My first purchase in this fraud website is ip7watch and the one I got fake and the other two of it not been received on time and still I been waiting on it but they refund the money so with that money I purchased shades for my car but still I haven't got it. This website is totally fake please people don't buy anything in it. They don't have an courtesy to inform the customer

I ordered a dress on wish site. But after 45-50
Days I didn't get my order. When I canceled order and applied for my refund in original payment method, so company send my cash in wish account. And according to company I can't take back this cash in my bank account. This is totally fake company.
I want my cash back as soon as possible.

packages were not delivered to my address
I'm still never recieved my tattoo set and gauge and inside neon lights been afew months. I ordered online from wish and spent about 250 dollars or more with a gem Visa debit card and only recieved afew items I'm just wondering if the wish company is trying to RIP me off or something like that. So could anyone help me out with this situation thank you
Unfortunately their tracking is horrendous. Some items can literally take months. I suggest ordering a little at a time. Seems when you purchase multiple items at a time they get lost in customs. Track your item on wish or on parcels a global package tracking site. Also call the Post office and provide them with the tracking number. They can let you know if your item ever made it to your country.

I have submitted many orders and more then few of them so far are not delivered yet. however the dress i ordered long time ago (white cherry dress) was supposed to arr iv 15 days ago and still didn't... I can't reach the customer support or see my order history it shows just a white page on my app for both

You need to contact your bank and dispute the charges. Generally with wish you can contact customer support who are usually lenient with refunds unless you've requested numerous refunds. Screenshot everything and provide to your bank.
too many to count
I ordered 16 items over 2 months ago and I can't even see them in my order history I was told they were shipping but still nothing it's past the window to find anything out I wasn't able to find tracking numbers. Most of the stuff was gifts for my mother and father I've never had a problem with Amazon but why I ever used wish I don't know it's not that much cheaper. The last package that came they threw it on the step
Check with customs! Wish has to provide you with tracking info. I'm finding that people who order multiple items at once are having issues. Usually it's with customs. I've had items show up months later. My suggestion order a few items at a time. In the meantime time screenshot every encounter with wish support and contact your bank.

China Post says this was delivered on it's tracking, but I never did receive it. Brylle Ian in Wish Customer Support will not help me, beyond telling me that tracking says delivered, and I should look around for it. USPS told me they do not scan China Post tracking numbers when they deliver, so the China post saying it was delivered it not valid. Also, this item is $6.30 I'm not going to lie about not receiving it, and it's a matter of principle. Brylle Ian in Wish Customer Support has been obstinate and keeps closing my "tickets" as solved. I don't consider " go look for it" a solution. I will never order from Wish again.
If possible can you please provide me with the tracking number? Not sure why post office said they can't track it when they most certainly can. You have to speak to an actual rep. They can let you know if package made it to US. On another note I purchased this same item from Joom. It's a way better site and every item has a warranty and no shopping cost.

Same thing happened to me. Very frustrating. Apparently this is their common practice. I have no idea how they can still be in business. But then again they are getting our money and not sending the products we ordered so they are making bank. Smh

Have been shopping on wish for a couple of years, Now all of sudden, they are blocking a purchase, I am trying to make. I have done what they asked contacting their support. I sent screen shot of my banking information, showing a previous purchase. They email me in a foreign language, which I cannot read, I then reply asking them to email me in English, Three emails later, they are still sending email in a foreign language. The original reason they gave for hold on my account stated i asked for too many refunds, I never asked for not even one refund. I am so done with this site.
entire order
I am trying to cancel a large order that was placed around July 5th. I want to cancel the entire order for there is not enough in my account for this order please cancel asap I was just looking for different items for my wedding in June 2020 but some how my order got ordered and i did not want that. I have shopped with wish for a long time but have never had this kind of trouble if this does not get canceled i will be returning everything and will tell all my friends of this ordeal and will be done with wish for good.
Unfortunately as you may have already discovered you can't return anything to wish and they barely ever cancel an order. My sister went through the same thing. You have to contact your bank and file a dispute if you didn't place the order.

not delivering
I ordered a water pipe on June 21st and it said it will be delivered today on July 7th. I feel likd i got f***ed over. That is not cool. Now.if i dont get my package im getting the law involved. I wamt justice. If i were you i would satisfy your customer instead of RIPPING them off. I am NOT happy with this company Wish. Ive waiting long enough and im tired of it. I really hope you guys make the right decision or we will go to court. I dont think anyone wants that. Just get me my water pipe, come on. I ordered a Toroto toy for my friends birthday and instead of sending the toy, I was sent an adults pacifier! I waited a few weeks to see if it was just a random thing I was sent but the Totoro toy did not come in.
I've been trying to contact customer service for months trying to find out what is going on with no avail!
It's been very concerning for me as I have had to explain to family and friends the context of the pacifier! I don't even know why it was sent to me in the first place!

I have submitted everything they want several times and still unable to order anything else I've ordered quite a bit the last few months and now nothing I'm about to give up I have tried to change my payment method and they still want the same stuff bank statement and I d. I don't know what else I can do they really need to fix this problem I'm sure they've lost a lot of customers because of this. There's a lot of things I want to order.

Wish has been requesting a copy of my bank statement verifying purchases I've made in the past and they say until I send the statement my account is blocked. I have been shopping with wish for a couple of years and and I've never encountered such nonsense/unprofessionalism! Also, they took the money out of my bank account for my last order before blocking me and then they added the money to my "WISH" dollars which I can't spend BECAUSE MY ACCOUNT IS LOCKED! They should have refunded my money right back to my bank account. I've messaged them about this and I'm getting no explanation/appropriate response! I don't know what kind of shenanigans or deceitful practices they're trying to pull and I certainly am not giving them my personal I formation. Shame on WISH!?

I have been using wish for quite some time now and that stops today! this isnt a business... This is a way for greedy people to take advantage of people who are trying to shop at a cheaper price. And instead of having enough respect for your consumers you hide behind automated text! regardless of how much i have or havent spent i deserve the right to complain to an actual human! for the last time i received the wrong item (not even close to what i ordered) in the wrong size and in the wrong color! [censored] wish! you people are literally the worst! we deserve better!

Every time I try to place an order it keeps sayin there is an issue with my payment method.also I have wish cash available and when I try to use it all it says is they want proof of my identity, my wish cash is about to run out in a few days and I don't think it's right if I Lose it, I have been using wish for a long time and I'm actually very annoyed at the way I'm being treated, I'd be grateful if u would be able to resolve this for me
