White Castle wrong order and bad food

1st time - bad food. Ordered a large order of fried clams. Clams were fried so hard they were inedible. Tried to call the phone# on the receipt and no one answered -gave up
2nd time ordered the 10 pack of white castles for $5.99 and specifically asked for no pickles and no onions. This was on April 25, 2021 at 11:39 pm (kept the receipt this time). I has on the receipt - Sale #[protected], Team member #796 - No Onions and No Pickles. When my husband got home we found both pickles and onions! Same White Castle that is close to our house which is why we go to that one! Usually everything is okay but ...will be visiting other WC's in the future

White Castle Quality of food

This is my second complaint I never received a response from the complaint I filed on 3/26 around 1:00 AM. I order at the drive through on 3/26 at 12:32:49 AM Sale #[protected] 5 double cheeseburgers with no pickles and 3 reg cheeseburger s with pickles. I was advised by your staff member that there would be a wait because they were making them fresh. I received the 5 double cheeseburgers first and was told just a minute or 2 on the 3 with pickles. He was very friendly and stressed the no pickles on the 5 double cheeseburgers. I arrived home to discover all 5 double cheese burgers had pickles. My mother is allergic to pickles I am very disappointed 5 double cheese burgers were wasted because they were not prepared correctly.

Desired outcome: refund of $12.05 or replacement

White Castle Manager at White Castle #090048 South Brunswick, NJ

On Saturday, March 21, 2021, at 4:19pm I came to order Buy One Get One Free Castle Combos with the coupon sent to my email [protected]@yahoo.com for the St. Patrick's Holiday. I went there to pick up Sliders for my parents who are both in their 70s and cannot take a chance to catch Covid-19 when they have not been vaccinated just to use a coupon for BOGO. I printed out these coupons in black & white another in color where most of the coupon would have been Green for St. Patrick's Day. I know the coupon says for use by one customer per visit but in these pandemic times you need to tell your White Castle Managers to make exceptions. This Manager that afternoon argued with me that she was only going to let me use 2 of the 3 coupons for BOGO. She was belligerent and said from now on any BOGO coupon would be one time per customer per visit. If I'm taking advantage of a coupon that you send me and I am purchasing for Senior Citizens who are at risk for Covid-19 you guys at White Castle have to understand that all your clientele can't go out to buy your products. White Castle I was treated very bad at the drive thru window.

I placed an order for Combo#9 for 20 cheeseburgers and 4 small fries. When I got to the window I was told the price and I handed my Visa card to the woman. I asked for some mayonnaise and ketchup and she handed me the box with the cheeseburgers and said she would put the mayonnaise and ketchup in with the fries. When she came back with the bag she said the amount was $26.88 and I told her that I gave her my credit card already and she said that I did not give it to her. I told her that I handed the card to her when she originally told me the amount and she basically called me a liar and again said that I never gave her my card. I again insisted that I had handed it to her and my wife also told her that I did. At that time a man came to the window and looked around and also out the window on the ground but couldn't find it. He told me to pull around the building and they would get this resolved. I told him that I would not leave the window until they found my card and again I was told that I didn't give her my card. By this time I was getting a little angry and an elderly woman came to the window. I assumed that she was a manager and she told me that my card was not there as she looked in the register and on the counter and could not find it. I again told them that I was not leaving until they located my card and I also told her it was a Visa card from Merrick Bank. She closed the window and the three of them stood there talking and finally the elderly woman bent down and picked my card up from the floor. She did say that she was sorry for the mix up and ran my card and handed me the bag with the fries and condiments. The other woman and man didn't bother to say they were sorry for calling me a liar. I have been a White Castle customer for about 70 years but am considering ending that at least at that the one at 1000 N. Bridge Street. I live in Portsmouth, Ohio and go to Chillicothe, Ohio several times a month and always stopped to eat there. I also go to the ones in Circleville, Ohio and the one on the Delaware, Ohio exit on I-71.
In case you are interested the receipt number is [protected] and the Team Member #246. Dated March 5, 2021 Friday 12:40:11PM. In the bag of fries was a box with Clam Sticks which I did not order but was charged $2.49
The cheeseburgers were still warm but the fries were cold as I was at the window for about 20 minutes. I thought you should be aware of this incident.

I order 2 double cheese burgers and received 2 burgers without cheese. I order 3 single cheese burgers and received none I order 4 cheese burgers received 4 burgers no cheese Ordered french fries which was correct Order large cheese stick which was correct, everything else was wrong Very disappointed in this company right now, the workers couldn't even get the order correct. White Castle Cheeseburgers

Hi I want to put in a complaint about the white castles in West Hempstead Ny. This is the second time in a week where they've forgot something. First it was just onion rings so I let it go. Then last night it was 10 cheeseburgers. Both times I've ordered through Uber Eats so with that being said I'm already paying more money. Also when something missing I can't get it only thing I can do is get my money back. I'm just upset at the fact that I have COVID and can't leave the house so I had to spend more money by putting my daughter in an Uber to go get the cheeseburgers that I was missing. Not only was it an inconvenience but the price I spent on the cheeseburgers was the same as the Uber. They didn't even bother to compensate me for anything. I just think this is poor customer service.

Jennings Station, Missouri Repeatedly says it is closed. There are people inside, they tell you over the soaker in the drive through they are closed. It is currently 6:30 am. White Castle The free 20 chicken rings

To Whom It May Concern;

Hello my name is Walter O. Robinson, and I received an email from White Castle regarding a free sack of Chicken Rings with a Crave case. When I clicked Crave the first one in the list is the $5.99 original 10 shack. Your ad does not specify that it has to be the 30 Crave Pack to receive the free 20 Chicken Rings. In the future if you are going to have similar promotions you need to clarify the particular product you are referring to.

In my mind reading the email and the advertisement I should have been able to receive the free 20 Chicken Rings. I sat in my car after dialysis trying to place an order on my phone and I kept having problems with the code "Rings". A half hour later I just decided to place my original order. When I arrived at the White Castle I explained my confusion and was informed I had to purchase a 30 pack.

Please clarify this for me. Thank you in advance for your help with this matter.

I submitted an online order at 2:10 am said it would be ready at 2:35 am. Arrived at 2:25 am waited in drive thru till 2:43 am. Once I made it to window guy told me it would be a while they still hadn't even put the burgers on. He said do you still want them? I said yes I only have a half hour for lunch. He was kind of rude like he wanted me to leave. I purchased a sack of 20... Don't think I will be returning.
