Wish purchased package never showed up at my door and not solution for the lost.

I ordered 5 pairs of men solid flat bath slippers summer sandal on nov 25, 2018. System said the order send out tracking# rw158179124cn and showed delivered on dec 12 2018. But I have never ever seen it around my house where we have been living here for years and never had any mailed pkg missing.

I spent a lot of time to tracking with usps and just told pkg be delivered on dec 12. 2018.

It was my 2nd shopping on wish which was horrible experience. Why like that? So so much trouble and end with nothing? Pls explain.

Wish two tops

I ordered two tops feb 18th I paid for them then two days later I got a refund witch I never wanted and both tops cost me 6.00 bucks each my online banking has proof of wish order and I wanna know were my stuff is im new to wish.com and my youtube friends mia maple showed me this wish app she shops on there all the time no issues but I have issues. Date of the incident was feb 18th at 12 pm and my complanit is they requested a refund witch I never asked them to so im not happy I want my money back

Wish Payment for merchandise I didn't order or receive.

On 1/6/19 I received a charge on my visa account for $30.45 for merchandise which I did not order or receive anything. I tried to call company and I have also submitted this form. There has been no word or no resolution. I do want my account reimbursed. Please notify me of results. Since I did not order anything I have no other information to give you. I have no idea how my charge card was charged!

Well, wish app is dangerous to use - many people got scammed including me. You should delete your payment information from your account and even better delete the app and use eBay or alliexpress to purchase things. Accounts with payment information usually can be hacked - another advice check your address maybe it also has been changed. Be careful. Good luck

I Try To order But It Says There's a Problem But There's No One That Can Tell Me what The Problem Is So If Someone Could Possibly get In Contact With Me Pertaining This situation it would Be Very Appreciated. Wish shopping made fun

Can't pay on my account so I can send order.
I sent them loads of stuff they asked for and nothing. No customer service reply or anything, just comes up as Opps there is something wrong with you account. Please go to www.wish.com/payment-issue, done that loads of times and got nothing back.
Now I go on this sight and it has happened to loads of people. How was it resolved and why did it happen anyway. Really annoying as I need to make an order.

Wish appalling customer service

I ordered a size 8 dress. When the garment arrived and I measured it - it is around a size 14. I have now contacted customer services 4 times. They say they will respond to you within 2-3 days. I am still waiting 12 days later. All I want to do is return the item and receive a refund. I have honestly never known such appalling customer service off any company and I think people should be warned against buying anything from this company.

Wish accessories

I placed my orders more than 2 months and it did not come I want to refund all my purchase but wish site does not allow that it allows my to refund some only. What shall I do now I can't wait more as it's not my fault I need my money back. Now it says my account flagged as misuse of the refund policy which doesn't make sense as it seems I will never receive the stuff which I ordered so I need your support to solve my problem and refund all my purchase. Wish 2 trail game cameras

I recieved the 2 trail game cameras but neither worked. Was told they would refund the money, but has not happened. It's been 2 months and now after 6 emails they won't answer back any more. They said I abused their refund policies. The company refunded 9 items that I ordered for Christmas which I didn't ask for a refund. The items are cheap because they are not of good quality. They don't honor their refund policy. The 1-800 number does no good since nobody answers the phone.

Wish jacket/ wall painting

I ordered a jacket and a painting from this company, neither item was as it appeared on their page, I asked for a refund and to return their item over 2 months ago and haven't gotten a response or anything close to it. This company false advertises and does not respond to phone calls or email complaints or concerns, false advertises its good customer service which is very poor!

Wish women’s fashion cosmetics sexy matte lipstick

I ordered this a while ago, and used it multiple times and everytime I have used it, i have had a rash and burns on my lips. I used it 4 days ago thinking it was just something else that made me get those on my lips, but it has done it again and now my top lip has yet another burn on it. I'm not happy with this product, I have used other lipsticks and no problems but with this one something is wrong. My burn always bleeds and stings. Feels and looks like a burn. It's slowly going away but after 4 days you'd think it should be gone. I'm highly disappointed as I've contacted before about this problem and nobody got back to me..

Wish silicone cake forms

A few months back I ordered silicone cake forms. A few weeks after that I received an email asking if I had received my order. When I clicked "No" I got the "We're sorry. We'll ship that out for you right away" line. As of today, 2/13/19, I have yet to receive my item. I would really like to know what is going on? I would like a reasonable explanation and resolution to this issue please.

Wish account information

Yes, updated my wish.com app and I went to log into it and it said my password/email isn't correct. I changed the password and it said the same thing. I did this 15 times before complaining on here. I would like to get into my account since I just placed orders yesterday and I can't track them or anything since they should be here soon but I have no way of knowing anything and I have already been charged.

Have tried numerous times to update my credit card account as the last one was compromised so got a new card with a new expiration date and now cannot order items due to "contact wish.com/payment" always coming up. Was a very loyal customer until this happened. If this can't be corrected, I'm out of here!

Wish never received my product

Dec 4, 2018 I ordered 10 * 2 pack huawei 1tb microsd cards.
I could follow the package all the way to copenhagen airport.
The package was returned to sender without any information to me. Any idea how to contact wangzhigang666888, which apears to be the sender?
I can't get any reason for return of the package.
It might have been marked with an unclear address label, or?

Another stupid issue: I can't get a refund, my visa card has been replaced in the mean time.

Any ideas how to contact wangzhigang666888?

Wish order placed not received

I have paid my amount through my depit card and my order have not recieved still (its been two months), I will have to place a police complaint againts this website, for not issuing my order, please issue my order or repay my money within two days.

I have no complaint--I am trying to ask a question..
I ordered three styles of compression or support knee socks. I lost my order.
1 Were they all "compression" or "support" knee socks?
2 What "size" of all three did I order?
I want to order more--but I will buy one size bigger.

Wish complaint

I ordered quite a few items. Make up brush set. Foundation. Brow items etc... i did this is october .. they was meant to arrive before novemeber 11th. I have submitted a complaint before and have had no further contact. I dont want a refund i just want my items. I have spent quite alot of money with yourself and i think its only fair i recieve what i have paid for.

Wish blouse I ordered and never received

Wish delivery of my orders

I ordered some items between the 23rd and the 25th of december 2018, but to date I haven't received my merchandise. My expected delivery dates were the 31/01/2019 to the 03/02/2019, but this dates keep moving forward. The items I ordered are: 1. Wish jewelry

This actually is not a complaint. I'm writing because I think it is hilarious that people think they can get 18 karat gold or even sterling silver jewelry for next to nothing. Of course it isn't what they say it is! It's crazy to imagine that it could any anyway be profitable for them to be selling real metal for practically nothing. I actually really like the Wish jewelry. I've gotten things that are supposed to be 18 karat gold for 3 or 4 bucks, including shipping. I knew it wasn't genuine when I bought it. But it's all sparkly and pretty and doesn't make my piercings sore. I like it.
