're meant to get the credit on your Wish account to use for other purchases, however, any Wish Cash is not refundable in future.
I find this to be nothing more than a new inventive way to steal your money, hold on to it for at least 2 weeks before refunding (if it's refunded at all) or being forced into having to spend that money on other products...that is fraud.

It took me 2 minutes to process one refund via the only method available for me which is online customer service chat system, I have more than 200 transaction that I would need to refund in the same manner, that is more than 400 minutes from my time wasted to only get my own money back... I am demanding my full refund being processed immediately and being compensated for the time I wasted so far to process more than 60 transactions to date.

Wish.com purses

I don't why that price was changed to 7.00 These charges were November 3th. When I saw these charges on my account I was shocked. I want these theres charges of ($21.00) taken off my credit my account and wiil glady return the items. I was charged an amount that I did not gree to.
I want a return label to sent these back and I will them in amount of $21.00. If I do not get the done I will take further action.

I have had an email from Wish today thanking me for changing my email address and password. I can't access the account now and have cancelled my debit card that was linked to my PayPal account. I still have my bank account details on my PayPal account as I'm an eBay seller and am waiting for payment for items. The Wish support are useless. After me emailing them they replied that I need to log in to my Wish account to view the answer! How can I if the email and password has been changed. Will my bank account be safe?
