Wendy’s Wendy’s 901 McCulloh, Baltimore MD

This Wendy’s is a consistent low quality franchise location. Everytime I come in during lunchtime or evening only register is open. The dining area is always unclean. Tables and floors are always littered with trash. The place is always understaffed and there is no system in place to get customers through. Once I waited 30 minutes for my food. Today at 7:15 pm I was told to come in and order because they weren’t taking orders from the drive through. Corporate really needs to do an internal scan and no notice facility inspection. This place is always in shambles and chaos!

Wendy’s Breaskfast

I ordered the Breakfast combo - Sausage egg/chz on a Crnt.

After every bite, there were egg shells.

I also ordered a maple bacon chicken sandwich that I had to throw away.

The chicken was possibly overcooked or dried out.

I loved the fried potatoes. And the service is normally excellent at this location.

Wendy’s The conduct of the drive thru employee and shift manager

I have never been treated as horribly as I was at the Wendy’s on Dingens and North Ogden in Buffalo, New York. I was actually called a [censored] and given the finger by both the drive-in employee and the shift manager because I asked for hot french fries.

My order was ready and had been sitting about two minutes before it was handed to me. The drive-in employee actually fixed 4 drinks and went around to the front of the counter to do something before she walked back and handed me my bag. It would have taken her two seconds to give me my order before she fixed the drinks and walked around to the front. When I was finally handed, the bag - I told her that I wanted new french fries because these were now cold. She was immediately VICIOUSLY hostile and said she was not giving me [censored]. She was very angry at something. Another employee who I presumed was the shift manager (a guy) came to the window and also started immediately arguing with me. I was

appalled. They cursed at me. They said I had not even been in line 3 minutes and they refused to give me a fresh order of french fries. I really could not believe it! I waited in the drive-through for approximately five minutes as they continued cursing at me and telling me to Move on. I said I was not leaving until I got fresh fries. (I did leave after about five minutes because I had to get home.)

Also as I was sitting in the drive thru, (holding up about 5 cars behind me) I discovered I did not have the receipt. When I asked for my receipt the girl said: “you are not getting nothing [censored].” This should all be on camera. Please review your drive-through camera. The date would be 4/4/23 immediately before midnight - 4/5/23 immediately after midnight.

PLEASE REVIEW YOUR DRIVE THRU VIDEO.

These two employees need to be terminated.

OR perhaps Wendy’s need to train their

employees in customer service. I am NOT an advocate of the “customer always being right.” That is simply not true. But in this case, I did nothing to deserve this type of treatment. It was simply uncalled for. These were two very angry employees. The simple solution would have had just been to apologize and give me fresh fries. That’s all. I’m almost positive that this is how management would have taught their employees to handle such a situation. I do not wish to take away anyone’s livelihood, but these two employees need fired! I will also take this matter up the corporate chain as far as possible. It was beyond bad customer service. Under no circumstances do you treat a customer the way I was treated.

I hope and pray that you have audio and video in the drive-thru so you can see for yourself how these two employees treated a customer. I did not in anyway provoke this situation.

I do have a picture of the girl in the drive-through. I will attach it. I wish I would have had thought to start taking a video from the very beginning. This is why I hope you have your own audio and video surveillance. I have no doubt that both employees will be fired after you review it.

Wendy’s 2 jr bacon cheeseburger biggie meals

on 4/6/23 my husband went thru the drive thru at Wendys #[protected] to pick up a mobile order for 2 jr. bacon cheeseburger biggie meals. When he got home from the 30 minute trip each way to Wendys I opened the bags to find 2 plastic containers with only lettuce, burger patty, cheese, tomato, onion and pickles in the containers. No buns or bacon. I called the Wendys location and talked to the manager who informed me I would have to contact corporate about the mistake. We have been getting this same meal twice a week for months now at this location with no problem. We feel we deserve 2 free biggie meals to clarify this mistake they made.

Wendy’s managers puppy tied to table in wendys

4/4/23 at 7;10 pm stopped at wendys in siler city n.c. a puppy was tied to a table a barking non stop. i asked the boy at the register why there was a puppy in there. he said he did not know it was the managers. we had paid for our order and had to take it to go because of the puppy barking so loud and non stop. then we get home and the order is wrong. i know this was on purpose. it made them angry i questioned why the puppy was in there. before we left the manager came out , sat down at the table where the puppy was and was doing something on his cell phone. will be contacting the health dept. and if needed the local news . this is a huge health violation and the public needs to be aware of it. i would appreciate a response with in 24 hrs. thank you. Wendy’s Frost and fries

I ordered fries and chocolate frosty store number #[protected] ticket#3420. The fries were not the fries advertised. They didn’t have potato skins, she’s were thinner and oil saturated. As the Wendy’s employee handed me the frosty I told her I ordered chocolate. She snapped at me and told me it was chocolate. The frosty was not chocolate and not even a frosty it was thick and pasty like whipped cake frosting it did not gave the consistency of a frosty and it did not taste of chocolate. I’ve called the store manager and I’ve submitted a customer complaint thru your portal. Your Facebook page is a joke. I just want my money back. I didn’t get what I ordered.

Wendy’s Customer service

About 3 weeks ago, I visited the Wendy's in New Hartford, NY via the drive-thru. I ordered the "2 for $6" special (Single, and Classic Chicken sandwich). When I got to the window, the woman there said: "$36.50". I told her that wasn't correct, that I had ordered the $6 special. So then without apologizing or saying anything else, she said: "$6.50" I gave her my credit card, and she made the transaction, the whole time sitting here playing with her tongue-ring. She gave me my card back and closed the window. A few minutes later, she opened the window and thrust my order at me, and never even thanked me, just closing the window again. I was LIVID! When I looked on the receipt to see what her name was, I saw that a "Kenneth" was supposed to be the cashier, so she wasn't even supposed to be working that position. When I got home, I immediately filled out the survey that was noted on the receipt, detailing my experience. I also wrote to corporate, since surveys normally don't generate a response. A short time later, I was contacted by the manager of that location, a "Thea", who apologized for the poor service, and offered to make it right. I thanked her for her response, and explained that I also contacted corporate to ensure my complaint was addressed. I never heard back from her again, nor any response from corporate. I eat at Wendy's at least weekly, but after this lack of response, and uncaring attitude, I'll take my business elsewhere. I'll also leave a review anywhere that I can so others don't patronize that location, or any others. Arby's always treats customers better.

Wendy’s Parking lot Wendy's signs/ menu have no working lights

Willard Ohio location….I hate pulling in to the drive thru because the parking lot is so rough & torn up. I just went there & noticed the big wendys sign by the road no longer has any lights that work. Made me think they were closed.Pulled up to the menu at the drive thru & no lights work on that either. Of course it is after dark right now. Not a good experience. Not a good image for your restaurant either Imo.

Wendy’s Apple pecan grilled chicken salad.

For a long time I have been a fan of your apple pecan salad, always with double chicken, eating them 2 to 3 times a week. I just recently got 2 more as is my usual, I eat one the day I purchase it and the other one the next day. These last 2 I purchased,were disgusting. The grilled chicken was cut into diced pieces, having an odd texture and tasted nothing like before. The pieces of chicken reminded me of 'junk' pieces I would have fed to my dog. The wonderful flavor was gone. I understand this will get me nothing but a chance to vent. I never understand why companies change things that aren't broken. Sometimes in an attempt to make more money, you will lose in the end. I will not buy your apple pecan salads again. They are just not the same. Sincerely, Ruby from Kittanning, PA

Wendy’s classic chicken sandwich

I stopped at the drive through at the Wendy's at 2159 Savoy Dr, Chamblee, GA 30341 today. I was several miles down the road before I got my classic chicken sandwich ($5) out of the bag. I rarely eat fast food but I'd just left a memorial service and was hungry. The sandwich was chicken and a bun. No mayo. No lettuce. No tomato. No nothing. This is what $5 gets you? How little do you have to care about your job to serve this to a customer?

Desired outcome: contact the store. let employees know they need to do better.

Wendy’s Manager and refusal to give order

So yesterday evening 3/30/2023 I was doing door dash. I went to Wendy's to retrieve 2 orders. Upon arrival 8 other people are standing there waiting for orders. I calmly stand there and the rest of the people continue to tell me they have been there for over an hour waiting for their door dash orders. The girl standing there kept her back to us and not once turned around to ask us about our orders or what was what. I approached her and asked her what was there and she told me that she had no more door dash orders. But there was several us that were still standing there waiting. The man who inguess was supposed to be me a manager came over and told all of us to leave that he had nothing to give to us. I said excuse me what about these orders he said he is not making anything or looking at our phones because nothing was on the screen. So what are we supposed to tell the customer he said tell them whatever u want now leave the store. He threatened 2 men standing there. The girl just stood there. The other lady said in the back we had 30 door dash orders where did they go. He turned and looked at her and said she cleared them there's nothing he can do. I have never been so scared and so insulted and so overwhelmed with anxiety in a restaurant before in my life. I will never ever eat at this establishment ever again. I decline orders to this establishment.

Wendy’s Disciplinary actions needed or retrain

To whom it is concern,

I have a complaint towards Wendy’s 580 Merrick Rd, lynbrook location. Associate was dark skin wearing glasses with a bonnet on her head.

I came in to order something for my family to eat I ordered 2 baconator fries, 2 chicken sandwiches and 2 smalll regular fries. From what I saw on the screen was double baconator I ask why does it say double is this the way it comes the associate states yes… I again ask is there a size for the baconator? She replied it depends on how I want my order. So I proceed to pay and when the bag came, I am verifying what was inside I noticed hamburgers so I asked why burgers I did not order that I ask for bacon fries… oh Lord that is when the associate is screaming, raising her voice at me that this is what I asked for “ isn’t what you asked for I replied I ask for baconator fries” when I said do not scream at me and she literally showed me her next level of screaming, when I ask to speak to a manager she replied I AM THE MANAGER and slams the window went inside.

Someone else did come another young lady asking what exactly you wanted and I said baconator fries because I did not order hamburgers… the 2nd young lady states she will get it for me that I should keep the unwanted items and was very apologetic about the whole situation.

My thing is if one cannot be pleasant with customers, it’s a major issue because customer service matters. If customers don’t come in, you have no buisiness. So I would like know will there be any disciplinary action taken towards this young lady? I would assume politeness, a smile and helping customers come first hand. I must add that all this insults and disrespect is in front of my teen daughter. This is partly why I kept my cool because I have to teach her right.

I Will definitely not going back over there to purchase I know it does not matter but where there is disrespect I do not go there. I hope Wendy’s headquarters management see this and do something about it. Unfortunately manager Kizzy, as I was told her name by the 2 associate, was not there to witness such disrespect.

I will say when I ask for my receipt it took them time to come out and give it to me, now I’m relunctant about name on the so called reprinted receipt since I was not allowed to have her name.

Wendy’s customer service/scanner not working

Good afternoon. I would like to file a complaint for Wendy's located @ 147th woodland in Dolton,Illinois.I have been a long time customer at this site. Since January 2023 I am unable to use my rewards. I have been told my many cashiers that the scanner doesn't work. Per the cashier the scanner has not been working 3-4 months. This is unaccepatable.This isn't fair to customers who are trying to use their rewards. I asked to speak with a manager. I explained to the manager that I was trying to use my rewards. I was told that I can't use my rewards because the scanner isn't working. The manager was really rude and had a bad attitude. I didn't get her name.

Wendy’s Wendy’s in Duncan Oklahoma

I’m making this report on the Wendy’s Duncan Restaurant, Wendy’s in Duncan, Oklahoma, that the manager they’re the hiring manager whatever she is very unprofessional he brings his personal life to work and treats his employees like crap he’s firing everybody for nothing everybody’s quitting on him and he has another manager below him that talks about her sexual life, and what happens and very unprofessional I’ve heard it myself Her name is Cassidy and then her other. His other manager Dustin is very unprofessional and very lazy and the one manager that was doing good. Her name is Gabriella Escobedo. She was demoted because she had some family issues and everything and needed the day off and I know of another thing a boy name, Hunter or gunner. I’m sorry he was fired because he was over 20 minutes late because his ride got pulled over and went to jail so he had a final ride up to work and there’s all kinds of things going on with his manager down here in Duncan Oklahoma. I would really like it to be addressed and find a better manager that can handle his job without bringing his personal life into the business. Thank you. .

Wendy’s Service

I went to the Store at 12 noon on 3/26/2023 on George Washington Memorial Highway In the Grafton area of Yorktown, Va, I stood in line inside the store for 5 minutes alone and an employee told me they we not serving dine in customers due to the overflow of drive up customers. I stated that they at the very least should post that on a sign. I was treated with disrespect and was told I needed to go to the drive up window to order. There were 3 kids in the store awaiting their order. Senior Citizens are not treated well at this Location. We like Wendy's Menu, Not sure what's going on at this location. We travel to Columbus Ohio often and never experiance a problem there.

Wendy’s Drive through

My mother is 87 years old. She visited you drive through twice in 2 days. Both times her bill was $5.25. both times, she gave the cashier $6.00. Both times they took her $6.00 and slammed the drive through window. Afterwards, she was ignored and never given her change. The second time, she didn't move causing the line to back up. Eventually, The man returned to the window and gave her The change to get her to pull up. These 2 days involved 2 separate employees. The address is 13928 Bartram Run drive Jacksonville, Florida. Wendy’s Drive thur

We went through the drive thur last night ordered over 45.00 of food. Never once did they give us a reciept nor was our food correct. we called back as soon as we checked the order in the bag in the parking lot of the store. SHE called us a liar and we had no reciept to prove it so for 45.00 we got the 4 burgers and 2 fries and 1 baked potato

We were missing food and had to go else where to get it

Wendy’s rewards points on receipt

store #0002413, at 7:33pm Central Standard Time, my receipt did not have a code or QR code to scan or redeem rewards points from my purchase at that time. I had my phone out on the app the entire time but was never asked and I discussed this with that seemed to be either a Team Leader or Manager, and he was able to print my another receipt with no code at the bottom. The Manager or Team Leader told me that I needed to tell them ahead of time before the transaction in order to receive points. This made me want to cancel or re-do my order but I was hungry and have limited personal time to attend to this situation. My cashier was Navaeh on the receipt. I filled out a survery on Wendy's Customer Survey, it's on wendyswantstoknow.com, and put that I would to be contacted via email but do not recall Wendy's having any way of having my email at all. my email is [protected]@yahoo.com I have an account on the wendy's app but paid with cash for takeout when I was there in person inside

Wendy’s Order placed but didnt recieve

I placed an order today 20/03/2023 at 10 pm from leslie barns. I ordered it through doordash. Dasher got my name but when he reached wendys they received no order from me. But i was charged freaking 19 dollars because they accepted my order. The funniest part is I called the store 13 times. Two of the times call answered but was hung up without getting any response to my queries. If there was some technical issues or any delay, i would understand if they responded properly but they were rude. I have my break from 11 pm till 12 am , lost my half an hour in vain.

Desired outcome: A complete refund of my order.

Wendy’s Poor service/no accountability

March 2023-worst service ever. Is there a boss? This store constantly closes dining room because they don’t have enough workers. In the drive thru , they try to discourage you from ordering because they something isn’t working or lack of staff? Today at noon, they had no cheese or nuggets or chicken sandwiches? It’s dirty, poorly run and the workers are NOT working!
