Wendy’s service

Hi, I received extremely poor service from the male English speaking drive-thru order taker on September 20, 2019 at 7:40pm. I was with my children and husband and I respectfully ordered my meal and to the point, as I was in a rush, I remained friendly and approachable. The man was extremely disrespectful at the speaker, however I shrugged it off and continued on to the window to pay. I had my debit card ready for him (as I normally do at any drive thru) to process my $35 order, but as he opened the window, he looked at me and without reason told me to "go away" and that he was refusing my business. I politely and respectfully asked why, and he proceeded to tell me how rude and ugly I am. I was not rude, ugly, mean or aggressive and did not raise my voice or swear. I drove somewhere else, leaving the restaurant feeling discriminated against and bullied.

I went with my wife at night is 9:21 pm day 19 september you can check the cameras I wait on the dry trough for 10 minutes and dis not go I decide to go inside they were all fighting not serving to anyboddy and the worst service ever seen in my life please how ever read this message please do something about it and check the cameras about what iam saying please coustumers need respect thank

When asked to fix my sandwich, I overheard the sandwich maker they call her san I guess call me a fat [censored] to her coworker.. I spoke with the manager on duty (lakeisha) and she said she will handle it I guess send her home for the day and call her boss but I still want to complain to corporate because this was highly unnecessary and I come to this location...

I went to the drive through Aug 31st 2019 around 11pm or so. I had ordered 3 Jr. Bacon cheeseburgers off The value menu. The total on the screen and the lady who took the order said it was $7 something when we pulled up to the window the lady tried to say it was $10 something total when the Jr. Bacon cheeseburgers are only $2 something a piece off the value...

Wendy’s spicy jalapeno bacon cheese burger

After being enticed by your TV add, I ordered this sandwich for &7.35 plus $0.35 for extra Jalapenos to go.
Upon opening it up and seeing a soggy bun, no other toppings but a couple of limp onion rings and 3 tiny jalapeno slices, I was very dissapointed and would have gone back to get my money back but was not possible to turn around on the hwy.

I would like to remain a loyal Wendy's customer so please advise.

Wendy’s staffing issues at lunch time, multiple locations

I am inquiring why it seem that so many Wendy's locations, regardless of the franchise status, are unwilling to open more than one register at peak hours? I use several locations in the Maryland/Virginia area and every time I enter around noon or so there is one cashier taking orders for a line that clearly can support two registers. Don't these managers know that they can produce more revenue by staffing accordingly? Simple economics would dictate twice as much business being rung in the same hour. I have walked out twice in the last month due to having to wait 15-20 minutes just to reach the register. I don't mind waiting for food that is fresh and hot at a value, but getting to the cashier seems to be a challenge that isn't being addressed by these managers. I worked for Wendy's when I was 16 years old and must tell you that the efficiency we offered in my day was much superior to the cheapness exhibited today. A manager isn't willing to pay $12 more for the noon to 1 pm shift and bring in an additional $500? Really? There is no excuse for this ineptitude.

I just want to say i'm am very disappointed and have never filed a complaint ever like this on any good site. I just sat in line at this wendy's for 1 1/2 hours and they were serving customers literally one order, one by one, at a time. After waiting I figured maybe they're making fresh fries or food in general and low and behold both of my fry order...

The Wendy's at 424 Schmale Carole Stream does not conform to the parking requirements of the ADA. Further the handicap parking is unsafe for the handicap. Wendy’s whole order

First I will start saying your my favorite fast food place to eat. Go at least 2 times a week. This week was unbelievable. Possible I may have gotten someone elses order but did not help me when already back at desk and no time to return. looked in bag. saw sandwich, fries and had my drink. figured all ok. Got a chicken sandwich with cheese only. did not order that way. had no mayo, lettuce or tomatoe. fries ok but could taste no salt so bland. finally ordered a sweet tea and got unsweet. to top it off they were out of chocolate frosties. A bust all the way around. no condaments or sugar for tea at work. was so dissapointed. I know lunchtime is busy but did not eat most of lunch for not to my liking the way prepared. sorry to complain.

The little blonde girl working drive thru was very rude and impatient. I thank her name is Lacey, she was very rude to me bc I ask for ketchup n she keep rushing my order. After the first bite of my burger, I noticed something strange. It was as hard as a hockey puck and my fries were extremely soggy with barely any salt. I am very disappointed with the lack of care that went into making both burgers and fries. Expecting my money back considering the fact I spend $21 on 2 meals that were, to say the least, horrific. I would take a picture but I threw it out after the first bite.

Wendy’s sandwich

First the service was absolutely horrible. Very rude employees and managers. None of my food was fresh like I asked and didn't get what I ordered. Asked for jr bacon cheeseburger. There was no bacon on the burger. Fries and nuggets tasted old. Chicken sandwiches were ok except the lettuce looked old. I would rather drive across town to go to a different Wendy's then ever go to this one again!

I went to this Wendy's location in louisville Ky 40216 on 7/10/2019 @ 1040pm.I had ordered 2 #6s and One of the sandwiches I recieved was way over cooked.Hard as a rock.Also recieved a sweet tea with food at the bottom of my drink.Very disappointed I. Wendy’s my food

I hate to complain about my wendys in Newport my again but here's my story as a child wendys is the first restaurant I ever ate at andas a mother is is my 3 kids favorite hamburger joint and now as a grandma my grand kids favorite unbelievable I know lol we just love wendys ok once a week I get my grandkids and we get wendys of course and this is the 4th time in the last 2 months something is wrong were only human right ok we make mistakes but today was the worst i had my neighbor pick up 4 biggie bags and a large chilie so the chilie tasted watered down and burnt at the same time is the only way i can explain it our nuggets tasted old they were hard and the littlest one couldn't eat them the fries were so salty I had to go ahead and make my own the kids wouldn't eat them so I fried up some for them I like salt but they were even salty to me and the burgers the meat was not juicy like usual but dry the bacon was way overdone and I had 1 little onion ring on each sandwich I can deal if only one thing's wrong but today only the drinks were decent also I am disabled and a friend or neighbor picks up my food for me and when I call the store to complain they say well just bring it back and we will re do your order to bad I can't just eat in side the restaurant maybe carry outs are not as important I don't know, I will still eat there even though mcdonalds is right up the road i dont really care for it it taste cheap lol ok so thanks for listening

Wendy’s the workers

This is for the Wendy's in Kalamazoo Michigan on sprinkle road I'm just trying to figure out if an employee quites or get fired why are they being hired back I'm guessing this is a family run business or they're just playing favoritism in hiring back people that they are friends with or some kin to I'm trying to figure out why is Denise still working there as a manager because when I was trying to get my order right she was being really rude and talking stuff about me saying that I was a liar and I didn't no what i was talking about I thought that once you quit or get fired you are not allowed to be hired in any Wendy's corporation that's in Michigan after being fired or quitting I know this girl named Yolanda she quit probably about five times and they keep hiring her back as a manager but give all the other employees a hard time they drive them all out and bring back family they only hire family and Friends
