Wish.coma returned item has not been refunded

Review updated:

I sent back TWO smart watches in one package. It was received by customer service. I was credited for one and not the other. I have been emailing them several times over the past week and a half. No one can help me and the app does not allow for an option that matches mine. I have proof that they received the package with both watches, but I was only refunded for one.

    I would contact the better business bureau. That's always worked for me.
