White Castle service or better yet no service

I've been going to this store since it open many years ago, I used to stop by every morning for coffee and samwich on my way to work. Everytime I go in (@6;04 am) it seems to be shift change and there is no one on any of the regesters! I know there is a mcdonalds right across the street I should go to. Now for the bad part this past thursday 8-29-2019 I stopped after work for a sack of burgers and fries to take home, all the doors were locken with a sign telling me to use the drive thru only, do to a lack of staff wtf? Lack of staff was a mild expression. There was one guy inside taking the orders, cooking the food and collecting the money! What a piss poor way to run a business! Now it's mcd every morning I guess

White Castle got the wrong thing

went in tonite and ordered 10 hamburgers and a large fries. after waiting forever i left with my bag of food. it wasnt until i got home that i realized i had gotten 10 CHEESEBURGERS and not hamburgers. i was not going back so i threw them out as i cannot eat cheese. i was the only one in the store yet no one could get my order right. it was bad enough i couldnt eat my food but i was also CHARGED for cheeseburgers. maybe your employees should stop running their mouths and listen to the customers for a change

White Castle poor food quality

This morning on my way to work, I stopped at the WC location on E. Fifth ave in Columbus, OH. I ordered the following:
1 MH BRWN
2 IMPOS CH
1 M NIB
5 SLIDERS
1 16OZ STBN

My hash browns were not fresh and hot
one of items that I had eaten made me sick to my stomach. I spent $17.40 and was not able to enjoy or finish my food choices nor share them with colleagues as I had planned. I will not be returning to WC @ this location again. I may even have to consider WC as place which I do business.

I have always known WC to serve hot quality food and today was an EPIC FAIL.

White Castle white castle burgers

I love eating these burgers all the time and just today which is August 20th 2019 I bit into one of the burgers and instantly felt something that wasn't normal which dug into my tooth so I spit out the burger and found a white plastic piece that I pulled out of my tooth. I just would like to let you know and it's concerning to me. Do I wonder if this would happen again or if something different or sharper is in it? White Castle speed and crew

I was at the white castle store numer #010047 on August 15, 2019. I had to wait 20 minutes in the drive thru for my food which was cold and the crew that was working was very rude and ignorant to me. I could see them joking and playing around when they should have been making the orders. I myself am a shift manager at a fast food restaurant and if this ever happened people would have been fired. This has not been the first time that this happened but it will be the last at this store. I will drive out of my way to get better service.

White Castle cheese fries

I ordered cheese fries with bacon crumbles and extra cheese. I was charged an extra 60 cents for additional cheese, and on my fries there is next to none. There is even a little less than there would be on a regular order of cheese fries, so requesting extra cheese was a waste of money and for nothing. I also waited 10 minutes for my order which makes no sense because they weren't spending that time putting cheese on my fries.

White Castle quality of the hamburgers

I ordered 1 Custom Case 30 Slider Xtra Pickle Xtra Onions.
My hamburgers had maybe 1 pickle on each and very little onions the burgers tasted under cooked.
I visit Chicago and stop at this same store #010059 at least once every 5-6 weeks.
I realize this was early in the morning but it was not busy.
I am so disappointed with my order the last 2 times I have gone there for my purchase the quality has been getting worse but this was terrible.

White Castle service

I arrive at the drivethru and guy asked me to wait. 10 minutes later he asks for my order. He asks what drink I would like and I order the Barqs strawberry creme soda he says they dont have it. So I ask for grape fanta he asks what size. I say medium and he says we dont have medium or large covers. So I am wondering then why did he ask me what size. So I get the small and move on. Wait wait wait wait wait..15 minutes later I get to the window (one car ahead of me). Then I wait some more..were they having the burgers shipped to them? Normally this place rocks but [censored] was extraordinarily bad today. About 30 minutes from order to receiving my food. Didnt even bother to check the order accuracy.

White Castle slow service

Placed online order 12426 to be ready for pick up at 6:33pm. Arrived at 6:32 and waited until 7:02pm to receive my food. When I did receive my order I asked why it took so long and he said it is busy. No sorry for the wait or any other explanation. Need to staff up for busy times or better train your employees to better serve there customers. Really think they did not give a [protected]@$& if they satisfied there customer. Very poor customer service and management

White Castle hamburgers fried chicken rings

First time for me to order on line my neighbor left right away with my husband to get our order which I wouldn't mind if my whities were cold but they were steaming hot and we'll overdone the onions were even brown and taste funny I call Newport but I get answering machine or voice mail sp I pull out my fries soggy and greasy chicken rings greasy soggy I was so disappointed I live on disability do you know how often I get to eat out RARE I have been sick forc2 weeks and when I got my appetite back I wanted a white castle on my 40 plus years of eating white castles this has been my worst meal worst experience ok thanks we'll I tried to take a picture but I can't figure it out

White Castle site unable to process coupon I received from corporate

In early July I made a complaint due to a misrepresentation in a sign and I received a call from the manager and a $5.00 coupon from Jeffry Carper (Chief Operations Officer). Today I went to the same White Castle (#090039) to redeem my coupon. My order came to $15.72 but no one at the site knew how to process the $5.00 coupon so they were only able to give me 25% off which came to $3.74. Fortunately I have been coming to White Castle for many years and there is another location near me so I have another option since I do not want to return to this location again.

White Castle quality of food and shortage

Hello I am sending this to show my complete unsatisfactory experience I had with one of your stores. Below is the receipt of what was purchased. Both fish sandwiches were complete disgust. They where very cold and stale and even the buns were completely stale! I can except up to a point, but what was served tonight was horrible. How can fish squares be so cold and stale almost to the point of regurgitation. Also we were short a cheeseburger and my daughters fries. I dont understand why the employee would feel proud to serve such a disgusting food item. Ive been a loyal customer since serving in the military and sorry to say this experience has tarnished my relationship with white castle. I was in a hurry from work to get home to feed my family and this ruined our experience. I will no longer treat my family to your services. I hope you take this message into consideration conserning what was a loyal customer. Thank you for your time.

White Castle service

This place is absolutely horrible! The last 3 time's my boyfriend and I tried going, we ended up walking out. No one would acknowledge us, we gave it a few minutes (one of the time's was almost 10 minutes) and no one would even look in our direction. Last weekend was the last straw.. We walked in, a few employees were playing around behind a wall and one was sitting on the floor playing with his phone, he looked up at us, said nothing and went back to his phone. The staff doesn't care about customer service and they are very lazy. The restaurant also has a lot of bad reviews from people complaining about the same thing. I manage a restaurant, and if this was my staff, I would fire each and every one of them! I honestly hope you step in and turn this place around

White Castle 20 plus minutes for food while the guy and fryer stands around and talks to people

Guy working dryer stands around and does nothing.
Floors are nasty.
Took over 20 minutes to get food I say something to manager and she's like guys just clear that off and go off of. Receipts. Then there is no proof how long it takes. The girl working register just goes yeah I know. Not one person seems to give a crap about my order. I could of just taken my business elsewhere and next time I will. Not one sorry. Not a offer to fix the problem. This store needs reported and looked at.

White Castle the white castle burgers

I live in Zanesville and was craving white castle so I had my husband drive up to Heath to get some for our family for dinner. I bit into 1 and there is a bug leg im the patty. I have pictures of it. It is very very disgusting and as you can figure I did not let anyone else eat anymore for that fact.
I have more pics of it other than the 3 Im sending but it says they are too big to send.

White Castle towing my car as a customer

Dear Sir or Madam from White Castle management,

I am always a white castle loyal customer since I came to the United States almost 2 years ago. Its second-to-non cheese slider and incredibly tasty onion rings that have credited itself as the country's maybe No.1 burger maker, at least so high a ranking in my dictionary. Though there are not so many branch restaurants in NYC but as soon as I saw it on the street, I would never restraint myself in having a try.

Today something really bad happened to me. I thought, as just and reliable customer, I need to disclose and bring to your attention as this relates to not only a loyal customer's interest like me, but also as important as to your company's reputation. I thought I was set-up.

Today (08 July 2019) at around 3:30 p.m., I came to the White Castle restaurant located at 8902, 57th avenue, New York city with a friend. I parked my car inside the restaurant parking area. We ordered the No. 7 meal for $17.95 dollars (inclusive of tax) and quickly finished it in 15 minutes and went out of the restaurant. We realized we were short of cash and since there happened to be a chase bank and ATM within around 50 feet (please find the attached location layout then you will be able to see how close the two were), we went to the bank instead of getting into my car. To be frank, there were 3 people waiting in line in front of me so it indeed took us sometime to get the cash from the teller. But all the process was approximately within 10 minutes. When we came out of the bank and intended to get our car, something really astonishing me happened in front of my eyes- My car was gone.
When I quickly checked with the witness inside the restaurant, some patrons told me my car was towed by a truck. When I asked for clarification from the restaurant management, the middle aged man name "Inn" (I guess) who self-claimed himself to be the "General Manager" of the restaurant, first admitted it was him that assigned the tow truck. When I proclaimed I was a customer dining inside the restaurant 15 minutes ago, he answered in an unbelievably aggressive and arrogant manner, "you were. But you no longer were when you walked out of door of the restaurant". I said it was just ten minutes, I was drawing some cash from the next door chase bank. He said again then you were the bank customer, not ours. Everything was seemingly a clear set up for me.

I wish to listed some suspicious points for your kind consideration:

1) I totally disagree to the argument used by the so-called "General Manager" that "you are no longer my customer since you are out of the door". As this is going to destroy the reputation of the company when other customer heard this harsh and mean comments made in the public occasion;

2) I don't know the structure of the White Castle company, but definitely you will see how arrogant and inflated ego he was when he claimed himself to be "the General Manager" of the that small restaurant;

3) The tow truck was called in within just 10 minutes, which is very abnormally fast and "efficient"; it was felt like it was hiding somewhere not afar;

4) The tow truck didn't actually drive away after the tow, it was parking along the road side waiting for someone (may be waiting for me);

5) When the tow truck saw I was checking the towing sign inside the parking lot, he waved to me and asked me to come to him with my car being towed by the truck;

6) The tow truck then asked me to pay the tow fee and even offered a discount price for $125 and finally the deal was done with $100 dollars with no receipt.

I think I was totally set-up in this conspiracy or fraud. The General manager might be "cordially" working with the towing company and firmly monitoring the outgoing things outside the restaurant. When a customer walked out of the restaurant and didn't drive away immediately. The manager will call the tow truck hiding somewhere I don't know but for sure very much close to the restaurant. The drive will quickly come to scene and tow away the customer car then requests for blackmail money. My possible guess would be: the White Castle manager and the towing driver were on the same boat and earn this unjust wealth together by this ugly means.

Based on the above mentioned complaints made, I would therefore request:

1) Apology from the manger involved;
2) Towing fee refund;
3) mental damage compensation for $1;
4) request the White Castle to reconsider the appointment of the so-called "general manager" above

You may wish to check the CCTV if what I said was true and correct. I am awaiting the truthfulness and justice.

Dear Sir or Madam, if no timely response is expected from the White Caste Management, I reserve all essential rights to bring this issue to the senior management of White Castle company, as well as to defend my interest by taking legal action in due course.

On one hand, you have to consider the restaurant has trouble with people taking up parking who are not customers or have finished eating and left. This prevents other patrons from being able to park and eat and become new customers. On the other hand, it does seem odd he was able to get your car towed so quickly, as if the truck was just hiding out of sight, ready to "pounce". Contact Corporate.

White Castle wrong order. long wait

I have been going to the White Castle in Blue Island for over 50 years. Originally only carry outs on East side of building. I ordered around 12pm today. I was the 3rd car back and waited incredibly long. Once I got home it was the wrong order. I ordered 5 white castle with a little bit of everything. Fish with cheese and a small fry. Senior discount and I paid 7.36. There was no manager sign. Once the best now among the worst. Steve

This is the most disgusting thing, it is the napkin automatic dispenser at the White Castle Hinkley MN. store #080033. It feeds automatically 1 napkin unless you press a number. The build up on the key pad is eks...
I did not get a chance to take shot of the lids dispenser! Just about as nasty..
This is really too bad, cause their food is really good, I go there at least 2 times a month, and this napkin dispenser has been like this for a year! This is just the first time I had a opportunity to take a photo..

White Castle impossible burger

For at least the past two weeks this location has claimed they're out of Impossible Burgers. They have a sticker on the drive-thru window that says "fresh out".
We noticed one night we came by and they said they were out in the Drive-Thru. Went inside a few days later and they had some. But now when you go through they just say that they are out with no explanation.
