I paid in full in September 20th of 2017 for the Chicano Cruise, Imagination ship, ocean view cabins for two people in the amount of $1, 465.00 on Carnival Cruise line with the Chicano Cruise organizer William Perkins for the January 14th, 2018 Carnival Cruise to Mexico, only to learn later that the he never forwarded my payment to the cruise line. He sent emails acknowledging our payment in full and charged my credit card for funds.

We tried calling his phone number listed on the Chicano Cruise website and it says it cannot take messages. Numerous texts were sent to same number and he only sporadically returned messages.
Final message on January 11, 2018 was that we did not have a booking number or cabin. Refund in six weeks.

This travel agent William Perkins is not operating in a professional or reputable manner and is giving Carnival Cruise line a bad name and reputation. He is violating the Carnival Cruise lines travel agent Business code of conduct and ethics. How do you allow unscrupulous travel agents to work for you?

Other friends experienced the same thing.

Mr Bernal got a full and complete refund of his money. We did have some issues and a few people did not get on the ship however they were refunded whether it by filing with their credit card company or refunded by the company.
