Wish.com / not getting the help I need and being charged due to not getting a response back

I ordered some things off of wish and it was past the 8 hours so I couldn't just cancel it on my own. I then reached out to the customer support team about every item on my order and then sent them an email. I never heard anything back and now these items have been shipped when I wanted to return them. I will not be using Wish.com ever again and I will also let anyone and everyone that I know about wish and the sketchy and horrible service and help I received.

    I need to talk to a person I've had somebody still out of my checking account and order s*** online on wish and I want a refund with my money if not you'll be talking to my lawyer so be calling me back 269 908 3165
