Wish I'm happily surprised

I was reluctant to buy from Wish but they had a hard to find replacement for my favorite sunglasses that broke. This was not a discount item. It was sold on wish at full retail price of
$ 99.00 What I paid 5 years ago. I searched hi and low for the sunglasses and wish had them and nobody else to I rolled the dice. The glasses showed up in 4 days after a 1-2 week delivery promise and the glasses were perfect. Ralph Lauren polo with grey lenses not green. Green was readily available from multiple vendors, but not grey. I am more than thrilled. Wish has a shady reputation but this time they delivered what I ordered early and in perfect condition.

Wish A site for everyone

This site has just about everything for everyone, from clothing to tools, hobby accessories and DYR needs and more! All at prices that won't break the bank. Their site is very user friendly as it has a search box top right so it speeds up your search and has a wish button to save your searches in for later viewing. Shipping is timely and flexible. They also have a no haggle return policy that looks after customers. I have personally been with this site over a year and made many purchases through them and have been more than satisfied. I find this site fun and rewarding as you never know what you may find!

Wish EDUCATION IS KEY!

So quick tips. Wish is cheap because of long shipping.

Refunds will show up as refunded but can take up to 5 to 7 business days.

China and Japan sizes are different. Order one to two sizes up. This isn't the businesses fault.

Read the description and look up reviews on your items on google.

Shop verified if you're doubtful by looking for the blue check mark.

Wish is a fair good site Wish isn't the distributor they are the Hub. They refund and these bad reviews are from people who aren't very intelligent.
I have ordered over 50 items and only had an issue with one and got my refund and they still sent the item I got it for free.

Wish I feel like got scammed

I kept getting the run around when I acquired about my missing items. Every morning I would wake up with an email saying we have resolved your issue but it was them telling me to call the post office or call the place the package came from. I cried because my son told me I could trust the company. I still feel like I was scammed. They even told me to check with my neighbors, really who's going to confess they have your package. As I have said before I am 64 years old and I have never ordered from a company like this. No one should take advantage of anyone. I told them to keep my money if they needed that bad. It's sad that our free country has come to this. My heart hurts so much.

Wish WONDERFUL COMPANY!

This company is WONDERFUL! I had a problem with an order and they were AMAZING! I was looking at recliners and put 2 in my cart to see how much shipping and tax would be etc. I have been taking care of my elderly parents who have been sick. I was so tired and clicked buy instead of empty cart! HOLY MOLEY! Could'nt get it to cancel (DIDNT REALIZE I NEEDED TO DOWN LOAD COOKIES) AND MESSAGE SAID TOO LATE TO CANCEL. Left a message with thieir customer service and checked back this morning and they so kindly cancelled it and got refund on my debit card! I CANT THANK YOU ENOUGH! They thought more of their customer then their profit! Will DEFINETLY BUY ALL MY GIFTS FOR CHRISTMAS THRU THEM!

Wish Good to have them around

Little update to this article - Did you know that Wish.com is doing big expansion on European market now. They offer local stores good contitions for enable customers to pick up goods from local stores immediately after buying - this push theam ahead befor ali express - in my country is around 100 stores but I know that % of stores in other European countries is much higher and grom much faster. Wish also give to stores manager special employ discount code even 50 % off like this one XPXJGJY to give local customers and their are paid for that - code works and is unique for each store but its stronger then any other in the app - This is smart plan that can change thisk of buying in future but also can double china stuff around us Greetings from Poland everyone I hope my post was worth reading

Wish I don't understand all the negative complaints?

When ordering items that are way below the cost of similar items in the stores near you, don't expect to get a Rolex Oyster for 4$ + 4$ shipping cost. The only items that I can buy at that price, are at Dollorama or some other dollar+ store... I received the smart bracelet last Friday and it works as well as advertised. Go check out jewellery store and ask for an inexpensive watch and they will show you a variety that may start at a few hundred dollars. Having had companies myself, there are always complaints, that are quite true and personal opinions. Just remember that if you want high or better quality, why are you buying a 4$ watch, ring or necklace? Don't get me wrong, in all my purchases, I had comments to give only 2 times for something that did not resist. Thanks Wish for being there. Thanks Mike.

Wish Sometimes it's hit or miss

Overall, they have been great. In the 5 months and dozens of items I've bought, I've had very few problems. And when I did, my $ was promptly returned. If clothing, check the measurements charts, and even then often have to order 1-2-3 sizes larger. And pay attention to the reviews. And don't expect fast shipping from China. This is the trade off for amazingly discounted items.
The photo is of a cloth tablecloth I got for $3 - I'm going to use as fabric for a skirt. About a yard and 1/2 - incredible price for this quality fabric - I ordered 10 more in other equally vibrant colors. I wasn't able to upload a pic of 4 pair of sandal that are really pretty and comfy for c. $8 each. A few times I got things sized wrong, but customer service dealt with it right away.
I guess they are working on their shipping process, because they ask about every item..."Did you receive it? If so, when?"
So, it's hit or miss. The majority of the time, for me, it's been out of the park.

Back in 2020 wish cancelled an item I have purchased and they kept saying they will send a refund but they never did. Wish has done this to many of my friends as will as a lot of people wish needs to he taken down. They are hudge scammers. No matter how many times I contact wish support they always email me the wrong information.

I ordered ***mil *** pesos worth of products from them and received 0. It takes more then the 30 day return policy to see if it even gets to my country , so when it is finally confirmed I didnt get anything its to late for a return. So I lost *** pesos chileno. Thats like 200 american dollars. No help from any of them in customer support only a msg saying its past the return date. None of the tracking numbers sent by wish where valid in the mail order system in ***. None existed..it seems like it was a scam. Lost all money.

No response from customer assistant also contacted on numerous times. They will probably claim No refund as too much time has passed. No longer meets their requirements for a return.*** C

The delivery time wasnt bad I had ordered four things off here well everything came on the minimum date except for the most important thing was my daughters baby shoes and on the tracking app it said they were delivered as well but I have yet to receive them and Ive called Wish Ive called the *** Ive called everywhere and theyre telling me its gonna be 4 to 5 business days before they can do anything which is ridiculous and my daughter is be born in the next two maybe three weeks and they wanna withhold my daughters stuff which is ridiculous they need to get it together and start getting Stuff right and doing there jobs the right way

I think wish is a ripped off . When you return something in the same box . They don't give you back all of your money . I return 3 off the same items and they only paid me for only 1 . And I am still trying to get the rest of my money from them . Everytime I messaged them about it . They asked me for something different . And I send it to them . And then they ask for something else . So they stole $35.00 from me . I just so tried of messages them about my refund . They should be ashamed of themselves .

lacks, purchased two oversized sweaters; X-Large in pink for myself and 1 small sky blue as a gift; both werent as advertised on Wishs website; immediately contacted Wish with my dissatisfaction and requested a refund and instructions on how to send their merchandise back what an ordeal, my dislike wasnt enough, I had to deal with multiple service rep, send multiple pictures, my request has fallen on deaf ears; waiting on instructions from Wish on where to send these poor quality sweaters to, so I can get my money back, Buyers be warnedWish platformnot worthy of your hard earned money!

They would not give me my item and they would not refund me either. It took three months to deliver and I forgot the date to pick up and they said I could no longer pick it up. And they would not give me a refund either. This is a new and very bad policy of theirs to get rid of customers fast.

I placed an order through Wish.com. It seemed legit at first, but then a month later, my order was removed and tracking information taken down. I never received the merchandise and Wish refused to resolve the matter. Seller could not be contacted. I am 100% certain I was scammed. Thank goodness Paypal refunded my money.

Wish Sent product back

Sent product back. They won't give me a refund .I've sent several emails to try to resolve this issue. I need to be heard to warn others about this company. If I can't get any satisfaction I have no choice but to go to the media. All I want is my money back. I sent the product back (wheelchair ramp).

I ordered an item from Wish.com in early March that was supposed to be delivered within 10 days. It's still not here. When I go on their website to ask where my package is, I get the endless spinning beach ball. They don't respond to e-mails and their website contains a link to "contact support" but it leads only to more ads. What a rip-off company this one is! Zero stars.

BUYER BEWARE***Yeah, I ordered a pair of boots, I received 2 pairs of the same boots which are highly cheaply constructed as akin to costume jewelry! I took said items to return for a refund & discovered I had to pay $50 return shipping! Wait, what? So while perusing other customers complaints I discovered wish fails to reimburse the shipping costs ((which they state they will, so why not go ahead & do so?) because they want to rip you off a second time!) So I would actually be out of over $150 with no product in hand!?! F That! Action really needs to be taken against these Robber Barons & put this company out of business & buried! ***BUYER BEWARE

I had 2 orders that never came and when i inquired they told me to wait that it is just taking time because of the pandemic.Well the items never ever arrived so then when i jumped thru their hoops to inquire i was told to read their return policy because i had gone over the time limit.In other words i got screwed. No packages and no money returned.Dont order from wish.

Wish is not a good company to go to when you look at their prices you will find that the shipping charges are outrageous and I just stumbled on to something new. I ordered at 11.6" android tablet from them for $38.00 plus $8.50 for shipping. I ordered the unit over a month ago and I have not received yet. When they said you can have a full refund they don't include the shipping charges. They keep that so you lose. I would not order electronics from them.

Wish essentially stole my money. On Decenber 6th 2021 I placesd an order for 1 pair of sneakers which cost $18. When I saw the order I placed Wish placed an order for 5 sneakers at a total billing of $216 which included shipping. To add insult to injury I never reciever the single *** of smeskers and all 5 pairs were sent to the wrong address. I've contacted Wish customer support at least 7 times and I get the same answers. 1. We're sorry it happened. 2. We'll look into it. 3. We can't do anything until the delivery is verified.4. We recieved verification of 1 delivery. 5. We'll refund you $18 (which I haven't recieved after waiting at least 1 month. I will never do business with Wish again due to my negative exoeriences

They deliver merchandise that never comes I paid for a mini washing machine that was never delivered to my address I spoke with postal service they said the package was a 2 oz package not a washing machine and it was addressed to someone else so I guess my money went to someone that's a scam

I attempted to purchase the same item twice online, and both instances the product did not arrive. The first time I was able to cancel it and get my money back. I reordered but did not receive the item and now I am not able to get my money back from this company. The company keeps your credit card on file, it uses an automated attendant with canned responses and doesn't really allow you to follow through on what's going on with the order. They're offering Wish Bucks in place if a refund. At this point I feel its a fraud to delay again to eventually the final rip off. This company I feel is a total sham and it appears looking at the Better Business Bureau at this company is horrible stay clear

I've mainly had pretty good luck with them. When an order doesn't arrive on time, they usually give me the option of getting a refund or just waiting for it. However, I had a small item that was supposed to have been delivered by November 4, 2020. It's now December 29, 2020. I requested a refund on it since it was never received. However, their refund policy, including refunds for items never received, expires 30 days after the item should have been received.

Wish I placed an order with Wish May 4

I placed an order with Wish May 4. They charged my credit card and on invoice said they were prepared for shipping that same week. Arrival time May 25. Then one day before they were supposed to arrive they pushed date of arrival to mid June. You can't call them. I have sent numerous emails to tell them to cancel order and credit my credit card. Still waiting. No action has been taken to correct charges. I just want my money back. I will never order from them again.

Wish I had placed a small order with WISH so they had my account number

I had placed a small order with WISH so they had my account number. A few days later an order got placed for everything I had in my cart. I did not place or authorized that order. Immediate after I received an email about my “order” I tried to stop it but it had already processed. My emails to contact them were never returned. The phone number my credit card company gave me was not a working number. Now in looking at reviews I can see where this has happened to other people. Do NOT order from them. They have zero customer service and they *** my order.

I ordered a Toshiba Remote and was told there would be a 5 day processing time. After 2 weeks where Wish just kept saying the order would be processed on whatever day I was checking it (kind of indeterminant), and after reading the plethora of reviews saying Wish never refunded the purchasers money, I contacted Wish to ask for a refund. They promptly credited my credit card with the purchase price because they said it was still processing. So I am pleased that my money was refunded, but I am not happy that my order wasn't processed. They could have said upfront a realistic processing time and I could've decided to purchase it with that constraint and waited, but they instead just obfuscated the processing time. Hence the 3 stars.

Wish I have had great customer service with Wish

I have had great customer service with Wish. Yes products can be fake or or even broken and not delivered. If you're ontop of your order and it's late or not delivered get a hold of support and stay in touch. If an item is falsely advertised contest it. And take pictures. Clothing is not in American sizes order larger and find those size conversion tables that good vendors include. Read and browse all pictures of items the cover pic is usually showing the top dollar item while the listed price is for cheapest item of lowest quality. Look at the last section for delivery charge before putting it in cart. As others have done. Don't use the cart for a shopping list as you may inadvertently b hit the purchase button and order unwanted stuff. Save it to the list. It can be cancelled in app just go to orders and hit contact support to cancel. Don't expect fast return of funds as it can take 2 weeks for that. Most of the time 48hrs and it's done. Once an item is shipped and you need a return just wait till you have it and return it that day usually item doesn't meet expectations. It's buyer beware and if it's too good to be true that govern these sites so take time to really read the description and shipping cost and time before you click purchase. "
