Whataburger my whole breakfast

I ordered a breakfast platter my eggs were salty and my hash browns were very greasy biscuit was hard bacon was good I have high blood pressure I had to throw my food away cause I could not eat it. You need to not put salt on food without asking and make sure food is done right . I hope this problem will get resolved . I am very upset I had to waste my money

Protocol is that the eggs get seasoning in the cooking, if you want eggs without salt, you need to them 'no salt'...
When I was on grill, I however broke the rules and didn't season the eggs in the cooking process, because of the number of requests I had for 'no salt'...
...
But also with high blood pressure, I sure your doctor has told you to stay away from these foods anyways, but a treat once in a while is understandable

Whataburger delivery time on order

I have tried on several occasions to give this restaurant the benefit of the doubt, but I have never been more frustrated about the amount of time it takes to get an order out at the Moore, OK location. Morning, evening, drive through and walk in are all the same. It took 15 minutes the last 2 times I went. Not busy times, I ordered 2 chicken biscuits both times. How do they not have multiple ones ready for the morning time? How does it take so long to get an order out? Why? Mornings are when people are rushing to get to work, and usually don't have a lot of extra time and is why they go to a fast food restaurant to get their food, because it is suppose to be fast. This is not something new, nor am I the only one who is frustrated with the service there. I hope you will take the time to do a little bit of an audit on this location and see what you find as to why they are so delayed in getting food out to their customers.

Whataburger wrong food

I go to location on ave q and 50th in lubbock tx all the time it was one of our favorite spots to go but for months now my order is never correct my husband will have right food but my food its self is always incorrect we spend good money at location for us to always have to eat separte due to incorrect orders it ridiculous so today im going foward to you hopefully something will change

Whataburger food service

I go to your Whataburger on Zaragoza Street in El Paso Texas almost daily this going to change my order has been wrong twice and today I waited so long for my food I was late for work. It seems like the wait gets longer and longer each time I go now is it that it takes 15 minutes to make a taquito and Bob? I love your product but if it doesn't change I will take my business elsewhere

We order two number 1
A thick and hearty and a jalapeno buger meals all are food was very salty we couldn't eat we got sick after our first bit... I called them back but only could replace one meal which I don't think that's right because we couldn't enjoy our food before my kids game... Whataburger I didn't receive whole order

To whomever this may concern, this is in regards of my drive through experience at whataburger on 5525 s buckner Dallas tx 75227. They always give my drink first and food after. But this time they forgot my drink, I did order the combo. The service was slow and not very welcoming. I did make several phone calls to the store but nobody answered. I wasnt going to go back for a drink being in a rush and so I'd just like to know what can be done sense I did pay for the combo. Thank you

Whataburger received wrong order

I ordered a Honey BBQ Chicken Strip Sandwich and received a hamburger with bacon and BBQ sauce. The receipt even shows the chicken strip sandwich I ordered. We also ordered a large fry with our chicken strip meal and got a medium fry. She repeated the order to us, and when we got home, it was wrong. I would like yo receive some form of compensation.

Whataburger service, manager, food pre

The Whataburger in liberty, Tx - horrible customer service! We went to night with church group. Freezing inside, brought wrong food 1-st time - 2nd time they brought out - didn't add cheese - brought it back up there - guy put 2- slices of cheese on jr double with no gloves - I asked to get my money back, wasn't about to eat that - they kept telling me manager was busy with drive thru - we waited 20 min for Chris / by this time my group was done - told Chris he needed to come talk to customers when I was there before drive thru customers ! Pitiful service ! Several people were bringing food back that was prepared wrong - this place is really going down - customer service is horrible!

Whataburger employment

I work at Whataburger at store 0516 in bossier city Louisiana on Benton spur rd. I am being bullied harassed and made fun of because I went to Management about some issues that were occurring at work! Now they keep saying that snitches get stitches and one Manager in particular as been purposely bumping into me and standing in my way and is just completely rude and mean to me non-stop! They made me cry tonight and it all stems from stuff that were doing wrong and got caught doing! My name is not "the white girl" or any other name the can think of! My name is Susan and I am a very hard and dependable worker! They are extremely rude to customers cuss out loud and talk about employees and customers! I cant take it anymore! Whataburger service

The staff is taking too long to get the orders out both in the drive thru and the counter. Sometimes one of the two drive thru lanes is closed during the peak time that being breakfast and lunch. Call in orders are never ready and at times they can't find the call in order. They mess up my orders 90% of the time. There are too many unprofessional and unfriendly kids working at this location. Please make some improvements. I love Whataburger food, but the service and quality of food at this location has suffered.

Whataburger food

Order number 316524 at 10:53pm. Cashier: Unknown. 3pc chicken and 1 CFT with cheese. I revived my order after waiting 10minutes, for home to find the white gravy is literally just water. Toast is burnt and no cheeses on the taco I paid extra for. This is my first complaint ever bc the service was just Unacceptable . I would Like a refund. I was unable to submit a video .

Whataburger whataburger and service

I went through the drive through and the male cashier ask me to pull up because the had a long line behind me, there was a van in front of me which caused me not to pull up leaving the tail end of my truck to be at the window; the male cashier came out 3 times asking me to pull up; i said I can't he said I don't care. I called Manager Karoline Pardue on the phone while in-line to complain and she said unprofessionally we are doing breakfast and lunch. I disconnect. If that is her reason then more employees should be on duty to perform accordingly for lunch. I will never go again. The food was thrown together and not hot. I spent $7.62 for medium tea and Whataburger. I went for my son i go to Chick-Fil-A due to this unprofessionalism and long waits in the drive through.

And that's why you work for someone to earn your paycheck.. simpleton, linear thinking process.

Hire more, the lines move faster, more people enter the lines and are happier. Consistent slow service makes people less willing to spend their money especially on cold burgers.

One whataburger pays for the salary of one employee. They don't need to hire an army maybe another 3 or 4.

Whataburger breakfast

I have been a faithful Whataburger customer for more than 25 years I was served the worst ones ever. The eggs were overcooked even some of the cheese was brown indicating either microwaving or over cooking. I'm extremely disappointed.

I'm seeking several replacements at the very least.

People don't have time to go back through these long [censored] lines and wait to get their order fixed. You order something it shouldn't taste like [censored] either. We shouldn't wait 15 mins for a cold burger. I agree, replacements are due. This is not the Whataburger way. Obviously the manager is not a very good manager. Need to hire some better people and step it up.

Why should you get several replacements? You should have returned the eggs. Since you had no issue eating them. You should have no issue paying for them. You are not entitled to SEVERAL replacements. This is basically more than you ordered. You have entitlement issues if you think that you should get several replacements. My guess is you just lost your job and cannot afford to eat so you are trying to scam them for free food. I am sure there are soup kitchens out there for people like you.

Whataburger service at restaurant in midland, texas

I love Whataburger. In my opinion is the best burger franchise in the world. I have recently (on multiple occasions) received poor service at my neighborhood store (Andrews Hwy.). They have repeatedly given me the wrong order in the drive thru. I have a large family and I usually spend over $50 every time that I go. But, if the service doesn't improve I will choose other places to eat.

Whataburger quality control

Hi I have eaten at the Restaurant 698 twice and both times I have been served low quality food. One being a No. 5 burger that was served cold and then I complained and they offered me a complimentary sandwich on my next visit, of which I gladly obliged only to regret that my complimentary chicken sandwish tasted old and stale as if it was precooked and then warmed to order. This is unsatisfactory customer service and the manager must be reprimanded or replaced as it is reflective of his gross lack of oversight and negligence of the food quality at this particular location. This is very unbecoming and inconsistent of food quality from Whataburger. Please rectify this issue or your store will suffer dramatic losses. thank you. The manager is Jean-Marc Martin.

Whataburger food

I waited in the drive thru for almost 30 minutes, which I didnt mind. Though I am very upset that I waited so long and yet my food was given to me cold. I had ordered an avocado bacon burger meal. Both my burger and fries were cold, so I had to reheat my food in my microwave. Then as I am eating my burger I bite down on something hard. Turns out to be big chopped up pieces of the seed in a avocado. This meal was a big fat failure. I also have pictures of those seed pieces.

Whataburger morals & values of this company

This particular location has a turnover rate that's unbelievable. I've read the values of the company & I assure you they aren't standing by what this company stands for. This company promises growth it gives the employees this opportunity then strip them from it. They clearly don't care about some of their employees are college students trying to better themselves. They want them to work when they should be in class, so its costing the employee money that whataburger isn't paying for. I'm completely confused. How does an employee get promoted then demoted but has given this company more of their time punching in on their clock verses their education & this is the thanks they get... Whataburger this definitely isn't right. I personally will never refer another child/young adult to this place to work. YOU DON'T STAND BY YOUR WORDS...

Whataburger employee theft

I went to whataburger get up to use the restroom came back to the table and my $500 dollar money order was missing. I asked the whataburger employee if she saw my money order. She said no but she would look at the cameras to see who put the money order up off the table. Whataburger order completely wrong and a burger missing

Visited this store from Austin, Tx and was order number 213618 cashier Ruben C. He was so not so caring bout his job and left off mush swish burger. Knowing both burgers get packed with fries no 1 checked to see if burgers where in both bags. This is so unacceptable and want to be reimbursed completely seeing my child didn't get to eat and left hungry. I hope this gets to a corporate manager and I will never visit this location ever again and will tell all I know the same. Thanks for nothing Ruben C and store manager Rubina Talamantez truly dissapointed

Whataburger Drive thru

I go to Whataburger each morning I leave for work, most of the time they know who it is when I order and I don't even have to complete the order. This really isn't a complaint, but may be considered as a resolve. I went there this morning, ordered a medium coke and drove up to get it. I did notice that the lid on my cup was not entirely on the cup and was attempting to get it with both hands. The server at the window was attempting to give me my change at the same time, the cup hit my door and the entire contents spilled on me and the interior of my truck (2017 Chevrolet Silverado). Even though I drove off to go back home and change clothes, I came back through and got another coke. But, it cost me $150.00 to get the syrup from the coke cleaned from my truck.
