Western Dental San Franciscodiscrimination

I did called them to made an appointment last July 31, 2018. They can't find the system for me. Her name Erica Manager. She said you need to get interpreted your own. I told her no you are providing interpreter. I can write a note without interpreter but Erica said cannot and can't do anything sorry and better you go to kaiser. I did went to kaiser and the doctor said serious u got infection and gave me note. Then went to western dental office. They still stubborn and say no sorry can't do anything!!! I was frustrated and patience. She keeps postpone and take long. Cuz she didn't call me to make An appointment for me and interpreter too. I am not appreciating with them.
