Wish.com refund and physing activities

Refund my money with money, not "wish cash" (smoe kind of voucher) than blocked my account !
Is Wish Customer service promise still valid?
Or does the tongue not have bones? So that the appointment can change at will. Wish refund to me with wish cash, than blocked my account with reason : "Payment issue and account verification." Need to uploading my ID card and My Credit Card Billing statement.

Wish.com women's overalls

I placed an order online about 2 weeks ago. I cannot access my account; when I try to log in on the app, an error message comes up, "no internet, try again." I have internet access, I just can't access Wish.com. I would like to receive the product I ordered, women's overalls. I would like to resolve this problem. I would like to hear a response from the company.

I placed the above order at the start of july. I placed a few orders around the same time and some have been refunded due to exceeding delivery dates, however, this particular item has had no resolution. It started off as an issue with the wish assistant saying I had already cancelled the order so I could not cancel it again, even though I hadnt. Numerous attempts were made over the space of 48hrs but the automated response just kept me going in circles.
I brought it to the attention if customer service that the tracker showed an attempted delivery was made 31/7/19 which is completely false as the delivery address is my work site and I accept all the deliveries. I received a response from an agent who sent me a link to the exact same tracker and no further information. I was then told I had to wait until the 10/8/19 even though I had already pointed out that at that point an entire week had passed since the said attempt to deliver and no one had come at all for another attempt. Even so, I had no choice and I was promised that if it was not delivered by 10/8/19 that they would resolve the matter (initially I wanted wish cash but now I just want my money back as I no longer want to shop with wish due to this saga). The latest reply says im now to wait even longer and the date has been pushed out yet again. I know my rights as a consumer and I know I am entitled to a refund. I did give the agent a chance to justify why I should wait longer by producing evidence of an update from the postal service but there has been no update at all. I myself have investigated this and the latest status is still dated 31/7/19 as delivery attempt failed, which again never even happened. This is completely unacceptable. My entire reason for buying the item has passed also as it was to be a surprise bday gift for a friend, which ive had to pay for another item in cash due to this extremely long delay. I knew that there would be no delivery attempt on 10/8/19 as that was a saturday and we dont get deliveries then, which I assumed the agent would know but he did not.

Finally, I want to make myself clear... If I do not have confirmation that a refund is being processed immediately on my next reply from wish.com I will make sure that all social media I have access to and all of my contacts are made aware of the unbelievably poor customer service I have received and the amount of items I have ordered of late that have never been delivered as well as the inconsistent replies I have been getting that do not comply at all with consumer rights and merchants responsibilities.

I have tried to approach this issue through the automated response, through the customer feedback avenue and even through wish post customer enquiries and have had zero resolution.
I have kept records of every interaction (or attempt to resolve) and it is astounding that this is still unresolved and no adequate reason to keep me waiting.

In 24hrs I will begin posting my recent experiences with "wish" on social media. This is not a threat. This is my final warning.

Below is an email trail from one particular agent who just doesnt seem to understand the obligations of the company and how inappropriate it is to keep making me wait without any real or tangible reason for doing so. As you will see, I have laid out the facts for him multiple times and yet he simply refuses to give me my money back. Also, I last replied to him on 10/8/19 without receiving any response for 4 days now as I made it clear I am not willing to wait any longer and now want a refund directly back into my bank acct. I believe this is an intentional attempt to ignore me until yet another estimated delivery date elapses. If it does elapse before I get a response from him or the complaints department I will be making a call to "a current affair" and they would be more than happy to give this some exposure on national tv as I am certain this is not an isolated case.

Wish.com paying bill

i have been ordering items from wish for some time now without an issue, most recent about 5 days ago. i had forgotten a couple of items and went back to purchase when all of a sudden a message came up about a problem with my account. just to let you know i do not have a problem with any accounts i have or with any company i have delt with. from what i am seeing there have been several of this same complaint that i have seen and if anything the issues seem to be on your end. i really enjoy shopping on your site but if you would rather screw around with the customers oh well it will continue to be your loss., if you can fix this issue fine but the purpose of being able to shop online is the convenience and hassle free shopping. last but not least i have never had an issue paying for anything here and i will not send you a copy of any bank statements, i do not do that for anyone never mind an online shopping site. this needs to be handle asap or i will contact further other people i know well in your industry

On August 13, 2019 someone from the store you delivered my product, request refund for the merchandise order # 5d47008188aa1ba345 49b50a (sticky two sided strip). I didn't request it, so therefore this place opens packages and keep whatever they want and request refunds on behalf of the buyer. This people are stealing both from you and your customers. Wish.com price increase after starting out of stock

Wish is falsely reporting out of stock items that were purchased for $1. After everything has been confirmed and ship date is nearing, they email saying out of stock.
I was refunded at that time.

If you look at their current selling stock it's
there for a higher price.

Purchased items were 3 drones, 2 pair of boots and a pair of pants.

Prices were increased approx 20-40x.

The cheap ring, bracelet and clear m/c glasses are all still pending delivery.

Wish.com illegal use of my debit card.

Someone purchased an item of $24.85 on 8/11/19. The tranaction # 24x7323. I need a call back from you al ASAP! I have not created an account with wish.com. I'm reporting this to the Police Department.
Call me immediately at [protected]. I need to know who placed this order and what was it that they ordered? Evidently you all do not verify the owner of the card. I need to speak to a representative immediately. This is theft and you all allowed this to happen because of not verifying the owner of the card. I demand a full refund and a call from a representative!

Wish.com android tv box h95 max

I bought the unit as a gift and attempted to use it for the first time yesterday 8/11/2019.
I followed the instructions exactly but the tv box would not come on.
I could see that there was power to the unit as indicated by the red light inside of the unit being visible but the unit would not power up from the remote control.
I verified that there were fresh batteries in the remote.
I would like to receive what I paid for in working order and I would gladly return the defective unit.
if no unit is available I would like refund.

Wish.com rucksack

Places order in July never came then they said it was delayed which was fine' they said order would be here by the 3rd of August it showed delivered on the order history but I still haven't received my order i am unable to track my order i only have the order number, i am getting no where with it and feeling frustrated .
I don't no what to do about this situation .
I contacted support but there isn't an option for what I need .
If anyone could help me it would be much appreciated I don't want to give up haven't ever had a problem with wish before .
Hopefully I will get some answers soon.

I need to find out why you and geek will not let me order it says somethingb is wrong with my account I put in a different card tried using pay pal did what you ask me to do extra but you just keep a hold on my account at geek there is really several things I would like to order but you just keep dragging your foot get the dam thing unlock or I will file a complaint with the BBB I mean it now this email stuff is for the birds please get a life and give me a phone number to use that works with a real person on the end of the line I will give you three days to settle the issue or it will be done an while you are at it please send me a return shipping label for the roof racks that need to be return

Have purchased items before, now wanted to buy another item. Went to checkout, put in payment information, message said to go to a website which is unavailable. Really, want to purchase this item. Help...

Wish.com unauthorised automated paypal transaction + processing of cancelled orders

Hello,

My paypal account was used for automated payment for two orders (comprising of 13 items total) without my authorisation/confirmation.
As soon as I received email from PayPal re. this transaction I cancelled all items one by one using Wish.com app on my mobile and got the response that all items on the order have been cancelled, the refund has been issued and the sum will appear in my PayPal account within 2 weeks.
Promptly, I emailed Wish.com customer service and raised my concerns re. the unauthorised transaction.
However, to this end Wish.com has processed all the items (except two items which have been refunded to my PayPal account) and their response to my email communications is vague and unclear.
In summary, Wish.com is asking me to wait for receipt of the items and then return them to get a refund. As for the unauthorised transaction they have not provided any explanation.
I have contacted PayPal and they informed me that it seems that I have accepted an agreement with Wish.com on the 31st of July for automated payment. I am unaware of this agreement (did not see or agree to such an arrangment). Upon my request PayPal cancelled this agreement on the 9th of August.
I am concerned and confused and was wondering if you could help me resolve this issue?

I also was I guess hacked but I never received any emails or anything from Wish. I did at one point get a call about a very small package from DHL. I was out of town and was going to be back the next week. I forgot about it and never got a call back. I don't believe I ordered anything. I had these items in my cart only. I actually thought I might have ordered the earring to try Wish till I seen this message you wrote. I've never ordered from Wish.

This is so confusing. I went in to my paypal account to change my address and found these transactions. I complained yesterday and I was credited 10.48 just yesterday after I complained. I don't understand.

Hi I ordered than iPhone 8 Plus ... this phone cost me 428.60$ and was supposed to be here Wednesday, it's friday and I still haven't even received an email that it even been shipped. I want my money back... There is absolutely no reason for a promised date for it to be here. Would be nice to get an email even saying it was shipped... this is fraud and I'm very upset. Wish.com "limited quantity deal" products

Kindly please take-down "limited quantity deals" on your page. And track down sellers who are offering these, it's a scam and a fraud! It's destroying the name of your company. This wrong-doing greatly DISAPPOINTED ME AS A NEW CLIENT. I hope I'll get my money back with the shipping refunded too. These sellers are supposed to be banned from selling their products on wish.com, they're using "Limited Quantity Deal" products as baits. This is NOT to be TOLERATED in any kind of marketing, and Wish.com should not solicit this kind of fraudulent activity within their service.

First of all, I am not paid for anything here. But it's my DUTY to comply with "FAIRNESS"! I persisted to acquire a credit card for the first time last July 2019 because of WISH and made my FIRST purchase online and chose "wish.com". Well, second of all my experience with wish.com is both pleasing and not so pleasing. I received all my purchases ahead of time on the delivery dates. None came late within the timetable date that's a fact. Though some items failed to carry their illustrations, or don't live up to their descriptions of use, otherwise for what they are PAID for, wish users knew that they chose WISH for its low pricing, that's the truth (INCLUDING ME), well in all honesty and if you expect a GREAT QUALITY for a mini price that's DELUSIONAL. But here comes the rig, that being said, I don't deny that some of the products were actually very advantageous. Yes, folks, there are products that are really good in quality and lesser price including the shipping. Comparing them to the usual marketing prices. 3rd of all, YES I WAS REFUNDED IN A MATTER OF SECONDS IN MY WISH CASH AND BEEN PROMISED REFUNDS ON SOME OF THE ITEMS DIRECTLY IN MY CREDIT CARD IN A CERTAIN DATE ALLOWING 14 DAYS OF WAITING. However, this kind of REFUND is what I am about to find out if it's really reliable and correct, I WAS ASSURED nonetheless, that if I don't get the "refunds" in the due date of 14 days, they want to be notified. Well, that's nice to know. I will UPDATE you without "fault". 4th of all, an item that had lapsed within "30 days refund" from the date of reception or date receiving the item are usually denied refunds, which is just right, we have been informed about it in the "policies" of "delivery and refund", I hope you took the time to read the "terms of use" to avoid misunderstanding. I will testify that one of the items I ordered (July 2, 2019)and received on July 10, 2019, I reported that the item was used and tried after a late date to know or find out if it works(reported this was only yesterday) August 9, 2019. I had been informed that the "window for refund" on the item has closed already on 9th of August 2019. BUT, WISH REFUNDED ANYWAY, YES WISH DID, at least I got the message the morning after that the refund had been processed, now I am on wait! 5th of all, some of the items have 2 ways of refunding and WISH customer support asks you immediately if you desire the refund: 1) as WISH CASH 2) or IN YOUR ORIGINAL KIND OF PAYMENT? I chose "wish cash" and in the blink of an eye, I saw all the refunds in my "wish cash" account! 6th of all, some people testified that they see "delivered item" reports but didn't receive the item, this is 100% erroneous and faulty, I can guarantee beyond any reasonable doubt that these people not only deceived their own testimony but they are actually wish.com NON-USERS! How do I know that for SURE? That was EASY, see when you actually received an item delivered from wish.com, it was up to you to declare that you received it and it was delivered, otherwise, it remained blank no report at all whether it was delivered or non-delivered. Automatic machines can't be FOOLED! And if you don't declare that the item has been received or delivered then don't blame wish.com support or the automated respond machine to withdraw refunding, everything is reported, although the "tracking" of items can be inaccurate as to where it was actually, it rarely happens though! So people, kindly be honest because YOU'RE NOT ACTUALLY BEING DECEITFUL TO ANYONE BUT YOURSELVES, that's such a real SHAME! 7th of all, READ THE TERMS OF USE, POLICIES, and CONDITIONS before using any APP or online commercials. 8th of all, I AM NOT PATRONIZING WISH.COM, NOR ACCEPTED ANY PAYMENTS, nor FAVORS or monopolized. 9th of all, I can openly welcome CRITICISMS and REVOKES to my STATEMENTS, if you have solid PROOFS to contradict me. Wish.com watches

The shipping costs that you display are totally off the charts and inaccurate. Received two watches so far and not a single one works properly Costner in some cases more than 50% of the value of the item being ordered. Since shipping cost are high it's irrelevant when you offer a refund because you're not refunding the shipping. I'm starting to believe that it's all a scam.

Only when we reached section 10 we noticed that some parts are missing
Since July 29, I am trying to get help from customer support BUT they don't help

Wish.com items never arrived..

Hi, my name is Erlo Sacmar, a permanent resident in Toronto, Canada.. sometime in March of this year, i ordered lots of items from Wish shopping online amounting to $211 Canadian... til now those items i ordered never came... prior to that, i already ordered some items and it arrive... to think that they have my shipping information, the items i've purchased amounting to $211 never came, much to my dismay for a long complaint letter never resolved, .. many names replying me to do these and that? Why? The items already paid.. why not deliver? Am i being scammed here? Because of big amount already in there hands and enjoying it?

Wish.com I want wish to stop taking monwy out of my bank account for items I ordered and cancelled... please..

I was tryint to figure out what it would cost me to order clothes for my great grand kids for christmas, but after selecting my items, I couldn't get a total unless I filled out the form with information on my bank caard.. After filling that information out, I submitted it and was instantly charges to my bank account, I didn't have a choice to accept the total or cancelled it... With out it interfearing with my money, wish has been taking out monwy plus shipping for every item I ordered and cancelled... That is sad how desperate wish is to screw people over... I cancelled the order before wish had time to take any money out of my account and you got the cancellationd notification with in 2 minutes of me placing the order... So my question is why would you withdraw from my account for items wish knowa have been cancelled... I want my money refunded right away... Please, customer support said I would be refunded with in 14 days... That is right, what your doing should be against the law, I have informed my bank and I am now waiting a few days to make sure wish refunds me all my money. Before I file fraud charges.. Wish can reach me at [protected]...
