I am an outsider that knows plenty of people that work at that location and have witnessed the mistreatment and harassment of several employees by another employee named Donna and another employee named Terra i think her name is, I am a loyal customer at this location and am saddened by the behavior of this management staff and am appauled at the fact that Whataburger stands for this!

I was going to take loch with my family at hidalgo tx location and you guys have a officer working out side of the location and he toll me i can park my car becose its only for customers i try to tell him the we go to take loch but the officer was bery unrespetfull with my and my wife we star to comply and i toll him ware is the manager of the location and the officer toll me if i don't leave he was call imigration i am permantent resident and i never be in problems with any autority but im not agree whit this officer i hope you guys make somting at respect this is the last time do i go to any whataburger loction thaks and god blees

I ordered a mushroom swiss with onions meal at Pearland/Shadowcreek location. Had to wait a few minutes, not a problem. Customer service was professional...awesome. However, I should have checked my order before I left the window. I get a mile away bite into burger and it's a regular cheeseburger. I did not feel driving back because I had not eaten all day. Suggestion member need to read ticket and writing on burger wrapped paper to make sure it's a match.

I was at the Whataburger in white settlement, and for some reason their location was closed. They had no signs up so I proceeded to walk inside. As everyone was just sitting there this heavy set white girl approached me saying "we're closed" on a very rude manner. I was like okay but there's no signs stating that and the door was unlocked for anyone to walk on. She proceeded to be disrespectful and said "yeah I know but we're closed" then said in a sarcastic way "sorryyy and started laughing with her friends. I said okay I understand but next time be more respectful about it. As she mumbled okay [censored] to her friends and laughed. So then I went to the one in lake worth I got there around 11:05 AM which I do understand is after breakfast but I've worked in fast food before and any one who knows how to run their business properly will keep they're breakfast menu to about 30 minutes after. They said they had already put everything up. 5 minutes after and they somehow have put everything up? Sounds like they're closing early! I hope I get a response because I go to Whataburger quite a bit, but I will take my money elsewhere. here is my email to get in touch [protected]@gmail.com

Went in with a party of people order a #1 Ann the way with cheese. We grabbed our drinks and sat down. Orders came out and they began to eat. I sat and watched people that come in after me get their food and I still have nothing. Went to the counter and asked for money back. After standing another 10 minutes they bring out my food no manager apology

Today, 22 Jul 2019, we once again tried to get a HOT/warm Junior Burger. As usual it was stone cold. In the five years that I have been going to this facility I have NEVER gotten a hot off the grill junior burger. They are not even warm. Yet at the store in Corrigan, TX, they are hot or at least fairly warm. Not cold. Why is this happening? What can be done to correct this problem?

We were eating in the restaurant around 12:30 A. M., and Brandon was sweeping the floor and used the same broom to sweep chairs and benches off. This is really disappointing knowing that people have to sit on the chairs and benches. This makes me wonder what other things are being done like this. I don't know if I could ever go into this place again.

We have been going to Whataburger #820 in Cleburne, TX for some time now. It is consistantly getting worse. On Thursday of this week we went in for breakfast and there were only 2 tables that did not have good and crumbs on them. The floor around the drink fountain was so dirty our feet stuck to the floor. When I mentioned to the manager she needed to have someone clean tables and they floor after several minutes she had a young lady get a cleaning rag (which was stained and not very clean) to clean the table, she cleaned 2 tables. No one in the time we were there ever cleaned the floor. If the front where customers can see is this nasty how bad could the cooking area be?

First my wife ordered her favorite Monterrey Melt and cashier proceeded to tell her they no longer have that burger on the menu, then to make matters worse they added cheese to my burger when I specifically told her NO CHEESE twice! Needless to say they added cheese! I asked for a refund because I NEVER eat returned food! This is not the first time this has happened! No longer a fan of Whataburger, no longer eating here! This was the nail on the coffin!🤬
