poor customer service/take out order completely wrong

Me and my husband went to Wendy's in Sunday Dec1, 2019. The weather was not good that morning. We went to the store located at 275 forth ave, St. Catharines at 9.40pm. Lights on but all the doors are closed. No sign no anything posted. Couple other customers waiting in drive through as well. I called customer service to complaint and I received a phone call from that store, the lady named Pauline. She was very rude and gave me lots of attitude. She said you complaint about we were not open that night, coz power off. Just let you know! Excuse me! That's the attitude you should be to your customer? I can't accept this!'n
customer service and restaurant cleanliness
This complaint is to highlight the Wendy's on Davie rd extension in Davie Florida 33324. I went inside with my two children ages 6 & 7 and stood in line at the counter. There was a Wendy's employee that was in line ordering food and the clerk "nikki" was incredible rude to him, so rude in fact that other customers waiting in line made comments to her that she was being out of line. After placing my order i walked to the side of the dining room to wait for my food. The dining room was absolutely disgusting. Nearly each table had left over food and drinks, the floor was riddled with French fries and napkins and had a wet mop laying aside. One would hope to have a decent experience at a fast food place and no i don't consider Wendy's to shine nearly as bright as a "chik filet" but Seriously come on people! When i finally stepped up to pick up my food which was for dine in, i was given a bag of food with several missing items. A Customer asked who the manager was and a clerk pointed to a woman who was kidding around in the kitchen witha Fry cook. I'm certain Dave Thomas would roll over in his grave knowing this is what's become of his establishment.

Ordered dave single.. Got home with it and started eating and realized the burger is raw and red inside. Disgusted me and stopped eating. Hamburger is supposed to be well done. Have to go to work so no time to take it back. If I call I will probably be on some free burger list that if I go to get will miraculously have disappeared as is my previous experience with this location. Not the first time with issues at this location.

We came here at 11:40 Nov 22 Friday. We ordered Awesome bacon cheeseburger. As I was about to eat it, I realized there is something wrong. There's no lettuce, onion, and sauces. When did y'all change the frosty formula. I had been craving one for some time now. My husband and I stopped in Carnesville, Ga. to get one today. This is not like it used to be. The taste and consistency isn't even the same. Anyone can get chocolate ice cream and blend it like the "frosty" we got today. Bring back the original FROSTY. A lot darker in color, icy crystals and full choc flavor.

I was in the mall with my son and I let him use my card to order food and the young lady tried to say my card went through I should her my statement from my app and she refused to admit she was wrong. She went to the back and started yelling to her coworkers in Spanish and the next thing I know the whole staff was in my face saying the food wasn't paid for. We stood there for over 20 minutes until the manager realized she charged him twice. I was so embarrassed because it was so many people watching.

I went to the Wendy's on Temple in city of pomona today on my lunch around noon and I am very disappointed on the quality of the food given to me! On October 23, 2019 myself and husband along with another couple visited Wendy's at Vineland Road, Orlando, Florida. This store had the rudest employee I have ever had the misfortune of coming into contact with at the cash register. She did not even offer us a receipt and had no name badge on as to get her name. You were almost afraid to order over one item. The store was a nasty mess. The drink machine was completely empty of ice. I had to go back to the counter and ask her for ice and it really pissed her off so she snatched the empty cups out of my hand and filled them with very little ice and shoved em back at me. The time frame was around 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. The couple with us ordered a burger and ask that it be cut in half and she said they didn't do that so the lady ask to speak to the manager and he told the lady yes they could cut it in half. All through our dinner the rude employee starred at us and every other employee that walked by her she would point to us and they would look over at us. Another couple came in behind us and didn't even get through ordering and just left. We looked around and noticed we were the only ones in the store. Now this store is close to universal studios and should be very busy but not. Something should definitely be done with this employee.
