Wish lg bluetooth headset

I ordered a pair of LG Headphones from Wish.com. I received them on February 23rd 2019. I was not happy with them so I sent them back on February 28, 2019. I tracked the package and seen that they received it on March 7, 2019. Today is March 22, 2019 and I still have not received my refund. They are not even trying to help Ive sent proof of everything and they just keep bypassing it and sending me the same useless nonsense. The store/seller is called Blue Haze in Miami Florida. They are not trying to help either. I just want my refund. Wish or BlueHaze doesnt want to give my money back. Buyer Beware. Wish wedding ring set

I purchased a wedding ring set from Wish a while back and shortly there after my fiancee lost the engagement ring of the set. She then went to replace just the engagement portion of the set. She was then sent the wedding ring portion of the set only and when she went through the return process she was told there wasn't anything that could be done AND that it was her fault for not paying better attention. What class this company has. I will never do business with this company again. May all their share holders burn in hell.

Wish 2tb usb sticks

I bought USB sticks from them. It worked only for 1.5 month, then it does not save data. The customer service is very poor, they did not refund me. Very dissatisfied about wish.com
They said because you past the 30-day refund policy, they did not refund me. So it means anything working beyond 30 days will not be refundable including any electronic device that you may pay 100s of dollars for that will not be refundable if it works for as short as 31 days and fails to work anymore!

Wish won't let me check out

Everytime I try to check out it tells me there's something wrong with my account. I also have had stuff refunded that I did not request. I love the site and would love to get it resolved as quickly as possible. If we can't resolve it, I would hate to have to go somewhere else. I have tried my credit card directly, my paypal account too. I get the same notice, something is wrong with my account. I have a cart I'm ready to checkout and it wont let me.

Wish smart watch v8

A friend gave me a birthday present a "smart watch V8"
I have charged the device as recommended by it does not want to start.
I have tried everything to get it to work to no avail.

How do I get Wish to replace this item without having to notify my friend as this would make me VERY embarrassed due to it been a wonderful present?

They restricted my account and asked me for my identification proof with photo id and bank statement. I did sent that to them, but they are responding by saying that ghey cannot remove the block at this time . Seems

Wish refund

My son bought 4 items from Wish and they all needed to be returned. So he received the pre printed air bill in order to send everything back which were all sent back last week through the post office in Norco CA. The amount needed to refund was $92.49 and all I have gotten back is $27.50. Please explain to me why I have not received my full refund. I am entitled to the full refund, you owe me $53.31 ASAP. Please advise me when this will be fully refunded to my account.

Wish payment taken

Wish email - 18/3/2019
Third email:
1. I was shopping on the app and added 5 items to my cart.
2. I went to checkout and paid for the 5 items
3. The money was taken from my account.
4. The items are still showing in my cart as not ordered.
5. This is the third time I have emailed about this problem and I have also sent pictures as proof. (See attached)

Wish packages I paid for and never got

Well last year in late March early April I ordered four blutooth speakers and five sweaters with the matching sweatpants. And out of everything I ordered I got the blutooth speakers and two of my sweaters with the matching sweatpants . I was still expecting three more sweaters with matching pants but they never came . In return I would like a refund. I had a different email address at the time but can't recall what it was because I've changed it so many times . Wish promotional codes: spring 50% off order of max $100

I have been a loyal customer of Wish for the past couple of years and have always tried to take advantage of the promo codes. I was going to place an order of $115.00 on March 15 because the Promo Code Spring ended today, the 16th. When I went to check out and submitted the (Spring) code it only gave me 5% off. Very disappointed. This to me is a false advertisement. I love the products and service at Wish; however, when it comes to really good PROMO CODES, it didn't work for me. So, I lessened my order. I would like someone to explain to me about the PROMO CODES. If you can't stand behind them, then why advertise them?

Wish will not let me place an order

I've been trying to purchase items on wish with no success. I feel that this is unfair treatment to me. Please help me to resolve this matter so I can make purchases on wish because I have money to spend. I can no longer make purchases on wish. This has been ongoing for a very long time. Wish waiting for refund

I ordered a product they sent me the wrong product also it was not even with the ad advertised, and it was damaged I sent them photos and asked for a refund they are received it that was 10 days ago, the last two days he said refund is processing, still there's no change no human contact no refund and horrible absolutely zero customer service it is just automation and no human contact whatsoever fake phone numbers you cannot contact them I've been waiting for a refund for 10 days due to the wrong product which was damaged and garbage with false shipping label on it it's no way to contact anybody

I am emailing because I have had an awful experience with customer service with one of the many orders that I have placed with wish.com. On January 31, 2019, I purchased 5 "cashmere" sweaters from the vendor "EWER" The description on their order page describes the sweaters as "Gender: Women/Closure Type: button/Brand Name: new/Model Number: FZ370w/Collar: O-Neck, V-neck/Thickness: Standard/Style: Casual/Item Type: coat/Clothing Length: Regular/Sleeve Style: Regula/
Pattern Type: Solid/Material Composition: Cashmere Wool/Sleeve Length(cm): Full/Material: Cashmere/Technics: Computer Knitted/size: S M L XL XXL/Sleeve Length: Long sleeve/Item Type: Women/Sweaters, coat, cardigans, outwear/Pure Cashmere: Sweater Women Women Sweaters and Pullovers: Cashmere Sweater Women/High Quality Cashmere: pull cachemire femme"

The order page also states, "We promise the high quality and the best service!" I only received 2 of the 5 sweaters that I ordered and the two sweaters I did receive are NOT cashmere. I spent $52.25 for 5 sweaters and $35.00 for shipping. I was refunded $17..45 for only one of the sweaters and I want a refund on all of the sweaters. I should receive an additional refund of $69.80.

My order number is 5c539712e419c135610c0ee and the only shipping tracking number is LW096717855CN.

Again, while there was only one tracking number the two sweaters that I did receive were delivered separately, two days apart. One of the reasons that customer service said that I would not receive a refund on any of the sweaters is because I did not keep the shipping label of the sweaters that arrived. I can't seem to find any place on Wish.com where it says that I need the shipping label to get a refund on merchandise that is not as it is described by the vendor and on 3 sweaters that I never received--how could I have a shipping label for those?. I did supply pictures of two sweaters that I did receive so that they and now you can see that they are not cashmere. I am really hoping that you can see how unfair this is and will assist me in getting a refund. One of the comments made to me in the emails from customer support stated that they had proof that all of the sweaters were delivered because the tracking form listed it as delivered. At that point, all 5 orders were marked "resolved" when it should NOT be listed as such until the rest of my money is refunded.

I really enjoy buying from Wish.com, and I want to continue doing so. Since January 1, 2019, I have spent 1879.17 and want to continue spending. Wish.com says,

We have your back! You never have to worry when you shop on Wish.

We a red cashmere pullover label "large", its only { 38]; And no manufactures tabs on it ;it smells as if its been worn. What we require is a size "XL "in the same colour, red. Wish payment issues

I keep being asked for my bank statement confirming that I've purchased from wish before. I do not give or send anyone my bank info or statements. I'm trying to order from wish and I'm getting no where because of this. I think asking for my bank statement is really intruding on my privacy. If this does not get resolved quick I will be ordering from somewhere else.

Hace 2 meses aproximadamente realicé una compra de unas brochas espere dos meses casi para que me Sam entregarán las brochas no llegaron se me hizo el reembolso este pues trata de cobrar y pues notó para todo tenía que pagar pagar pagar pagar luego éste hice el reembolso pedí unas cosas y unos maquillajes eran gratis este se suponía los quise pagar con la tarjeta por el monto mínimo que faltaba y no me la aceptó cuando yo tenía dinero en la tarjeta no me la aceptó me canceló la entrada ya no pude pedir nada ni pagar por Oxxo ni nada entonces no se me hace justo quiero que me regresen mi dinero es muy buena cantidad como para que no me la regrese eso para mí es robó

Wish Item not delivered

I have tried sending an email to peter@wish.com but have received no reply. Despite advising you that the parcel was never received by myself or my wife and being told to wait until 1, 1th feb to see if it arrived when the courier (yodel) told me I should have contacted them as soon as possible after it was meant to be delivered. All I get are generic emails asking to raise a ticket, which has been done and you reply by saying the item was delivered. Under the consumer rights act, you are responsible for the item until I or a nominated person has received delivery. You are at fault for not doing this. All I want is the item delivered by a reliable courier - try hermes or royal mail. Can please get this sorted as all I receive ar generic emails and no response. Regards tim kent

I recently tried to place an order with Wish.com. It came up with my charge card number, but a different person's name was on my account. I tried to change the name to my own but then got a message that I need to contact Wish before I could place an order. I have since canceled the card and now have a new one.
