Westlake Financial Services Dual accounts on one vehicle from

Got a new used car three months ago, made the first two payments on time on account [protected] and then get a letter stating my account is delinquent, the account number on the notice is [protected], tried to talk to csr but she said I needed to make a payment and the. was talking to another adult in the room and also arguing with a child, got frustrated with her and hung up, called back the next day and explained that I am not delinquent on [protected], I find out that there is a second account on the same car, talked to a supervisor and on March 11th the payments are moved to [protected] then I set up autopay for [protected] on March 14thI find out that a person by the name of Delores Carter drafts my account for 327.27, 50.00 and two 5.00 services charges putting my in serious overdraft, the 327.27 dropped off but the rest remained, now I keep getting emails about account [protected] being delinquent and when I call I keep being told I have to make a payment this has been going on for 3 weeks now, why do I have to keep dealing with this issue why can’t one account be removed as a supervisor told me it would be, I don’t want Westlake to use the delinquent account as a excuse to take the car

Westlake Financial Services Payoff quote paid in full

Got my payoff quote paid it in full. Waiting for my title checked account they say I still owe 230 in interest. Also while I was waiting for my title I was hit with a late fee. I was under the impression I was all paid off so why charge me a freaking late fee. Bret Hankey you need to get your company fixed and stop F ing over ur customers. We aren’t in Russia man we treat people fairly here.

I’m in the same boat as you. They think we just pick money on the floor. They [censored]ed me over and I’m going to sue them. They keep adding interest for no reason. Only one month left to make off and they’ve added more than 400$ on interest for no reason. I’ve never miss a payment.

Westlake Financial Services Not reporting my loan to credit bureau

I took a loan out for a car through Westlake financial November of last year. They haven't reported my loan to the credit bureau at all which is making it rather difficult to refinance it through someone else. The first time I talked to them they said it could take up to 30 days but they would fix it. Well, 30 days later, I called them again and now it could take as long as 60 days to fix it. I have made all my payments on time. I need this reported so I can refinance through someone else. Not to mention there interest rate is horrible, 23.99%, they won't let you pay towards the principle of the loan.

Desired outcome: I just want them to start reporting my loan. That should raise my credit score and make it possible to rediance elsewhere

Westlake Financial Services They are trying to sue me for something that is out of my hands

They keep sending letters and having fake police officers show up at my house. They repossed my car back in [protected] filed it on my credit and for some reason it was closed on my creidt a year or so later why? I have no idea I dont work for the these pepole... I never requested anything to be removed and I was never told what happned nothing. Now they are trying to sue me to get money that was not paid. It could have stayed on my credit for 7 years then fell off as most things do. So im not sure what happened but now they are trying to send me to court behind that. I have never heard of a car finance company trying to sue you for money on a repo? and then wants me to pay all the court cost fees and lawyers thats b.S. It is now 2022 and your still trying to pursue something that I had nothing to do with yes I hard a hardship moment as most pepole would now and days. When I get on the webite with the case number the only thing I can find any information on is the case number when I type in my full name dob all of my creds. Nothing comes up in the system for me so I can only find this supposed to be case only by its case number? why cant I find my self by my name or driver license number? it puzzles me which has me thinking fraud. But at the end of the day I had nothing to do with anything that would invole them trying to take me to court behind a car? really... So yea they can keep trying I will most surely have my lawyer check into this matter and put this to a end. Its harrasment at the end of the day.

plus i also ended up having to go thru a second chance finance company to get me a new vehicle which worked out great so im still confused on this instead of letting something sit on someone credit west lake financial (which i believe to be purposely done) had this debit close and then try to run around and sue me to get money? how can you even sit and try to pull that kind of trick on someone like no one would notice it ?its file play all the way thru these people are snakes and sneaky liars.

I'm going through the same thing with them now. They hired a lawyer name Robert E. Jenkins who handles Turnover and Court Receivers...my bank account frozen...I not understanding how they can do this when its on my credit and they actually sold the car.

Westlake Financial Services Company is extremely vile and harassing. No moral compass & anti american

This company is thee most harassing, demeaning, non compassionate and anti american as nancy pelosi & the vatican! All they care about is money money money profits and money. Screw thee american people and healthcare workers that were fired for standing up for our medical & civil rights! This company has been rude and demanding threatening to sell my car for double what its worth and charge me more than what I owe on it (whatever they sell it for plus remainder of what I owe) alias was very cold & non compassionate. Shouldn't finance companies have some sort of protocol for pandemics and natural disasters?! A little compassion and understanding goes a lot farther than harrasing calls and threats to hard working blue collar americans who's entire lives & businesses were destroyed by the "plandemic"! Mabey a weekly payment plan bi-monthly payment anything besides paying off the entire loan in full upfront or 4k in order to release the car etc.. Americans were screwed by our own government and we're trying to get back on our feet & this company is refusing to work with we the people! We're asking for a helping hand up not a hand out you p.O. S.! I bet this company is owned by the chinese communist party! Absolutely disgusted with these pieces of "human" waste! Class action lawsuit is what I see in my "crystal ball".

Westlake Financial Services Service lack of customer service

They are really rude especially the men and a man named Richard Paz. I don't get any help with my account I wish I never had to deal with this company! They talk at you instead of to you I can't look up my account because they're telling me I can when I'm telling them it's reading my old account and isn't letting me sign in etc... This company can use better customer service training I'm so uncomfortable when calling I'm never satisfied when having to call them every time I ask for any information it's always someone giving me a hard time for nothing very unprofessional I'll give them a negative 5 stars!

Westlake Financial Services Automobile loan

My X husband used my credit at a shady truck dealership in Carrollton TX to buy for himself a truck. He took my information and was allowed by the salesman at the dealership to FORGE my signature. I have been fighting for OVER a year to have this vehicle removed from my credit report. I have file two police reports on this matter. No one at the bank is willing to even listen to me with out speaking over me an hanging up on me. I have made multiple attempts to speak to management. I have been told by staff at the bank that there is nothing they can do about it. I'm ready to hire an attorney to have this matter settled. This is fraud by my X husband by the dealership by the salesman and by the bank. My driver's license does not even have the same last name as was signed by my X husband.

Desired outcome: I want the vehicle removed from my credit report!!

Westlake Financial Services Credit reporting and refund

I paid my loan off with Westlake in 12/2021 by trading in my car and purchasing a new one. They were sent the payoff check and there was an excess of $314.92 due to me that I have been chasing down for 2 months and still have not received it. I have also asked them MULTIPLE times to update with the credit bureaus to show my account paid in full, however, still showing open. This is the WORST finance company I have ever worked with. When I traded in my car and purchased a new one - Westlake was an option for financing and I am so glad that I chose not to continue with them. I feel like customer service DOES NOT CARE and you can reach no one in a corporate role to help with the situation. I will tell EVERYONE that I know not to do business with Westlake - I would pay a 50% interest rate before ever financing with them again!

Desired outcome: My refund NOW and my credit report updated showing account paid off & closed.

I agree they're are very nasty with bad attitudes no one listens just yall over you. A man named Richard Paz was so rude and disrespectful. They have yet to fix my account I can't look up my account my social doesn't exist in the computer this is the worst company to deal with I'll be glad when I don't have to deal with them ever again! Btw I'm owed 362.00 for a vehicle I paid for that was no longer in my possession and they refuse to look into it and keep telling me the dealer owed me that reimbursement which was an absolute lie. I believe some people are reading off a paper and don't know their job!

Westlake Financial Services Westlake repo

I'm very upset I have been dealing with a vehicle that I purchased from Buick gmc in gilroy westlake financial was th lender well my truck was always in the shop and I was diagnosed with cancer and asked for a few deferred payments I've had the loan fr over 2yrs and always payed on time well in dec I fell behind due to going on disability so west lake told me to pay my payment by the 10th of echo and I did and I payed 50 for a deferred payment in Nov well my bill isn't due till the 23rd of the month and in Jan they took my truck on the 19th after i told them i was taken the dealer to court for the false warranty and car being a lemon. I wasnt late on no payments now they say pay them 1800 and there no going to let me have my car back cause of the 14defered payments. I've never had 14 deferred payments an there pyment history dont match my bank statements I'm so upset now i have no car n am afraid I'll have no suite no more

Westlake Financial Services Good morning staff, my complaint is, where is the "title to my car"

Good morning staff,

My name is Sylvia Price my account number is#[protected], I paid my car loan off with a cashier check from Bank of America in October of 2021. I have called on four different occasions, regarding the "title" of my 2011Toyota Avalon, the poor customer service excuses i received was, the company did not have my apartment number, which I have supplied to the company on four occasions Apt#2098. This company poor customer service indicating to me, it will take 7 to 10 business days to received the title to my car.

It is now four months , help me "understand" Westlake Financial Services, when you apply for loan, dose that not required a address, I've been at the same address for six years now. Westlake Company cannot denied the cashiers check, because the company cash the check. "Where is the Title to my car" I want answers not excuses. This company should be sending me my title to Sylvia Price

Westlake Financial Services Auto loan

My car lot sold my financing to this company after having sold it 3x prior, I have been paying off since a payment on Jan 4th of $100, Jan 22nd $100, Jan 29th $250, and today feb 5th $150, and throughout all of these payments the balance being quoted to me continues to increase. Before the stated payments my payoff balance was $2042 and some change, today it is quoted at $2054 and at one point mid January it was up to $2069 despite my payments. After familiarizing myself with their methods, they avoid answering any questions, they NEVER send me a receipt for payment, and despite contacting them multiple times today asking to speak with a supervisor I was presented with a statement that quoted my own payments which I have through my bank statement instead of a ledger of my balance and payment ratio. There is something very wrong about this and I refuse to make another payment until this is fully resolved. After speaking with "Vanessa" multiple times when I called back after she sent the useless report suddenly they were closed for business at 10:30 pst suddenly...

Desired outcome: I want full disclosure of all payment history, balance in direct comparison with said payments and an allocation of funds for each dollar paid. I want to see licensing for their businesses and their right to do business in the US.

Westlake Financial Services Deferred payment

I requested a deferred payment on December 11, 2021 I am still trying to find out if it is approved. I called back 3 times just to have to pay $55 to get a deferred payment and she said call back this afternoon to see if you are approved. What I can't afford to give them extra $55 for nothi. My car needs repairs that $55 could have went toward auto shop. Now when I call back I know they won't know nothing just took extra cash. We are senior citizens on fixed income. We had a 2015 kia soul financed with them before this car no deferred payment request and was paid off. Guess being a previous customer don't mean nothing. So irritated with calling and being told bull crap

Westlake Financial Services Repossessed vechicle

My bill was due on the 7th, Westlake repossessed my vehicle on the 6th. I sent a auto bill payment form to this company and different representatives I talked to on the phone tell me they never received it, this was 3 months ago I mailed this form back . Plus some of the staff here is very unprofessional, arrogant and rude. Plus tell me different amounts to pay. I will getting a lawyer to file a lawsuit against this company. This company should be shut down cause I've read other bad reviews and complaints filed against this company.

Westlake Financial Services Refund my money

I made a payment on 11/5/21 in hopes that i will not be reported to the credit bureau and it affect my credit score, and when my insurance company also send in a check, they will refund my money back to me. The insurance company sent a check on the 11/16/2021. The check has been cleared, and Westlake financial has received the money. I called on 11/17/21, a customer service agent told me to give it 2 weeks, i will receive my refund. I called back today and spoke to 3 different people all telling me different things. One person told me i will not receive my money back because Westlake has it now, then the other 2 told me to give it 21 days.
Dec 7th is the 21st day. I will call back, if they refuse to send back my money, what can i do? because it would mean they have been paid twice. once by me, and then my insurance.

Desired outcome: I need my refund check sent to me. They can not be paid twice!! That is THEFT!!!

Westlake Financial Services Repoed my car after I had spoke with them I got my car back I paid what they asked for now they send me a letter

I was affected my covid 19 so I fell behind one month so I called and agreed to pay 1 week late and I didn't recieve my money I didn't recieve my money until mid that week so they come and get my car I paid all the fees and what they asked for and now they send me a letter that my car is going to be sold and repoed and for me to pay the whole balance when I had already been caught up they told me if I was having trouble paying my payment on that date to just call them and talk to them because for months since the beginning I have been telling them I can pay on the 3 and they don't want to change it and recently they told me they could change my date but it went from 12 to 16 and I said the 3 is the best date

All I asked was for my financing to be stopped and you come pick up my vehicle because the lot I bought my vehicle off of is the ones responsible for what is wrong with it. I about wrecked and killed me and my 5 children because of what they done. I thought I was buying a decent vehicle but I didn't they sold me a lemon. They fixed my vehicle up enough to sell it obviously. They knew I would be putting 5 children in it and they still sold me a really messed up car. I have had problems out of it the whole year I have had it and can't get any help from you all or the lot I bought it from. I had to take it back and get it fixed the first week I bought it and they took my money and didn't fix it they just welded the wheel bearing's and emergency breaks together and I didn't know it. I have put way more money in this vehicle than it is worth. They told me they don't do refunds or go buy the lemon law and that is really messed up especially knowing how many children I have. I can't even get help through Westlake Financial when I had nothing to do with what is even wrong with it when the car lot is the reason is it messed up. I just don't understand how someone can be so cold hearted and won't help when I am the one that got the crappy end of the deal. I would at least like to have my money back and someone come and get the vehicle. At least understand what had happened and be reasonable and come get the car and not make me pay or mess with my credit for something I have to suffer for thanks to the car lot. 1 hour auto is a joke and none of their vehicles are reliable. If someone will get back ahold of me I can send photos of what happened to my vehicle.
