I have a in home daycare 8 children I had to pay 400 dollars to transfer kids because I was suppose to have my 13 windows put in today I’m upset because I also had a window unit removed from my bedroom window and now I can’t get another date for the windows right away because it’s hard to find help with 8 kids I refuse to lose my customers because you’re company only depend on 1 man this is a bad start I almost don’t want to deal with this company I got to get the window unit put back in are I will burn up from the heat it’s to much of a inconvenience the company should have had a back up plan and sent someone else .if I got to wait on 1 man to get out the hospital to put my windows in

USA windows were installed in my house a few years ago. It has been a nightmare. They are super nice people, and they have tried to come and make excuses as to why my house is floating in dirt and we can feel cold air coming in. I can see dirt in the air in my house on a windy day. They are hard to open. I do live in an area that storm windows are tested to their full capability, and these windows have failed miserably.

I have lot of musisk, canzone in Italian etcc in the windows media player that sine I got windows 11 - and for you info last extension I got was 22H2 while the

21H1 which should correspond to new media player simingly I didnot get yet and trying to get the change in belgium, all agree but it cost me at leasr 29 dol/ month rediculous, normally the adjustment in window 11 for media player is free

and being already ready since some time, I don't undestand i did not get it

could you halp me sothat I can hear the all th old Italian - Canzone _ thls a lo

19 June 2008 My husband and I purchases all new windows from USA windows. I now have 2 windows in the bedrooms on the front of the house that are leaking somewhere at the bottom. Water is coming in and has started to swell the drywall and the sill seems a little bowed. The base board is affected by a bigger leak in one bedroom seems worse than the other. Mr. Bryan Saunders was the Regional Sales Manager that we signed on board to purchase the windows and installation. So far the only problems with the windows is the flashing molding around the caulking and a powdery residue that is on the flashing. These were the last two windows rhat were installed.
Something is causing the window to leak but it has to do with the installation I think. This is only the 13 year mark. I need someone with your company to check this out please.

The Crew was very unprofessional. I checked the other property whom I was referred by, things were professionally installed everything was great, but I got a put-together mess. This Spanish crew talk about my household, (we understood) some of the things they said were not good. Please do not send this crew to my referred people. There were 6people here. Work was not neatly done. Pictures are being sent. NONE SATISFIED CUSTOMER! I seem your work know it can be better.

My husband had 11 windows installed 2011. We have a home that was built prior to 1900. We did have one that cracked and USA windows did promptly replace. My problem is that in the lower house I am now experiencing multiple severe ongoing and escalating problems from continued water leakage within the walls and around the windows that was not noticeable for a long period of time due to my walls and ceilings being made mostly of plaster. I have done extensive repair to try to keep up with this and have just noticed that this is an ongoing problem that has occurred due to water leaking within and around the upstairs windows. When I just noticed this year, my ceilings downstairs are suffering multiple cracks, the walls have gone soft under the upstairs where the issues are, the inspections have revealed many window installation issues i.e much space from window to house seal. I am very concerned about these issues as if it continues my house will be destroyed from this water damage. Please contact me so I know how to proceed. Thank you.

On November 9, 2012, I had 11 windows installed at 3 Skylake Court, Columbus Georgia. This year, I notice substantial amount of rain in the frame. After investigating the outside, caulking was not done and added wood not painted during the installation, causing leakage over the years. I was given the opportunity to work for this company second day on the job I was talking to the lead installer told him I was part Spanish then he proceeded to talk trash on Hispanics then asked if my mother new who was my real father so he's racist and so basically called my mother is a [censored] do not use this company. I wasn't ready for this kind of treatment
