Wingstop chicken & fries

My family and I love wingstop, but by far this was the worst service I have ever had... I dont look for coupons or offers I always pay my food in full expecting to receive my food fully cooked fresh and warm none of those were provided the cashier was so rude its ridiculous I wasted 60 dollars on food that wasnt cooked... This has never happened before it os not my first time ordering from there by far this has been the worst service ever every bite I took from the "french fries" felt like I was bitten on a whole potatoe my chicken wing were tuff and cold if those workers do not care for taking care of there customers then they shouldnt be there this is absolutely ridiculous I expect to get my food fresh as they expect for me to pay in full!

Wingstop missing food and rude customer service

I ordered food online from DoorDash from wing stop . I placed my order and was told it would arrive in apx 35 minutes . An hour later it arrives and half of my food was missing . I have ordered from wing stop a million times and this time was told that my combo didn't come with fries even through I selected fries and the online menu says it does . It gave me veggies .I was also missing my ranch and blue cheese and rolls not to mention the wings were the smallest things I've ever seen . Not 26 dollars worth of food. I called and asked for a refund and after an hour and a half and a hungry husband who decided to go ahead and eat what he got was told I had to come up there and bring all the food back . When I informed the manager that my husband ate what he had she said to me well ok then bye and hung up without offering to make things right . I told her I would be obtaining a refund from my bank . Will never order here again

Wingstop manager conducting interview

To Whom It May Concern,

I recently had an interview with Wingstop and the hiring manager was nice, but did not want to shake my hand because the manager had the flu. However, I found it a bit rude . If she was concerned about not getting other people sick, then why wasn't the hiring manager not wearing a mask? Why was the hiring manager sitting close to an employee during interview. I think he was a hiring manager too but did not say much. The hiring manager also does not boundaries when asking questions. I rarely go to Wingstop to eat but I will definately not be going there to eat. It was strange now looking back at the interview.

Hello,
I need an apology from why the person doing the interview did not want to shake my hand. Also, do not have two people doing an interview if the other person is just going to be staring and not saying anything because it is a little strange and kind of interrogating in a way. Just to clear things up, the hash tag "disgust" was not towards the two people, but it was towards the actions and situation of both of them.

First of all, the hiring manager should have been wearing a flu mask if the person was trying to be courteous. Second of all, the hiring manager was sitting close to an employee who was just there to stare and listen. The hiring manager was also not being courteous to the employee who was sitting right next to her so I am confused. Obviously the hiring manager did not care about his health and well being. I am not judging, but if you really want to be courteous, then wear a flu mask and have people sit far away from you. You can catch the flu virus more easily if you are sitting next to the person who has the virus. I will post some facts for you. "People with flu can spread it to others up to about 6 feet away. Most experts think that flu viruses spread mainly by droplets made when people with flu cough, sneeze or talk". https://www.cdc.gov/flu/about/disease/spread.htm

Wingstop service

My coworker did a wing order online somehow the cc payment went to the wrong location. She called the location and explain what happened in error, and ask if they could charge back my cc card or call the correct store and see if they could just make the ordered since it has been paid. The assistance manager said the cc card would be billed back within 3-5 business days and that she would contact her manager and see if the other store can prepare those wings. I called the store 8215659464 and spoke to Kerry and said my cc card being billed back within 3-5 business days is Unacceptable! since it was done within 10min she said she contacted her manager and he said the money will be back on my card by the end of business day today, so I said so your not willing to call the other store since the wings are paid so that I can have lunch! she said No since it will be back on your card. I said okay and thank you for your customer service of 15$ wing and treating this like it Steak! I told her I will Not be patron wing stop and that my card had better be back with the 15$ that I was charged since I want have lunch, and that if it is not I will go further in my complaint and social media

Wingstop 8 piece wing combo which includes 8 wings, seasoned fries and 20 oz sweet tea.

My name is Donna Mitchell and my phonr number is [protected]. On Saturday October 5th I ordered through door dash. I am from Conyers, Ga and working as a nurse assistant with a patient in Summit New Jersey. I was not able to leave my job and my patient so I placed my order from the Wingstop at 1680 US 22 07069. It was delivered through door dash. I was very disappointed after opening my meal. The fires was completely burned and the wings was not completely done. the inside was red. I called the store and asked to speak with the supervisor or manager and was told she just got in her car and was leaving, but would return shortly. The young lady on the phone took my name and number and told me i will receive a call from the manager in about half hour. Today is October 10th, 5 days after and no one call me back to apologize or anything. It was my first time ordering from Wingstop and it was not a pleasant experience. I had to order something else from the Cheesecake factory. I hope this never happens to anyone else. I would like to be compensated in some way. I had to order from somewhere else which cost me double. Also the manager or supervisor needs to be told. I know it gets busy at times, but never too busy for your customers.

Wingstop food

Today I purchase Wingstop on 116th Marshfield Plaza Chicago, Illinois. The wings were oddly tiny and rotten. The chicken had rot and it didnt taste good. The food has completely changed since the first opening. The wings were nasty and the fries were all cold. No seasoning is ever put on the fries anymore. I'd rather go where wings are normal size. Later that night I go to the Wingstop in Whiting, Indiana and the restaurant was closed by 11pm. The restaurant isnt suppose to close until 12am. The have been closing a hour early. The employees turn off the lights st 11pm and take the phone off the hook. I walk to the door at 11pm and the employees ran to the back to hid. I done purchasing UNACCEPTABLE food and the bad service is ridiculous. The restaurants that wont last is when the food and service declined. Wingstop wont last another year if you dont go back to real wings. The Wingstop on Highland in Indiana had a superb black manager and now it has gone to hell. Since the employees have change at 116th Marshfield it sucks. No customer will continue to buy sick miniature rotten wings.

Wingstop service

On Friday afternoon at 5:32pm I was in the wing stop in North Augusta. The young lady with glasses, brown hair, and wearing a black jacket, in the back said, "Andrew what the F***!" He said, " what?" She said, "I need the tea, I'm not with this [censored]!" Mind you that same young man, along with another young man looked as if they were just clocking in at this time. Few minutes later, same young lady comes to the register against the wall and says, "No you get off at 8pm so you can just go back there!" Now that was a older man she was disrespectful too. On top of that, she shouldn't be speaking to anyone like that in the work place. It's very unprofessional and rude to treat people like that in front of guests, and expect them to work with a smile on there face while they are being treated that way. I will not go back into this wing stop, due to her actions.

Wingstop service

The general manager at this location is very rude and unprofessional, she came from outside smoking a cigarette fixing my food and she refused to wash her hands. She told me that she wasn't touching the food and she said she didn't care if I reported her or not. I think that it is very unsanitary for workers to not washing their hands. This is my last time coming to this location.

Wingstop service and product

I was very displeased with employee johnathon, very disrespectful and I will never patronize this location again. I asked employee for fresh fries because they were cold by the time I came to pick up my order. I was maybe 3 minutes out from my pick up, when I asked for new fries he told me no and argued with me and yelled at me in front of other customers and employees. The manager gave me fresh fries, and he was not happy about her decision. I have never been to a business were I was told no because I asked for fresh food. Zero stars for this poor [censored] customer service and disrespectful treatment. I recorded the incident and I plan to take it to social media where I have thousands of followers so that they do not have to receive the same treatment as I did. I'd rather take the extra drive to riverside than to patronize this moreno valley location.

Wingstop roach crawling on counter

I was in this store on 09/28/19 at 11:45 pm to pick up a order.my bag was place on the counter by Ashanti the cashier .That's when a Roach crawl pass my bag on the counter. I was like really a Roach..but what upset me was the remark that come out Ashanti mouth as I walk away she went back to her coworkers And "stated that HOE was scared when she saw the Roach.very unprofessional calling a customer a HOE.I choose to walk away and keep it professional because I was in my work clothes.And this wasn't the first time Ashanti did something I was shock about before that. She try to keep my change and act like I didn't give her a $20.00.Wingstop need to teach there workers how to act in a work place and stop acting unprofessional.Hire people with class...that value there Job.

Wingstop service

Everytine we come here it doesn't matter if its during the week or the weekend the service is slow. It took 1 hour to get a small ordered wings and fries. There is never ice, I had to ask for napkins and straws and our sides were missing. I asked before I ordered how long they said 20 minutes. While waiting 3 families asked for a refund and they said no. They were here way before is. People called in orders and still waited a long time. These issues are always brought up when we come amd seeing others complain shows it needs to be called out. It is 4:45pm on a Friday and still only 3 employees. They never have the pepper staff.

Wingstop customer service

When I walked up to the counter after waiting to the side for my food, numerous people walked up ahead of us once I got to the front I asked was my order ready a young girl named joceline walked up and said yes your order is ready we called your name hella [censored]ing times. She was very rude and this definitely was a horrible experience being that I eat at multiple wingstops all over.

Wingstop poor customers service the manager's are very rude they treated me very rude my order was messed up when I went to wingstop today

I went to wingstop today and My food was not correct when they gave me My food they was acting very rude to me The manager's was very rude to me and the assistant manager was very rude to me I placed My order it was Wrong the first time and the Manager lady her name was rashadea and she was acting very rude to me and being very ugly to me I went to wingstop yesterday and My order was messed up yesterday I ordered lemon pepper wet they gave me lemon pepper dry yesterday evening at 2:05 pm I spoke to the Manager I told him My order was messed up and all he said was I can give you a discount half My food it was messed up yesterday and today i order My food at 8:30 pm today In Huntsville Alabama they messed My food up again and both manager's was treating me very rude and very mean to me they left three of My wings off and they tried to make a big Deal about it then I had paid for a 10 peice wing's and I ordered a 15 peice all drum and a large basket of fries but the fries came very small I told the Manager rashdea that I would like more quainty of fries she tried to make a big Deal about giving me more fries she was making a big Deal about giving Me more fries and I wanted more sauce for wing's and they told me that I had to pay for it I ordered extra everything so I didn't get extra everything they said I didn't asked for two Hawaiian sauces the manager's and Customer services it was pretty bad the manager's name was Chris he was talking to Me very rude and ugly they was very hostile to me I have been going to the Winttop in Huntsville since they open last month the manager's they are very rude and Customer services it's very rude customers Service I have to repeat My order like 5 or 10 Times and my order it still gets messed up every Time the manager's never said he would replace My order instead he just gave Me a 3 dollar discount and was still acting very rude towards Me I don't see My self going back to wingstop again In My life no more I don't like people talking rude to me they made a big Deal about giving me one more sauce when I have been going to wingstop for 2 months now My name is Shekil rose I am a wingstop customers in Huntsville Alabama for 2 months you can reach me at [protected]@gmail.com the wingstop in Huntsville Alabama is a very rude and bad Customer service and bad management the manager's are very rude I would like New management For night time the Manager Chris was very rude to me and the Manager rashadea she was very rude to me

Wingstop quality of chicken

My name is Darnetta Cohen on Friday, 30 August 2019, I ordered 15pcs whole wing special w/large fries, 6 rolls, ranch and cheese sauce online from the Wingstop location at 4812 Dixie Hwy, Louisville, KY 40216 (502) 409-6000; store 608. I live nearly an hour away in Elizabethtown, KY. When I got there, food was ready, but when I checked, my fries were very cold, so, I asked for hot. Got home, tried to eat 1st pc of chicken, it was old, black and bones were black; tried 2nd pc, same thing; tried a different flavor, same darn thing. I could not eat not 1 piece of chicken because the meat was terribly old and black! I am suffering from kidney stones - otherwise, I would have taken all the food right back up there. I have attached a picture of the meat and am attempting to upload my order, as well. I want a full refund, as, there is absolutely nothing that I can do with just bread and ranch and cheese sauce. Wingstop my order was wrong

I always com to this location to get wings the manager is always rude theres been a couple times she messed up my order i said all drums and got drums and flats gave me ranch instead of bleu cheese when it said bleu cheese on the receipt after i went in and told her she made a big issue and said its just sauce no cause it says a certain sauce on the receipt than thats what you put in not only that but she gave me uncooked fries had a whole attitude when i told her and than gave me burned fries. You get payed to do your job right if you dont like it what is she still doing there. Not pleased at all

Wingstop service/ violation

On July 31, 2019 approximately at 8:10 pm, I went to purchases some wings at the Iverson Mall location for the first time. As I proceed to purchase my food of wings/ french fries and drink, I was just observing the variety of chicken from the menu list. After 8:45 pm had passed I started to inquired about my food with the cashier there she stated it was coming up. So again I sat back down for my food. Well after seeing other people orders coming up after I arrived I started to get frustrated because I have been there to long. Approximately at 9:30 pm my name was called for my order to pick up. I just find the service there was very unacceptable and unprofessional. I also notice that the gentleman that was cooking did not have a hair net or the two other ladies as they was working. Well I did not even eat my food I was so upset and it was to late by then. I normally would not be complaining but better customer service needs to be address at this location due to this first tramatic time experience here. Please contact with email or telephone call. Three weeks ago I registered a complaint with your customer service and I have yet to receive a return call regarding unacceptable visit to your Bear Delaware franchise. This was in front of my Daughter.

Wingstop my order was a totally wrong

I ordered a 50pc party pack. Flavor was suppose to be mild. We were very disapointed. The wings were extremly hot. So hot the children could eat them.
We did find out till we were 120 miles down the road. I would like to be compensated back for what I spent. 57.36 My name is Terry Douglas

Wingstop service

Ordered 15 piece and paid for them. Only received 10 piece. Had already battled the commute home for 30 minutes. Cashier asked me what did I want him to do. I asked to speak to manager. Manager said I could come back or they could give me five free wings next time I am in. I don't understand how wings I have already paid for and not received were considered free. When I asked about the owner, he hung up the phone. I am now our money and wings. Picture is of what my order came as. I ordered wet wings.

Wingstop customer service

I attempted to phone in my order for pick up around 5pm on 7/20 at the store on Bascom
I called 4 times and each time someone would lick up and hang up the phone the 5th time I called I was in the store and didn't hear the phone ring. It was off the hook as you can see in the picture I took. When I asked the Indian woman in charge if she took the phone off the hook she told me yes. She went on to say it is very busy with people waiting and asked me if I wanted to wait for 30 minutes. I asked for the managers name and she laughed and said Sai.
What horrible customer service.
I phoned in my order to the Coleman store and picked it up there.
