White Castle frozen cheeseburger recall

I purchased whitecastle cheeseburger at grocery store Kroger's not knowing there was a recall I still have product I'm not sure why I didn't hear of this in store? I called several ppl and they say safe to eat according to date well I don't think i want to buy out of store for the fear of listeria or contaminated food. How does this get to this point where consumers health is at risk? I'm mortified.im not sure if I can return product but it was pretty expensive, but more expensive if had eaten the wrong ones ..

White Castle double cheeseburger

I had purchased a double cheeseburger meal and had Grubhub deliver. I was unable to eat the entire meal and refrigerated the left overs for the next days lunch, I reheated the cheeseburger and removed it form the box. It was then I saw a dark long, very long hair, the hair sealed as if it was between the bun and the burger. It was quite disgusting, I have alway had great service from White Castle, I love the uniqueness of your food and restaurant. I sincerely hope this is just a isolated incident. I would hate to not be able to visit your restaurant when I have that crave.

First of all I would like to say the holiday coupons that you are issuing are not valid until January. This is very deceptive there are snowflakes all over the coupon so it makes you think it is some kind of a Christmas deal and then when you show up you are unable to use the coupon as they say they are not valid until 1 January once again very deceiving after being told I could not use the coupon today the gentleman that took my order tried to provide me with another coupon code and was very rude during the conversation as he mixed Up the order several times that I had asked for. I finally drove around the drive-through and went into the store and even then he got the order wrong I took my order and left. I am on happy and let all of my friends at work now and plan on spreading the word to stay away from the store once again very deceiving with your coupon scam I will share this on Facebook so the rest of the folks know Buyer beware. If you have valid coupons hand those out not ones that are going to be valid in three weeks.

So you are whining about a coupon they provide for FREE, and it is only valid in January?
What are you, 5 years old?
They do not have to give you anything!
They offer customers a discount in January, because they want to, and you cry about it?

White Castle Customer service

Very rude customer service, had to ask for my food after 20 minutes, when i went in there was no one in line, right after me 3 gentlemen came in placed large orders and got their food before mine, when i asked about my order the one cook said his damn order is coming, ok waited another 10 minutes, the customers who placed the big order also commented that the one cook was very rude and the manager was like ok whatever..So bottom line almost 27 mins to get my order with a attitude when I asked for it two times. Just very unprofessional customer service from the Manager to the crew. The entire store was dirty, not stocked and broken furniture.

White Castle overcharged for my order

I ordered from the drive through. They said they were only accepting cash. I ordered 2 breakfast sandwich sliders and a small hashbrown nibbler. When I got to the window I sat along time while I watched the employee writing on paper. It was then I realized their register system was down. I had calculated the cost and came up with $5.77, they charged me $6.08. I ask how much they charged for each item. They charged me $1.89 for each item. The hashbrowns listed for $1.59. I told them how much they we on the drive thru menu but the drive thru employee said he didn't know how much they cost and he asked another employee and they told him all small nibblers were $1.89. I have no receipt since their system isn't working. I know $0.31 isn't alot of money but it's my money any how many other people will get over charged while there system is down because their employees don't know the menu prices.

White Castle online ordering

I tried to order using the app and could not get it to work. I went into the restaurant and asked for assistance so I could use the $4.00 coupon. I was told they were too busy to help me and could not use the coupon if the order wasn't placed online. I placed my order with the cashier and no discount. When I got home I received hamburgers and not the cheeseburgers I requested. Not a good experience and poor customer service.

White Castle crave case/cheeseburgers

I asked for a crave case, cheeseburgers, no pickles. Half of our sliders were cold, the other half had pickles! They had us pull up to the curb and wait a good 10 minutes. I was assuming to bring us fresh cheeseburgers with no pickles! Not half and half, and half cold to beat it all! We also got a sack of corn dog nibbles, we asked for mustard with them, they put ketchup packets in the bag! Not one pack of mustard! Very aggravating!

White Castle over charge and wrong food given

Ordered 2 combos #2 with jalapeño cheese. When I checked my bag I was missing my fries I went inside to let the cashier aware and fries were given with out checking my receipt. When I got home I was given the wrong order. 4 single sliders with regular cheese and bacon. I was over charge and given the wrong order as well very upset because this is not the first time I've been missing food.

White Castle customer service complaint

I pulled up to the pick up window realized I forgot a 5 pc cheese sticks asked to add it to my order. The cashier Jaylen acted annoyed and came back and said the manager Bobby said I could not add the item and had to go thru the line again. I was shocked by this terrible customer service and very rude! When I did go around to wait and order again the cashier stated it would be a 15 minute wait! Really! Left me sitting there until I honked my horn then she finally took my order! When I came around to the pick up window window they sent a guy up with my order neither would face me again cowards! Do not want anything free or any coupons just want a response in how your gonna correct this terrible service or I will take my business elsewhere!

White Castle double cheeseburger

We have two locations in Lexington Kentucky I live on the south side of town so off to go to that store off Reynolds Road the service there has never been that great I ordered two double cheeseburgers yesterday the bottom buns would not even on the burgers they were folded up in the bottom of the box so I had to pull over and finish putting the burger together myself that's kind of unbelievable

White Castle burgers and fries.

Purchased a No. 1 combo 10/19/19 at store #020065. The burgers were way overdone as they were semi hard and the onions were burnt. The fries had obviously been sitting a while as they were cold and tough. This is the second time this has happened to me. The first time i just let it go, but it seems that there is a problem with quality control at these stores.

White Castle employees don't listen

White castle employees have a very bad or nasty attitude and they don't listen to what you want. Waiting 15 to 20 minutes for what is ordered. I have lost all hope in services. Going to a different restaurant to spend my money. Whitecastle employees screaming at the drive thru when customers are ordering food. It has happened to me, I drove off and went somewhere else

White Castle service

I purchased my items and paid for them. When I received my change one of the dollar bills had a huge hole in it and was very faded and discolored. Also it was stapled together because it was ripped in half . I asked for another dollar because obviously this is unacceptable. I was met with an attitude and told I was a chinese punk when I said I didn't want this dollar. He said he had to ask the manager if he can exchange it when he gave me the bill in the first place. The manager also has a very bad attitude.He slammed the drive thru window and glared at me. I've never been to such a racist establishment. I've never been embarrassed and disrespected while spending my money at your business. If this is how you do business I will take my business elsewhere.

White Castle customer service received from the manager

Let me start of by saying that I have been a White Castle patron for almost forty years, and have never experienced the treatment that I am about to write about. I placed an order for four original sliders, small French fries and a small drink, which was order number one on the menu board. Instead, the waitress (woman, Indian, Caribbean descent, short, about five feet, four inches tall, black hair, medium build - Employee #211) charged me for order number four (fish sliders, small fries and small drink). Of course, she did not repeat the order back to me to confirm that it was the right order. When I arrived at the window and received the order and my receipt, I advised the waitress that I placed an order for four original sliders, small French fries and small drink (Order number one). She stated that she thought I ordered the fish sliders with the french fries and drink. She then confirmed the order with manager (Black woman, about five feet, six inches tall, medium to slightly heavy build, short hair, Caribbean accent). I then stated to both of them that I ordered a number one. The manager told me that it was my fault that the order was wrong, and told the waitress that there was no difference in the cost of the orders. She then sucked her teeth and placed my order in the bag and gave it to the waitress to give to me. I pulled off and went to the parking lot to check my order. Instead of giving me the original sliders I ordered, she gave me cheese sliders. So she got the order wrong twice. As I stated previously, I have been a White Castle patron for almost 40 years. I will still patronize White Castle because of their commitment to good food and good service, but I will not return to this location as I was insulted by the manager and did not receive what I ordered. The manager was very rude and unprofessional. And I did not expect to be treated like this, given the reputation of White Castle.

Do you all think that this is a joke. Well this is not. This incident made me so angry that I took my anger out on my elderly disabled grandmother. I am broke and needed money. I asked her if I could borrow $40. I told her that I would pay it back. She said no. Normally I would plead with her until she gave in. This time I was just very angry. I was already in a bad mood after dealing with White Castle. I just pushed my grandmother to the ground. She uses a walker and took the money from her purse. Now I find out that she is considering pressing charges against me.

White Castle my order

My customer number is 497 my kids with in the to store and place an order for 3 orders of cheesy sliders for 7.99 which they only received two of the orders. It was a lot of confusing going on in the restaurant so I don't know if that's how all of confusion with the order. I tried to called the store but no body answer the phone . We lived also 2 hours from the store this is unexpectedly because it's was for my children. I would loved someone to address this matter because I spent too much money for food not to receive it. If someone can called me regarding this matter at [protected].

White Castle incompetent service

I have ordered my final order from this place. They screw up my online order 3/3 times in the last month. Today I even asked them for marinara sauce for my chicken rings and they said no problem. But they forget the cchicken rings. This upsets me because I live 10 minutes away. I wasted 20 minutes to get what I expect is a very simple order. They can't refund me unless I go back. Why do I have to take 40 minutes out of my Saturday to get refund or my chicken rings?

White Castle store #128507741; all of the employees working oct.17.2019 4:40-5:10pm

Employees were awful at customer service no name tags to identify the one in blue collared shirt with a watch on swearing at other employees talking about customers outloud inappropriately watched two customers after us not even be acknowledged for several minutes every single table was dirty and sticky floors were disgusting really the only good experience this visit was our food was fresh and made right in a timely manner.. Me and my family were shocked at how horrible the employees were sounding and treating customers without even looking at them... Terrible service but great food.

White Castle drive up order

Hello,
I ordered 1 impossible burger with everything plus extra pickles/onions. It took at least 10 minutes to receive order and I did not check order until a couple of minutes later. The burger was cold, bun was hard and the only ingrediants were 2 pickles. The traffic was quite heavy, I was unable to turn around and would like to know how to get a refund?

White Castle frozen product grocery version

I read on the package a warning about a cancer causing ingredient...I grew up in the 50s/60s ... White Castles were a popular and reasonably priced fast food chain that was responsible in many ways... Their policies of great food with natural ingredients... Pristine Clean environments...Great Prices and Customer Service...24 hour schedules...and Fair wages /employee benefits...I can go on about the Advantages...Later came the Frozen version eventually sold in Grocery Chains...When I read the warning (by the way, Thanks for the warning) I was shocked, appalled and disappointed...I will inform my family and friends of this danger...And refrain from purchasing the product...However, I will check to read the ingredients and any information on the packaging...When I see a change of improvement...I will inform those who are near and dear to me and resume purchasing the product...

White Castle food quality staff hospitality restaurant cleanliness level

I have been a patron of your establishment since I was a little boy now at 41 years old I still find myself going back for your cheeseburgers and french fries I have been in the hospitality industry for 22 years and have never once had such a bad experience where I actually went through with it and made a complaint I was at your Clifton location on Saturday night around 6 Pm and was literally appalled by the food quality customer service hospitality cleanliness lack of management presence an overall General tone on the shift when I went in to place my order which I ordered a number 9 with cheese like I always do multiple employees we're just slacking around with no sense of urgency for their job and we're more concerned with two employees that were dining at your establishment who kept bothering the actual employees working with ridiculous request Mike can you check the soda level in the back and my fries are hard please make me new ones now pain total disregard to all the other customers that were in your building when I get home and sit down to eat my meal I couldn't believe that the fact the french fries were not season at all the Buns were hard the cheese was not melted thoroughly on the burgers and I am not someone who is making a ridiculous complaint who doesn't know the industry having worked like I said in the casual dining hospitality industry for 22 years as a kitchen manager general manager and many other functions in the building it wasn't like they were busy and did not have enough staff for that I could understand but I counted no less than 10 employees on the line at the time they just were not being directed and you would at least think since it is an open kitchen where your patrons can see and you had on that staff on and they clearly weren't having any regard for their job the kitchen would be clean in the areas that guest could see I actually made a comment to the young lady who was on the register about why don't somebody at least do a line sweep if you were home their eyes and looked at me the guy was crazy I don't want nothing for free and I don't want you to do anything I will take my business elsewhere from now on thank you for listening get a grip guys you've been around too long to be going into busy Saturday nights with such poor unmanaged kitchens at 6 before crunch time thanks for listening a very disgruntled guest Joseph Balough 25 glover Paterson nj 07501 [protected]
