I have had poor customer service from this pharmacy. The counter woman with the red hair lied that my doctor's office did not submit my script for antibiotics on 9/10/2019. She went so far as to tell me that she double checked every mode of transmission for the script. I had a bad sinus infection and Dr Phillips did in fact send the script over. The counter...

I came into the store to get my Daughters wic on September 1, 2019 at 1:30. The cashier wrote on my wic voucher her name the date and the register number. She went to customer service to get the milk and came back to me and informed me they didn't have. I went to the manager on duty and asked him when will they get some in. He informed me he didn't know...

Winn-Dixie managers respond

I was at your Key Largo today August 9 buying some groceries and wine. Cashier ask me for my ID for the wine purchase . I handed my Drivers License to the cashier and continued putting my item . Upon completion of my purchase I asked for my license back, the cashier told me she had given back and went about the next customer, I tripled check my pockets and wallet and could not find it . The cashier went and said why don't u look in the bags and showed no interest, I continued asking about my license and it seemed o one care about looking for my license . Since I had not moved from the cashier area I continued checking around the area, but again none of the employees showed any concern as it was my problem . The assistant manager came and said they would ask the manager to look at the cameras . 30 minutes later the manager came back and it showed the cashier had place the driver license on the belt instead of handing it over to me and was eaten by the belt and into the dust pan . It had been an hour to find where my license was . At this point it had been an hour and being a Diabetic, pump insulin dependent I started having a low glucose episode, I am mentioning to the cashier who again ignored me, so I went to the candy section looking for some candy, as the assistant manager walking by I am trying to call her attention on what was happening and she rudely ignored me. ThNkfully I was able to grab a bag of chocolates from the counter and pushed my cart to my car to be able to overcome and feel better to drive back home. The lack of attention from the entire staff as well as you managers was very concerning, moreover when in an very dangerous hypoglycemic episode I encountered during the entire hour it took for y
The staff to find my license . Who ever is in charge of the store showed poor professionalism and extreme lack of knowledge on how to handle situations as these and any medical consequences.

Winn-Dixie customer service

I am 71 years old and have bad back problems and arthritis. Many times there is no bag boy to take groceries out, but the very worse is when the cashiers won't put the groceries in your cart for you. They check you out, leave groceries on the counter, and start taking the next order. Usually if I have to ask, they will put them in buggy for me. Last week, 7-26-19, Friday, the young black girl refused. The the only bag boy was on break, so on top of that, I had to put them in car also. This kind of service is pathetic.
Winn Dixie is my store of choice, but I may be forced to start shopping at Publix, You do not have adequate service. Do you not even care? Do you want to stay in business?

Yesterday, sat. 7/27/19 at approx. 5pm. My wife & I were shopping at the above store. We went into the chips/snacks isle but the isle was blocked a young woman wearing a red winn-dixie t-shirt, packing-out products from a u-boat. Myself & 2 other customers also were shopping in the isle. The young lady gave me a dirty look & a menacing stare because she...

I've lived here for 15 years on Cordova road and this store has become the neighborhood embarrassment . Not only do the homeless use your bathrooms. They live outside the front entrance or on the side of the building. Management doesn't do anything about it. I'm continually harassed by the homeless for money and help. The parking lot is always covered in...

2 times in the last 2 months I went to the Winn Dixie to take advantage of the meat specials on the "Saturday and Sunday only" sales around 11 A.M. on Saturday to find very little if any of the sale product prepared and displayed. Rod is the manager of this particular pharmacy so we have tried to deal only with him. Winn-Dixie sale pricing based on buying in bulk

A short while back Winn Dixie changed their sales program to require customers to buy large quantities of items in order to get any discounted prices. In particular soft drinks are what frustrate me most and the reason I will no longer shop at Winn Dixie. This week you can get a better price on Coca Cola products only if you purchase five 6 packs. If you want fewer you must pay the greatly overpriced amount of $4.99 per pack. If I wanted to save money by buying in bulk I would go to a discount club like Sam's or Costco.Fortunately I can get the same products, in smaller quantities, with a discounted price at Food Giant or Publix.

Winn-Dixie store manager karl denhart

I am a business owner in the community, I spend about 2k per month in the Big Bend Rd Riverview Winn Dixie The store Manager Karl Denhart is one of the worst Mangers I have ever seen. This man has zero skills as a Manger or with dealing with his customers or employee! He is arrogant, rude and disrespectful to say the least. He ran off one of the best managers in the store who all the customers loved and thought was the store manager, his name was Chad and he was the face of the store. Karl brought him in one time and screamed at him telling him that a customer wanted to speak to the store manager Chad and he thought Chad was telling customers that but Karl does nothing so they thought that Chad was the manager. I have had a few issues with products but am loyal with my money to Winn Dixie, when I brought these to Karl's attention he pretty much told me to go fly a kite, now I am uncomfortable when he and I are in the store together as he looks at me like I'm some kind of garbage. I have talked to a lot of the store employees as I am there almost every day shopping, they all say the same thing about this guy, they are scared of him, he is rude and disrespectful to them also. Winn Dixie needs to get rid of this guy, I am debating of weather to keep my business with Winn Dixie as long as this former butcher is employed as a store Manager!

Winn-Dixie management

. I ran in Winn Dixie to grab a few things for last minute fathers day gift/meal and I wasnt thinking and I grabbed an Amazon gift card (I just got off the phone with my mom and we decided to do Academy, but my mind is in a million places). I got 5 minutes away when it clicked what I had done and went straight back. I asked the cashier, and he called the manager... and this guy was rude the second he walked up to me, refusing everything. (I UNDERSTAND, stores have policies) but he did not even make a single effort to try, he just continued to walk away. I walked out to call my mom to try and decide what to do, bc obviously fathers day is tomorrow. So, I thought of a few different methods that maybe they could help. I approached the manager again, and he just responded with "I dont know, ask that guy... hes guest service." After roling his eyes, and looking ar me like an idiot. After I made my suggestion the other guy called the "front-end specialist" only to come to come to the conclusion, not only could be not help me with my gift card, but if I wanted to return my garlic bread I couldnt... literally never left a place feeling like a total idiot, embarresed, and ashamed because I messed up... and the closing team treated me like I was such a bad person. If anyone knows my dad he wasn't even mad about the gift card, but he was furious when I came home in tears.

I love Winn-Dixe. I never have any complaints, but after this it made me so sick to have even tried.. once again, I understand stores have policies, so this is not a post about their policy. This post is to make people understand how important it is to treat people. A little courtesy and a simple "I'm sorry" even when your not in the wrong goes so far.. A manager and customer service team is there to help and if they cant they are there to give the best experience possible to all guest, not send them away in tears.

Winn Dixie at WATERS AND ARMINA 6/13/19, the pharmacist Richard approached me in a menacing manner, yelling telling me he would kill me with the wrong medication. Just because I complained that they did not have my medication ready I call yesturday and today but no answer . And he said he can't answer the phone. Then he said to go somewhere else when I been waiting for my medication for two days. He also complains that he does not have any help and that hes always running late to pick up his kids. Winn-Dixie deli worker

On 5/20/2019 I purchased a diner plate from the Fort Walton Beach store on Beall Parkway. The girl, Toni, fixed my plate and gave me some samples of other things on the bar without washing her hands or wearing gloves.. She refused to slice up some cheese and lunch meat because she had already cleaned the slicer, therefore I couldn't make a purchase. It was 6:35pm when I was denied service. I wanted some potatoe salad and she and was told they didnt have any. She didnt even bother with going in the back to see if there was some, which they had abundance of them because they arrived on the truck but she refused going to the back to get me some. I watched a guy come up to.the counter wanting to purchase some food but the girl was no where to be found. After 5 minutes or so he left. Then I watch as a young mother get some fried chicken and the worker once again never washed her hands nor did she wear gloves. My daughter came up later to get her a plate which the girl fixed and once again she did not wash her hands or put gloves on. I did speak to the manager the next day but I feel like he just blew me off and didnt do anything about it. I let him know that I would not be purchasing any more food from the Deli as long as that girl was there. I'm hearing that a lot of regular customer's have complained about what's going on back there with Toni but nothing seems to be done about. Toni has been told over and over againgbto wash her hands and put gloves on but for some reason she refuses too comply. Something needs to be done before they lose too many customer's over this one girl. I have been a faithful and loyal customer to Winn Dixie for many many years and want to stay a customer but this situation has me thinking of going else where.
David Logan is the district manager and he needs to be mad aware of what is happening in one of his stores.
Please help me keep our community healthy and safe by removing this woman!

Thank you very much,
Donna a concern customer

Winn-Dixie customer service employee

This involved the Sun City Center Store, Fl (#0619). last Thursday, May 9, I saw in the Produce Dept a sign over the Honey Crisp Apples $1.99 /lb 1/2 price regularly $3.99 /lb. Since I never had eaten this type of Apple, I decided to purchase one of them. At the register, it rung up at $3.99 /lb. I went back to the sign thinking that I had made a mistaken, but I did not. In fact, an employee working in that area looked at my receipt and the store sign and told me to go to Customer Service for an adjustment. The blonde lady at Customer Service looked through the circular and could not find the advertised price. So, she went back to the Produce Dept to examine the sign. She returned to me and said there was no sign there and that I must have been mistaken. I could not believe what she was saying so I returned with her to the Produce Dept where she pointed out to me that there was no sign. If I did not go back a second time, I would have thought that that I was mistaken. It is so obvious that she removed the sign and basically implied that I did not know what I was seeing. I asked to speak to the Manager and she called for an employee called Chris. He was very accommodating and gave me the difference when I told him what had happened. I was furious as to the stunt that this lady pulled on me. She tried to make a fool of me. I was very upset in the way this lady treated me. You can bet that I will never return to this store again. She should not be working in customer service since she has no idea what the words mean. I should not have been insulted because the store made an error. You can count me out as a customer since I do not need this type of aggravation in my life. Lucy C.

I talked to the manager and he said he would check the cameras. Now I am scared. I admit that I did lie about the $1.99 price. I wanted to try the apple but I did not want to be charged $3.99 per lb so I lied and said that it is $1.99 '/ lb. I am sorry. I hope I do not get charged with fraud or theft. If it helps I am willing to pay the real price for the apple.
