I just need to cancel a order. My name is Wilma Holder PO Box 292 116 N Elm Cambria Illinois 62915. I need to get this cancelled before it is checked out of my account. However, when they sent me a confirmation email; the total price became $22.85 include the shipping of $6 dollars. Can you please fix this mistake and send me the order because $3 dollars plus $6 dollars of shipping equal $9 dollars in total; I don't understand how the price became $22.85 dollars? Additionally, I had a discount of 5%; so I should be paying less. Please address and review this mistake and give me your feed back. Maybe two months ago. I made a order of three to four things. I never received the items and I never got a refund. There are several people that have the same complaints, you all need to fix this and stop taking people's money. The least you could do if give a credit or refund it to the buyers. How is it that I received a confirmation, and never received the items I ordered? I'm very disappointed. Never shopping with you guys again. Thanks for stealing our money.

I ordered a couple months ago around $110 of merchandise I have been emailing and calling with no response I am getting upset that I haven't received nor heard anything back from you. The Package when it arrived had a sticker on it saying it was received in damaged condition.
It was an empty package with no sandals in the package! I was anxiously awaiting the arrival of the sandals and was disappointed that they did not ever make it to me.
I would like to get the sandals if they are still available in my size. Thank you for all your help in resolving this matter.

I had a order on 04/13/2019 which I had ordered totaling $114.41 I was charge correctly.
Same day I received a charge for the amount of $68.90 . At that time I did go to the support center to ask what that was and could it be my wish list.
No response for anyone!
I did not intend to order from that list just my order list. I have received a couple of extra buttons set but do not have an invoice to cover nor should it be a total of $68.90
I would like to resolve this issue before I order anything else .
If I do not get a response within next 5 Days I will dispute the $68.90 amount on my credit card.

Hi I place an order for 25 bottles of 90ml Alien perfume on April the 17th. Order no. LL183321799CN from a store named Jinhan on Wish.com. On the 1st of May a small and very light parcel arrived containing "one" bottle of "20ml" Alien. I immediately took clear photos of the package with contents and submitted a request for a full refund including shipping costs via customer services. The response was that I needed to send a picture of the actual bottle inside the box which I did. At first after a couple of days I saw the status on that request as being "Refund processing". I took a screen shot as I did not have that confirmation anywhere else. Next day the status changed to "solved" without any refund having been processed. I submitted another request and included that ss of the original status which has disappeared. The next responses were all parrot fashion based on me having to open a new request for a refund. The customers services are on a loop now and every day the status simply now states "delivered" so I am going through the same mindless process each day of having to add the same photos and details. This is now the 5th day that they have ignored my request in spite of sending several photos and details. I spent over £500 on this order and received a 20ml bottle of Alien worth no more than £10? Obviously I am really stressed and angry that they have stolen that money from me and want it back. The package stated 25 as quantity which the postage witnessed as he did me opening the package. This is surely a case of fraud and theft? I want a full refund on this order with full shipping costs. I have reported it time and again through customer support. The store seller should have refunded me immediately. Please can you assist with this as soon as possible. I need that money put back to my bank. Meantime I am in contact with Klarna who have paused this transaction until I end it as solved which is clearly IS NOT SOLVED to date. Thank you I tried to add my photos below but it is stating that they are too large to submit.

I have been with wish for a year, and this is the first time I haven't been able to order it keep asking me for a bank statements. I don't get statements from my bank . Please take the block off my Account so I can order I want to order again.as I love wish.com / my last order was a dress that I got now I want to order more clothing and is having a hard time placing my order. Bought products off you and then told a stop put on my account, but you still have my money you thieving [censored]heads get the money back on my card now, and you will pay interest on the money of mine that you have.

I've been trying to contact Wish for days and get no response from that gutmen or whatever. I placed a large order but it kept coming up with my friend's name and credit card number. He lost the card and has a new one. I want to order under my name which I had orginally done with my credit card number. I can't get my card in, the transaction finishes before I can change the name and card and of course, then my order can't go through. Please tell me how to get back to my name and card.

Not sure of the date but I think it was around 4/14/2019. I ordered a Coke commemorative coin and received the wrong one. the one I received a not so tasteful one. I won't print what it says, nasty. Just glad my Granddaughter didn't open it. How do I go about exchanging this coin?

I have ordered many items from wish.com and have received most of my orders there is four items that I have not received and they say have been delivered I check my post office the areas around me and like I said I have had no problems receiving any of my other items but these four items I've been trying to get them resent or a refund or something in regards to my item that I paid money for and wish is Pretty much telling me that it has already been ordered and shipped and delivered and I received it which I haven't so I need somebody to get back to me in regards to these four items that I have paid for and have not received all I want is my order and my items no refund just my items

I provide feedback for every item I receive. Anything there is no feedback for, I have not received. I payed your vendor for products and now I am being told I can neither be refunded nor talk to anybody! I am extremely upset about this. I have friends who shop with wish and Amazon and If this doesn't get cleared up I am going to not use this anymore and spread awareness of the fact that nothing g is being done nor is my case being handled! I a. Extremely upset because I have been patient in waiting and eagerly checking my mailbox daily.

I ordered a tattoo machine kit and the app says it was delivered but I have yet to receive the item. My account also says I can't place in order. The customer service says I made a purchase of over $100 and I have to show proof of it when that is not true at all. I am still waiting to hear from someone and it's been about two months. Not cool at all

I have been trying for over 2 weeks to pay 5 items that are in my cart with my credit card and it keeps saying that my credit card is being declined. I purchased a few leupold scopes and they looked great and a great price. I ordered more and found out that they are counterfeit. I was able to return/refund the first few from the first few orders but then my account was put on hold for too many returns. I had more scopes on order and could not cancel them and they showed up and I was charged for them. I tried multiple times to get refunds/returns but my account stayed locked and said to wait till my account gets in good standing.
I filed a complaint with bbb and got a few emails from wish.com telling me that the time limit to return them is over so they cannot help me. So in other words, they lock your account until the time is up so you can't return anything.
At no time can you reach a real person, only my email through your account (which got locked) so no personal customer service.
Do not order or support this company - I am out over $600.00! This company is supporting counterfeit products and is allowing them to be sold.

I haven't received order wi00014507969Epc or item Wi000144943023Epc, any of the colors I ordered, or the beads that were supposed to be here no later than April 30, 2019. What is the issue with the products and shipping from your company? I am very unhappy, not worth what I paid in shipping and the products is crap. I tried to contact you through your website but it's impossible to contact anyone.
