Wish delivery

I have not received 3 orders however I have been charged. Status of order is still pending delivery since December 19 2018.
I can not get a resolution because it's only automated ibot references.
I want my mi eh back or the delivery sent.
I can not contact a human for a resolution.

This is disgusting service. When the app was first launched it was fantastic. Customer service was very helpful and hardly ever any issues now it so poor that customer have a right to know.

Wish purchase problems

I have no problem with my card at the bank, why am I having problems making a purchase? This computer buckshot is really getting to me. Why all the hassle? I mean really! If computers were so easy and direct, I shouldn't be having all this trouble. I want to use your service and to make purchases but come on, I mean really. What is the true problem here?

Wish refund.

I ordered a smartphone on wish, but was sent a different model to the one advertised on site. I decided to return the phone at my own cost and did so last month. Unfortunately, the original label came out in the bag, so was not with the phone when it was shipped. However, i sent the parcel by registered mail reference number :VE138030340GB. This label is on the front of the parcel and proves the phone was returned. The order page says the item has not been received, which given it was sent on22/03 /2019 by registered mail this is not possible. I have received no help in trying to resolve the issue, in fact, the opposite is true. I receive emails from customer support in Spanish despite living in England, or i am directed to a page i have already told them several times is no use. I would appreciate this matter being resolved ASAP. Thanks. Ian Cornish.

Dear customer service,
I would like to see all my transactions because I've not been able to track them and the amount charged does not seed accurate.
Some of my friends have seen my name saying how I'm a satisfied shopper on WISH.
I wasn't able to get on computer as I do not have service in my home so I didn't want to send back unhappy items.
I bought a front zip up blue sweat vest...it might fit a first grader! unhappy. In same order, I ordered a pink wrap that I thought would make the body sweat for my waist, that also didn't work... if supper glue would hold the two pieces together I'd use that, however, that too is also unused and still in package. Last month billing was not correct, please correct it.

Now, I've just received this months order and the light blue top, very pretty color but the material is for pajama ware...very unhappy Ordered blue jeans BUT it fits like a pair of panty hose, I orders a large...I'm so very very UNHAPPY. If you can not help me I will be never order from this site again and will let the public know this is not a good site to do business with. Hopefully you will respond quickly. Thank you Sandra Chase

I took pictures but it didn't come through, I could send them later Also the swim foot care was small, I ordered One pair but a couple came which were to small so they also are on the shelf

Wish payment issue in my account

Wish cheating

I ordered goods from the website.
They didn't deliver it at all.
They ask me to wait month after month for delivery.
After long time waiting, I requested to deliver the material or refund my money they refused and said it is too late to refund.
They ask me to wait and now they are saying I am late to refund.

This is big cheating I believe. Thsnks

Wish taking money from account not authorized

Is there a monthly fee to shop with Wish.If so please remove me from Wish.$15.95 was taken out of my bank account I didn't authorize, I'm on fixed income & can't afford this monthly fee.I'm going to remove Wish app after I get my order..Pleas e-mail me at

Wish clothing I ordered

I am so frustrated. I bought some clothes through your website then you reimbursed me and did not ship it out? I never requested that.in fact I tried even buying more stuff and they said something was wrong with my account. The credit card company said it was your website and I cant find a number or get through to anyone? Please help me! I just wanted to buy some summer clothes and you have make this a horrible experience

Wish sending unauthorized merchandise to a child

Wish is using my six year old grand daughters name and address with my daughters phone number to send cheap items that were not ordered. So far they have sent three separate packages. I legitimately sent her something in the past, so I am angry that they have taken advantage and stolen her information for their gain. I will go to the better business bureau next, since the post office was unable to assist in putting a stop to this. Wish account on hold

Information from the account, which was for valid purchases
Wish refunded items I wanted to be shipped. Wish said I had unauthorised purchases which is false

Wish every time I try to order something from wish it says go to wish.com payment issue I don't understand.

I've been ordering from wish for over a year and these past 3 months I have not been aloud to order and I don't understand why. Can you please help to resolve this. Thank you Heather and now I geuss I'm having more problems sending my complaint out because it telling me I have to use 350 words I don't understand what really the issue is I think the way things are set up is the actual issue! Pretty disappointed at this point!

Wish unauthorized credit card charges

My debit card was charged for $912 on 3/16 I didnt authorize this purchase. There is no possible way anyone i know used my account or my card as i keep my card in my bra and no one has access to my laptop because it is under lock and key and passcode. This is a fradulent charge from wish or the merchants. I only had the option to dispute each individual item as a separate order and customer service is saying because the orders are all being sent to the same address as my previous orders that they are mine and that they already sent them so too bad for me. I called and emailed as soon as i seen the charge on a confirmation email the same day. This is not my order. my items or my address. wish, com has a scam going on and they are stealing peoples money red handed and getting away with it. Im disgusted and sick to my stomach. im so stressed out because of this and trying to get my money back for over a month now with no help from wish. This is a fradulent charge and i shouldnt even have to be asking for a refund i didnt buy anything to refund. How and why would i order multiple of the same item and spend every dollar that i had to live off of and pay my rent? this makes no sense. and i dont even shop online like ever! i cant get them to understand anything. i get the same responses over and over. . ive tried to communicate this is every way i know possible. i really dont believe there really is a customer support just people hired and trained to not give refunds to customers no matter what the situation. All i want is my money refunded to me. I recieved no items as i doont even live at the address they have the stuff being sent to, please help

Wish cellphone cover

I received my cellphone cover which but it was the wrong size. It was the following:
Luxury Glittering Crystal Bling Diamond Glitter HD Mirror Bear Ring Stand. the store was gynanchen and the tracking number is UH349108791cn. I ordered the one for a Iphone 7. If you can help me with this it would be greatly appreciated. I ordered another one at the same time and it was a perfect size.

Wish trying to order numerous products

Trying to pay for ordered items, and I repeatedly tried to make payment, and was told there is a problem and to email here to have problem resolved. Some of the products were ordered a little while ago. but are still active on the Wish spp. If I do not hear from you right away or find that you cannot resolve this issue immediately, I will place my order with Amazon. I have never had a problem had any problems with them.

do not order from wish. They rip you off and no customer support. You took my money march 6 and delivered nothing. You don't provide a customer complaint chat. I will tell everyone not to order anything from you. Everyone in my family my freinds co-workers. Everyone! I ordered products and had to wait 6 weeks and now I am told to wait an additional 4 weeks. This scam is over!

Wish credit card

I have ordered from Wish cg or 2 years and now since you had the 50% off... There is trouble with my card. I have the money on my card. So what has happened? I want m looky order and I want the 50% per cent off. I have tried for a couple of days. Nothing had changed, except with your end. I DO WANT MY ORDER... ONLY IF I STILL GET THE 50% per cent off. And I also want my free gift. This is ridiculous. Get it together and I expect my 50% per cent off. If you can't make this happen, like I want... Erase my name, address, and my email. I will just start shopping on RoseLily here in the USA.

Wish they won't let me use debit or credit cards without saying there's a problem.

I have tried to ask what the problem is but never can get to the correct page. Or to the correct person. Meanwhile the products I am wanting to purchase disappear from my cart. There's nothing wrong with my credit or debit cards. I want this to be corrected today as in now. I want to purchase these items now. Please fix your problem now. Thank you. I am going back to my cart and expect to be able to purchase items now.

Wish advertisement

Are you actually joking. Your website is advertising drug parapheranlia and it's for $1. With a 4 star rating. You actually allow people to purchase this product and rate it.
This is the most outrageous thing I have ever seen in my life.
It's being advertised on Facebook for everyone too see.
Companies like yourselves should know better than this. It's disgusting.

I will be deleting my account once I receive everything I've already purchased
Why do you not let people use multiple gift credit cards on each order
I have several 50$ cards but, try to purchase a order with anything you want for under 50$

I hit the wrong button, it sold me everything on my wish list. I will be contacting my bank to stop this payment. so please do not send merchandise. Thank you
