We booked a van for 7 people coming home from JFK airport, at the time of booking we were not given any information regarding different options of our ride. We were simply told that we are getting a shared van. Well, our flight arrives and we call Winston at 2:32 to let them know we are here and we are told to wait outside on the 3 foot wide passenger pick up island and they will be there within 20 minutes. Standing there for about 40 minutes, we call again, and are told that the driver is dropping off people in other terminals and it will be about 15 minutes…Well, about 30 minutes later, we have to call back AGAIN….the dispatcher says the driver will be there ANY minute….NOT….now remember, we are standing in the middle of two way constantly moving traffic with 3 small children. So, ANOTHER call is made and the dispatcher proceeds to say how she gave the driver the wrong information, After 1 hour and 45 minutes the van finally shows up…..

When we called the company to complain, what we basically got was them blaming us because it was a shared van(which we were NEVER given any other option), and them literally thanking us for giving them a learning tool…REALLY….The only compensation they were willing to give was 10% off our next ride(which you automatically get anyway when you book on line). Stating they can only go forward not backwards. Guess we wont be using that coupon….According to Winston, their mistakes, are benefical to them and only them. I GUESS IN THEIR WORLD, THE CUSTOMER IS NEVER RIGHT.
