In January of 2009 we received a letter to register oour child for the Whos Whos publication that would allow her access to scholarships and would have her name in the whos whos publication as well as he biography. I ordered the book for her and we have not received it. I ahve called and talked to custome service on several occasions since october and the response was it was st the publishers, then it was "it is in the second publication". Then I got a response it would be mailed out. I have still not received this publication. I have been calling everyday for a week they have not returned my calls and their Voice Mail is filled. Any follow up to this complaint would be appreciated
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
In April 2009, we also received a letter stating that she would be eligible to compete for many scholarships through the Student Scholarship Foundation offered by Who's Who Registry of Academic Excellence (Middle School Edition). We entered my daughter and ordered the book and plaque but never received them. They totally ripped us off. DO NOT SEND THEM ANY MONEY. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM. I did receive a post card stating that the order would be mailed at the end of the year but we never received the order. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
