DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!
Horrible customer service, major wait times on hold to reach them, many people whose English is difficult to comprehend, most problems must be "escalated" to repair could take up to 48 hours to see results, if no results you must call again with the ticket number they give you just to find out you have to explain it all over again, inculding going through all their troublesooting steps. If you move you are locked into another 2 year conrtract which they don't tell you about. When I cancelled I was charged 3 more times, although no-one could find out why. I had to fax a copy of my card statement to them to prove I had been charged. Spent the next four weeks trying to get a refund before some one found the problem, now I have waited three weeks for the refund I was promised. Manager told me they expedited the claim and it should take 5 to 7 business days. Didn't receive, now being told it could be 10 to 15 business days. Have made 10 to 15 calls on hold 10 to 60 minutes each call and still have no results have spoken to 5 supervisors to no avail. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS.
